1A Landscape Pattern Analysis Method Based on Boundaries and Nodes:A Case Study in Upper Minjiang River,China显示文摘Traditionally,patch-based analysis at the landscape scale fragmentation has been used in the study of landscape ecology while the study of boundary and node has not been considered as much detail until recently.This study investigated the possibility of applying boundary-and node-based methods in landscape pattern analysis to the upper reaches of the Minjiang River in the southwestern China.Boundary-based and node-based landscape indices were selected to be used in analyzing changes in landscape patterns,and the results were compared with analysis using traditional pattern indices.We compared the responses of patch-area-based,boundary-length-based and node-number-based indices,and concluded that boundary-based and node-based indices are more sensitive to disturbance than patch-based indices with various patterns,and node-based indices are even more sensitive than boundary-based ones.Thus,the results suggest that boundary-based and node-based pattern analysis methods provide helpful supplementary information to traditional patch-based pattern analysis methods.The results about pattern dynamics of landscapes in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River based on boundaries and nodes showed that with human disturbance,the dominance of forest landscape was weakened by other landscape types;thus the landscape pattern of the study area became more homogeneous and the boundary network became more complex.These changes further augmented disturbance interfaces in the landscape and increased the possibilities of further landscape fragmentation.WEN Qingchun LI Xiuzhen HE Hongshi HU Yuanman CHEN Xin CHANG Yu WANG Wei BU Rencang 2014Chinese Geographical Science2014,24,1:3
2Few-layer fbrmamidinium lead bromide nanoplatelets for ultrapuregreen and high-efficiency light-emitting diodes显示文摘Formamidinium lead bromide perovskite(FAPbBr3)nanocrystals have attracted increasing attention due to their greener photoluminescence(PL)and higher thermal stability in comparison to more popular methylammonium lead bromide perovskite(MAPbBr3).Here we proposed a-facile and highly reproducible room-temperature method for the preparation of fewlayer(1-4)two-dimensional(2D)FAPbBr3 nanoplatelets(NPs)with ultrapure green PL at 532 nm and high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 88%.High-efficiency ultrapure green light-emitting diodes(LEDs)based on the few-layer 2D FAPbBr3 NPs were further demonstrated.The LEDs showed a maximum current efficiency(CE)of 15.31cd/A and an external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 3.53%,which are significantly better than the FAPbBr3 polycrystalline film-based LEDs reported so far.Significantly,the 2D FAPbBr3 NPs-based LEDs exhibited an ultrapure-green color emission that could cover 97%of the Recommendation 2020(Rec.2020)color standard and 114%of the national television system committee(NTSC)standard in the CIE 1931 color space.Moreover,the devices possessed a much better stability than the MAPbBr3 nanocrystals-based LEDs in air;the half lifetime T50 of our devices was about 5 times Ion ger than that of MAPbBr3 nan ocrystals-based LEDs.This work demonstrates the great potential of FAPbBr3 NPs in light-emitting devices for future ultrahigh-resolution displays.Huan Fang Wei Deng Xiujuan Zhang Xiuzhen Xu Meng Zhang Jiansheng Jie Xiaohong Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:3
3External-force-driven solution epitaxy of large-area 2D organic single crystals for high-performance field-effect transistors显示文摘Growth of two-dimensional(2D)organic single crystals(2DOSCs)on water surface has attracted increasing attention,because it can serve as a molecularly flat and defect-free substrate.However,large-area growth of 2DOSCs with controllable crystal orientation on water surface remains a key challenge.Herein,we develop a simple method,i.e.external-force-driven solution epitaxy(EFDSE),for the large-area growth of 2DOSCs at air/water interface.Using 2,7-didecylbenzothienobenzothiophene(C1o-BTBT)as an example,high-quality 2D C10-BTBT crystals on centimeter scale are generated by directionally controlling the spreading of organic solution on water surface with external force.Benefiting from the controllable crystal orientation with optimal charge transport,the corresponding 2DOSC-based organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)exhibit a high carrier mobility of 13.5 cm^2·V^-1·s^-1(effective mobility=5.4 cm^2·V^-1·s^-1 according to a reliability factor of 40%),which represents the best result achieved for water-surface-assembled 2DOSC based OFETs.Furthermore,by transterring the C1o-BTBT 2DOSCs to flexible substrates,devices with excellent bending stability are achieved.It is anticipated that our method will provide new insight into the controllable growth of large-area 2DOSCs for high-performance organic devices.Jinwen Wang Wei Deng Wei Wang Ruofei Jia Xiuzhen Xu Yanling Xiao Xiujuan Zhang Jiansheng Jie Xiaohong Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,11:3
