| 1 | Genetic Variation of the VP1 Gene of the Virulent Duck Hepatitis A Virus Type 1(DHAV-1) Isolates in Shandong Province of China显示文摘To investigate the relationship of the variation of virulence and the external capsid proteins of the pandemic duck hepatitis A virus type 1(DHAV-1) isolates,the virulence,cross neutralization assays and the complete sequence of the virion protein 1(VP1) gene of nine virulent DHAV-1 strains,which were isolated from infected ducklings with clinical symptoms in Shandong province of China in 2007-2008,were tested.The fifth generation duck embryo allantoic liquids of the 9 isolates were tested on 12-day-old duck embryos and on 7-day-old ducklings for the median embryonal lethal doses(ELD 50 s) and the median lethal doses(LD 50 s),respectively.The results showed that the ELD 50 s of embryonic duck eggs of the 9 DHAV-1 isolates were between 1.9 × 10 6 /mL to 1.44 × 10 7 /mL,while the LD 50 s were 2.39 × 10 5 /mL to 6.15 × 10 6 /mL.Cross-neutralization tests revealed that the 9 DHAV-1 isolates were completely neutralized by the standard serum and the hyperimmune sera against the 9 DHAV-1 isolates,respectively.Compared with other virulent,moderate virulent,attenuated vaccine and mild strains,the VP1 genes of the 9 strains shared 89.8%-99.7% similarity at the nucleotide level and 92.4%-99.6% at amino acid level with other DHAV-1 strains.There were three hypervariable regions at the C-terminus(aa 158-160,180-193 and 205-219) and other variable points in VP1 protein,but which didn't cause virulence of DHAV-1 change. | Jiming Gao Junhao Chen Xingkui Si Zhijing Xie Yanli Zhu Xingxiao Zhang Shujing Wang Shijin Jiang | 2012 | Virologica Sinica2012,27,4: | 10 |

| 3 | Transmission identification of Escherichia coli aerosol in chicken houses to their environments using ERIC-PCR显示文摘In order to study E. coli aerosol spreading from chicken houses to their surrounding air, air samples, including indoor and outdoor air (upwind 10 and 50 m as well as downwind 10, 50, 100, 200 and 400 m away) of 5 chicken houses were collected using six-stage Andersen microbial samplers and Reuter-Centrifugal samplers (RCS). E. coli concentrations (CFU/m3 air) collected from different sampling sites were calculated. E. coli strains from chicken feces samples were also isolated. Furthermore, the enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC)-PCR method was applied to amplify the isolated E. coli strain DNA samples. Through the genetic similarity analyses of the E. coli obtained from different sampling sites, the spreading of bioaerosol from animal houses to the ambient air was characterized. The results showed that the isolated E. coli concentrations in indoor air (9―63 CFU/m3) in 5 chicken houses were higher than those in upwind and downwind air, but there were no significant differences between the indoor and downwind sites 10 m away from all the 5 houses (P>0.05). The phylogenetic tree indicated that a part of the E. coli (34.1%) isolated from indoor air had 100% similarity with those isolated from feces, and that most of E. coli isolated (54.5%) from downwind at 10, 50, 100 or even 200 m had 100% similarity with those isolated from indoor air or feces too. But those isolated from upwind air had a lower similarity (73%―92%) with corresponding strains isolated from indoor air or feces. Our results suggested that some strains isolated from downwind air and indoor air originated in the chicken feces, but most of isolates obtained from upwind air samples did not come from the chicken feces or indoor air. | 4 | Design of flower transplanting mechanisms based on double planet carrier non-circular gear train with complete rotation kinematic pair显示文摘In view of the problems of the existing mechanisms based on 2R open-chain planetary gear train for seedling transplanting,such as the bad tracking flexibility,low positioning accuracy,and high structure design difficulties of the mechanisms based on 3R open-chain planetary gear train for seedling manipulation.In this paper,a transplanting mechanism based on the solution domain synthesis of a 3R open-chain-based complete rotation kinematic pair,a gear train with a single cycle integral rotating pair,is designed.The Burmester curve equation is derived from the given transplanting trajectory and four exact poses corresponding to each other on the rotation center.Then,the open-chain road model of the 3R complete rotation kinematic pair is obtained under the constraint governed by the judgment condition of the hinge integral rotating pair.Meanwhile,combined with our developed in-house optimization software,the solution to the optimal parameters for the transplanting mechanism can be optimized according to the target trajectory.Finally,the feasibility of the design method is verified by transplanting testing,where kale seedlings with ages of about 20 d and heights of about 80-120 mm are used.The experimental results show that the actual motion trajectory of the prototype is basically identical to the theoretical trajectory,validating the feasibility of transplanting mechanism design,parts processing,and test-bed construction.Through the statistical analysis,the average success rate of transplanting is 90.625%,and the reliability of designed mechanism is satisfied.This study provides a promising solution for the seedling transplanting of two-planet scaffold pots. | Xiong Zhao Xingxiao Ma Hongwei Liao Yongsen Xiong Yadan Xu Jianneng Chen | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,3: | 2 |
| 5 | The blow-up of the conformal mean curvature flow显示文摘In this paper, we introduce and study the conformal mean curvature flow of submanifolds of higher codimension in the Euclidean space R^n. This kind of flow is a special case of a general modified mean curvature flow which is of various origination. As the main result, we prove a blow-up theorem concluding that, under the conformal mean curvature flow in R^n, the maximum of the square norm of the second fundamental form of any compact submanifold tends to infinity in finite time. | 15 | Design and experiment of double planet carrier planetary gear flower transplanting mechanism显示文摘At present,there is a lack of miniaturized and highly reliable plug seedling transplanting mechanism in flowerpots planting operation,in order to meet the needs of large displacement and high vertical uprightness for flower transplanting,the paper combined the transmission characteristics of the non-circular gear planetary gear train with the swing flexibility of the cam gear and proposed a double planet carrier planetary gear transplanting mechanism.The linkage of the mechanism performs variable speed rotation relative to the first planet carrier,the linkage serves as the second planet carrier,and the transplanting arm performs variable speed swing relative to the linkage.A mathematical model of a single planetary carrier mechanism was first established using the method of open linkage group solution domain synthesis,then established the kinematic equations of the second planet carrier and the transplanting arm.The two parts are combined to form the mathematical solution model of the proposed mechanism.The initial trajectory was planned according to the trajectory requirements of seedlings planting operation,the non-circular gear pitch curve in the first planet carrier was obtained and the length of the first planet carrier is 120 mm.Then using the key points’angular deviation between the initial trajectory and the improved trajectory to obtain the cam parameters which driving the transplant arm,consequently determined the length of the second planet carrier is 69.25 mm and the length of the transplant arm is 112.4 mm.Finally,the prototype of the mechanism was manufactured,and the test verified the correctness of the design method of the double planet carrier planetary gear flower potting transplanting mechanism.The transplanting success rate of this mechanism reached 94.43%,and the plug seedlings planted in flowerpots had high uprightness.This research can provide a reference for the automatic development of research on flower transplanting machines. | Xiong Zhao Hongwei Liao Xingxiao Ma Li Dai Gaohong Yu Jianneng Chen | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2: | 0 |
