| 1 | Coupling of Hierarchical Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) Nanofibers into 3D Photothermal Aerogels Toward Simultaneous Water Evaporation and Purification显示文摘Serious freshwater shortage and environmental pollution boost the rapid development of solar-driven water production.Although improved evaporation rate has achieved in recent years,undesirable impurity(e.g.,pollutant components)can also be inevitably evaporated and collected as impurity in produced freshwater.This work reports new ultra-light three-dimensional(3D)aerogels assembled by hierarchical Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers and reduced graphene oxide(RGO)for excit-ing synchronized solar-driven evaporation and water purification.Hydrophilic Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) fibrous channels linked up the graphene hot-spots and water body for sufficient water supply and bulk water insulation.Meanwhile,featured with thermal insulation effect,the Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers effectively locked the converted heat with less energy loss from sunlight.The introducing of Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers into RGO aerogel led to the effective interfacial evaporation for a more rapid water evaporation rate(2.19 kg·m−2·h−1,normalized to evaporation area including both top and side surface),which was 36%higher than that of pristine RGO aerogel.Moreover,simultaneous with the strong steam generation,Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers in situ removed the pollutants within steam by photodegradation,achieving polluted wastewater purification with high con-taminant removal ratio of 91.3%.Our work on coupling Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) nanofibers into photothermal aerogel provides attractive solutions for the challenges of clean water scarcity and serious environmental pollution. | Xiangyu Meng Wanlin Xu Zhihui Li Jianhui Yang Jingwu Zhao Xixi Zou Yueming Sun Yunqian Dai | 2020 | Advanced Fiber Materials2020,2,2: | 4 |

| 3 | Microarray gene expression analysis of chemosensitivity for docetaxel,cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(TPF)combined chemotherapeutic regimen in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To screen out a set of candidate genes which could help to determine whether patients with hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(HSCC) could benefit from docetaxel, cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(TPF)induction chemotherapy.Methods: Gene-expression profiles in 12 TPF-sensitive patients were compared to 9 resistant controls by microarray analysis. Subsequently, expression levels of potential biomarkers in chemosensitive cell line Fa Du after TPF treatment were observed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR).Results: Through microarray analysis, 1,579 differentially expressed genes were identified, of which 815 were up-regulated in TPF chemotherapy-responsive tissues whereas 764 were down-regulated. Gene ontology(GO)analysis suggested these genes participating in physiological processes including transcription and its regulation,cellular signal transduction and metabolic process. Additionally, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) database revealed that MAPK and Jat/STAT signaling pathways occupied important roles in TPF chemotherapeutic sensitivity. Moreover, in vitro cell culture experiments revealed the expression alternations of IL-6, MAPK14, JUN, CDK5 and CAMK2 A exposed to TPF treatment by q RT-PCR, whilst providing an insight into the mechanism underlying TPF chemotherapeutic response in HSCC.Conclusions: These results provided a battery of genes related to TPF chemotherapeutic sensitivity and might act as molecular targets in HSCC treatment. | 5 | Low-voltage and high-gain WSe_(2)avalanche phototransistor with an out-of-plane WSe_(2)/WS_(2)heterojunction显示文摘The properties of photodetectors based on two-dimensional materials can be significantly enhanced by avalanche effect.However,a high avalanche breakdown voltage is needed to reach impact ionization,which leads to high power consumption.Here,we report the unique features of a low-voltage avalanche phototransistor formed by an in-plane WSe_(2)field effect transistor(FET)with an out-of-plane WSe_(2)/WS_(2)P–N heterojunction(HJ FET).The avalanche breakdown voltage in the device can be decreased from−31 to−8.5 V when compared with that in WSe_(2)FET.The inherent mechanism is mainly related to the redistributed electric field in the WSe_(2)channel after the formation of the out-of-plane P–N heterojunction.When the bias voltage is−16.5 V,the photoresponsivity in the HJ FET is enhanced from 1.5 to 135 A/W,which is significantly higher than that in the WSe_(2)FET because of the obvious reduction of the avalanche breakdown voltage.Moreover,HJ FET shows a higher responsivity than WSe_(2)FET in the range of 400–1,100 nm under low bias voltage.This phenomenon is caused by accelerating electron–hole spatial separation in the heterojunction.These results indicate that the use of an WSe_(2)FET with an out-of-plane WSe_(2)/WS_(2)heterojunction is ideal for high-performance photodetectors with low power consumption. | Lingyao Meng Ningning Zhang Maolong Yang Xixi Yuan Maliang Liu Huiyong Hu Liming Wang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 1 |

