| 2 | Establishment of a diatom-total phosphorus transfer function for lakes on the Songnen Plain in northeast China显示文摘To understand the relationship between planktonic diatoms and environmental variables in the lakes on the Songnen Plain, northeast(NE)China,we investigated water quality and planktonic diatoms from 71 sampling points in 27 lakes, based on which Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA)was conducted. The result show that planktonic diatoms displayed certain responses to environment gradients, and the total phosphorus(TP)explained the maximum variation of planktonic diatom species among the 15 environmental variables, suggesting that TP was the most important and significant environmental parameter affecting the distribution of diatom species. In addition,we established a diatom-total phosphorus transfer(DTPT)function,of which component 5 of the weighted averaging partial least squares regression(WAPLS)was chosen to and compared with a series of weighted average regression(WA)models and WA-PLS models.According to the jackknifing statistical test, the component 5 of WA-PLS models provided a lower root-mean-square error prediction(RMSEP=0.202)and a higher correlation coefficient between observation and prediction(R^2_Jack=0.759).After deletion of three outliers, the root-mean-square error prediction of the DTPT function was reduced(RMSEP=0.169)while the correlation coefficient between observation and prediction was increased(R^2_Jack=0.823).Therefore,this DTPT function performed better than other regional TP models in the world. However,it remains demanding for expanding the background dataset to improve the prediction ability of the model. | SUI Fengyang ZANG Shuying FAN Yawen LU Xinxin HUI Hongkuan | 2020 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,6: | 1 |
| 3 | Clinical Study on the Relationship between Fixation of Prosthesis and Health of Surrounding Tissues显示文摘[Objectives] To explore the effect of mouth outside bonding screw fixation and inside bonding fixation in implanting the prosthesis( crown or bridge) on the health of surrounding tissues,to provide a certain reference for the selection of fixation methods for clinically implanting the prosthesis. [Methods]160 cases of patients needing implanting the prosthesis due to dental arch deficiency were selected. They had excellent alveolar bone. They did not smoke, had no diabetes, and their bone tissue healing was at the early stage. They were randomly divided into A and B groups,80 cases in each group. Group A: the mouth inside and abutment of prosthesis was bonded to a single abutment crown or a single abutment bridge; the bonder on the surface of prosthesis was completely removed and then moved into the implant, and fixed with central retaining screw, this group was called ' mouth outside bonding group'. Group B: the abutment was located in the implant and fixed using central retaining screw, then the prosthesis( crown or bridge) was bonded to the abutment, the bonder on the surface of prosthesis was removed, and this group was called mouth ' mouth inside bonding group'. The health condition was compared between two fixing methods for the surrounding tissues of the implant in 24-36 months after restoration. [Results] Group A: the surrounding tissues of the implants for 126 teeth of 80 patients were healthy without occurrence of peripheral inflammation; Group B: in the implants of 112 teeth of 80 patients,7 teeth suffered the peripheral inflammation. Dental implant examination found that there was residue of bonder in the bonding of prosthesis and abutment,3 teeth exfoliated, and 4 teeth were restored after treatment. Through the X2 test, there was significant difference between Group A and Group B( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions] Implant-supported denture often adopts the mouth inside bonding. Since the bonder can not be removed completely, its residue will remain in gingival trough and stimulate the surrounding tissues of the implant and bring about the inflammatory reaction, and even lead to exfoliation of the implant; the mouth inside and abutment of prosthesis was bonded to a single abutment crown or a single abutment bridge, the bonder on the surface of prosthesis was completely removed and then moved into the implant, and fixed with central retaining screw. This method is an effective method for preventing the peripheral inflammation and increasing the success rate of dental implant. | Lei LI Yanzheng SUN Shengteng SUN Xinxin SUI Junnan XIA Yi LI Jianjun YANG | 2017 | Medicinal Plant2017,8,2: | 0 |
| 4 | A new diatom genus Spargeria gen.nov.(Bacillariophyceae)from Xizang,China, and the description of two new species显示文摘During our investigation of diatom biodiversity in Xizang, two species exhibited unique morphological features discriminative from all previously known genera.Herein we describe these two species and describe as new the genus,Spargeria gen.nov.The new genus features narrow to wide rectangular valves, narrow valve mantles, filiform raphe branches that occur on the valve face only, terminal raphe fissures straight or slightly deflected to same side,bow-tie shaped central areas, chambered striae present on the valve face only, being absent from the mantle, wider striae near the axial area and very narrow near the margin, multiseriate striae with small and round areolae that are occluded externally.Comparatively,Spargeria zhuii sp.nov.has larger and robust valves, radiate striae, with one divergent stria near the apices, while Spargeria chenia sp.nov.is smaller, with narrow valves, striae slightly radiate in the middle, becoming convergent or parallel near apices. This new genus belongs to the family Pinnulariaceae, and it was compared and contrasted with other genera of this family. Our work suggests the need for continued studies to document the biodiversity of diatoms in Xizang. | Yan LIU John Patrick KOCIOLEK Li WANG Xinxin LU Huan ZHU Guoxiang LIU Fengyang SUI Yawen FAN | 2024 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2024,42,1: | 0 |
