2An Attention-Based Friend Recommendation Model in Social Network显示文摘In social networks,user attention affects the user’s decision-making,resulting in a performance alteration of the recommendation systems.Existing systems make recommendations mainly according to users’preferences with a particular focus on items.However,the significance of users’attention and the difference in the influence of different users and items are often ignored.Thus,this paper proposes an attention-based multi-layer friend recommendation model to mitigate information overload in social networks.We first constructed the basic user and item matrix via convolutional neural networks(CNN).Then,we obtained user preferences by using the relationships between users and items,which were later inputted into our model to learn the preferences between friends.The error performance of the proposed method was compared with the traditional solutions based on collaborative filtering.A comprehensive performance evaluation was also conducted using large-scale real-world datasets collected from three popular location-based social networks.The experimental results revealed that our proposal outperforms the traditional methods in terms of recommendation performance.Chongchao Cai Huahu Xu Jie Wan Baiqing Zhou Xiongwei Xie 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,12:0
3The potential value of CDV3 in the prognosis evaluation in Hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘CDV3 is correlated with tumorigenesis and may affect some biological process in cancer.In this study,we explore the role of CDV3 in HCC.According to the TCGA data base,CDV3 is over-expressed in HCC tissues.Up-regulation of CDV3 is correlated with lower over-all survival rate in HCC patients.In HCC samples from our hospital,CDV3 is also enriched in cancer tissues and CDV3 expression associated with HCC pathological T stage.What is more,higher CDV3 expression could forecast poor survival rate in HCC patients.In conclusion,CDV3 is a biomarker of HCC and could be a potential therapeutic target.Heng Xiao Baoyong Zhou Ning Jiang Yunshi Cai Xiongwei Liu Zhengrong Shi Ming Li Chengyou Du 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,2:0
4ZYX promotes invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells via WNK1/SNAI1axis显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC)is the third most common cause of cancer death globally and a large portion of patients are diagnosed at advanced stages with cancer invasion and metastasis1,2.However,the mechanisms underlying the invasion and metastasis of GC remain to be delineated.ZYX plays critical roles in cell mobility via cytoskeleton regulation in various cell types.3 In this study,we further reported that ZYX promoted migration,invasion,and metastasis of GC cells.Mechanistically,ZYX promoted WNK1 activation and SNAl1 up-regulation,inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)to enhance the mobility of GC cells.Inhibition of WNK1 impaired the mobility of GC cells.Therefore,ZYX/WNK1 could be potential therapeutic targets for GC treatment.Yi Jiang Dongfang Xiang Xianmei Wen Mingmin He Yan Qin Xiaoxue Yao Zexuan Yan Xiuli Geng Yong Ren Xiongwei Cai Youhong Cui Yan Wang 2024Genes & Diseases2024,11,2:0