4Approximate Data Aggregation in Sensor Equipped IoT Networks显示文摘As Internet-of-Things(IoT) networks provide efficient ways to transfer data, they are used widely in data sensing applications. These applications can further include wireless sensor networks. One of the critical problems in sensor-equipped IoT networks is to design energy efficient data aggregation algorithms that address the issues of maximum value and distinct set query. In this paper, we propose an algorithm based on uniform sampling and Bernoulli sampling to address these issues. We have provided logical proofs to show that the proposed algorithms return accurate results with a given probability. 8Preparation and properties of hollow fibre nanofiltration membrane with continuous coffee-ring structure显示文摘Polyamide(PA)hollow fibre composite nanofiltration(NF)membranes with a coffee-ring structure and beneficial properties were prepared by adding graphene oxide(GO)into the interfacial polymerization process.The presentation of the coffee-ring structure was attributed to the heterogeneous,finely dispersed multiphase reaction system and the“coffee-stain”effect of the GO solution.When the piperazine concentration was 0.4 wt-%,the trimesoyl chloride concentration was 0.3 wt-%,and the GO concentration was 0.025 wt-%,the prepared NF membranes showed the best separation properties.The permeate flux was 76 L·m^(−2)·h^(−1),and the rejection rate for MgSO4 was 98.6%at 0.4 MPa.Scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,and attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the chemical structure and morphology of the PA/GO NF membrane.The results showed that GO was successfully entrapped into the PA functional layer.Under neutral operating conditions,the PA/GO membrane showed typical negatively charged NF membrane separation characteristics,and the rejection rate decreased in the order of Na2SO_(4)>MgSO_(4)>MgCl_(2)>NaCl.The PA/GO NF membrane showed better antifouling performance than the PA membrane.Xiuzhen Wei Xufeng Xu Yi Chen Qian Zhang Lu Liu Ruiyuan Yang Jinyuan Chen Bosheng Lv 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,2:2

20Eupalinolide B inhibits hepatic carcinoma by inducing ferroptosis and ROS-ER-JNK pathway显示文摘Primary hepatic carcinoma is a common malignant tumor.The classic molecular targeted drug sorafenib is costly and is only effective for some patients.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to search for new molecular targeted drugs.Eupalinolide B(EB)from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.is used to treat chronic tracheitis in clinical practice.However,the role of EB in hepatic carcinoma is unknown.In this study,we first measure the effect of EB on tumor growth in a xenograft model and PDX model.The cell proliferation and migration are also detected in human hepatocarcinoma cell lines(SMMC-7721 and HCCLM3).Then,we investigate cell cycle,cell apoptosis,cell necrosis,cell autophagy,and ferroptosis by flow cytometry,western blot analysis and electron microscopy.The results demonstrate that EB exerts anti-proliferative activity in hepatic carcinoma by blocking cell cycle arrest at S phase and inducing ferroptosis mediated by endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress,as well as HO-1 activation.When HO-1 is inhibited,EB-induced cell death and ER protein expression are rescued.The migration-related mechanism consists of activation of the ROS-ER-JNK signaling pathway and is not connected to ferroptosis.In summary,we first discover that EB inhibits cell proliferation and migration in hepatic carcinoma,and thus EB is a promising anti-tumor compound that can be used for hepatic carcinoma.Yonghui Zhang Haoyang Zhang Jinage Mu Meiyue Han Zhihao Cao Feng Dong Tingting Wang Lian Pan Wujing Luo Jiaxin Li Huan Liu Lishan Jin Wenxuan Ding Yong Wei Xuesong Deng Dan Liu Xiuzhen He Yi Pang Xiao Mu Zhongjun Wu Dilong Chen 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,7:1