| 7 | Screening of molecular markers of induced chemotherapy in supraglottic laryngeal squamouscell carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To investigate the expressions of MAPK10,c-Jun and Itga6 in laryngeal carcinoma and its influence on the sensitivity to docetaxel,cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(TPF)chemotherapy.Methods:Fifty-seven patients with supraglottic squamous cell carcinoma,who were treated by two cycles of TPF induction chemotherapy in our hospital,were enrolled in this study and divided into groups by chemotherapy resistance or chemotherapy sensitivity.The expressions of mRNA and protein of MAPK10,c-Jun and Itga6 in tumor tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemistry.The consistency of mRNA and protein expressions was tested,and the relation with the clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results:The positive rates of MAPK10 andc-Jun in the tumor tissues of the sensitive group were significantly higher than those of there assistant group,which was 90.48%and 100.00%,respectively.The expression rate of Itga6 was significantly higher in the resistant group,which was 83.33%(P<0.05).The mRNA levels of MAPK10 and c-Jun were significantly lower in the resistant group than in the sensitive group,whilethemRNA levelof Itga6was significantly higher in the resistant group(P<0.05).The protein expressions of MAPK10,c-Jun and Itga6 were consistent with their mRNA expressions(P<0.05).The expressions of MAPK10,c-Jun and Itga6 were not correlatedwithage,gender and tumor diameter(P>0.05).However,the expressions of MAPK10 and c-Jun were negatively correlated withclinical stage and pathological grading(P<0.05).Negative correlations between MAPK 10 and Itga6,and between c-Jun and Itga6in tumor tissues were found by Spearman’srank correlation coefficient(P<0.05).The correlation was also negative in the resistant tumor tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MAPK10 and c-Jun expressions were down-regulated,while the Itga6 expression was up-regulated in the chemo-resistant laryngeal carcinoma,and the expression levels of different factors were correlated witheach other.These factorsmight be important biomarkers for predicting outcomes of TPF chemotherapy in laryngeal carcinoma in the future. | Guang Yang Jugao Fang Qiang Shi Ru Wang Meng Lian Hongzhi Ma Ling Feng Xixi Shen Yu Wang | 2020 | World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery2020,6,1: | 0 |

| 9 | Enhanced activation of peroxymonosulfate by Fe/N co-doped ordered mesoporous carbon with dual active sites for efficient removal of m-cresol显示文摘The novel Fe-N co-doped ordered mesoporous carbon with high catalytic activity in m-cresol removal was prepared by urea-assisted impregnation and simple pyrolysis method.During the preparation of the Fe-NC catalyst,the complexation of N elements in urea could anchor Fe,and the formation of C3N4during urea pyrolysis could also prevent migration and aggregation of Fe species,which jointly improve the dispersion and stability of Fe.The FeN4sites and highly dispersed Fe nanoparticles synergistically trigger the dual-site peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation for highly efficient m-cresol degradation,while the ordered mesoporous structure of the catalyst could improve the mass transfer rate of the catalytic process,which together promote catalytic degradation of m-cresol by PMS activation.Reactive oxygen species (ROS) analytic experiments demonstrate that the system degrades m-cresol by free radical pathway mainly based on SO_(4)^(-)·and·OH,and partially based on·OH as the active components,and a possible PMS activation mechanism by 5Fe-50 for m-cresol degradation was proposed.This study can provide theoretical guidance for the preparation of efficient and stable catalysts for the degradation of organic pollutants by activated PMS. | Donghui Li Wenzhe Wu Xue Ren Xixi Zhao Hongbing Song Meng Xiao Quanhong Zhu Hengjun Gai Tingting Huang | 2024 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2024,65,1: | 0 |
