2SUMOylation-triggered ALIX activation modulates extracellular vesicles circTLCD4-RWDD3 to promote lymphatic metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Lymph node(LN)metastasis is one of the predominant metastatic routes of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and is considered as a leading cause for the unsatisfactory prognosis of patients.Although lymphangiogenesis is well-recognized as a crucial process in mediating LN metastasis,the regulatory mechanism involving lymphangiogenesis and LN metastasis in NSCLC remains unclear.In this study,we employed high-throughput sequencing to identify a novel circular RNA(circRNA),circTLCD4-RWDD3,which was significantly upregulated in extracellular vesicles(EVs)from LN metastatic NSCLC and was positively associated with deteriorated OS and DFS of patients with NSCLC from multicenter clinical cohort.Downregulating the expression of EV-packaged circTLCD4-RWDD3 inhibited lymphangiogenesis and LN metastasis of NSCLC both in vitro and in vivo.Mechanically,circTLCD4-RWDD3 physically interacted with hnRNPA2B1 and mediated the SUMO2 modification at K108 residue of hnRNPA2B1 by upregulating UBC9.Subsequently,circTLCD4-RWDD3-induced SUMOylated hnRNPA2B1 was recognized by the SUMO interaction motif(SIM)of ALIX and activated ALIX to recruit ESCRT-III,thereby facilitating the sorting of circTLCD4-RWDD3 into NSCLC cell-derived EVs.Moreover,EV-packaged circTLCD4-RWDD3 was internalized by lymphatic endothelial cells to activate the transcription of PROX1,resulting in the lymphangiogenesis and LN metastasis of NSCLC.Importantly,blocking EV-mediated transmission of circTLCD4-RWDD3 via mutating SIM in ALIX or K108 residue of hnRNPA2B1 inhibited the lymphangiogenesis and LN metastasis of NSCLC in vivo.Our findings reveal a precise mechanism underlying SUMOylated hnRNPA2B1-induced EV packaging of circTLCD4-RWDD3 in facilitating LN metastasis of NSCLC,suggesting that EV-packaged circTLCD4-RWDD3 could be a potential therapeutic target against LN metastatic NSCLC.Xiayao Diao Chao Guo Hanhao Zheng Ke Zhao Yuming Luo Mingjie An Yan Lin Jiancheng Chen Yuanlong Li Yuting Li Xuehan Gao Jiaqi Zhang Mengxin Zhou Wenliang Bai Lei Liu Guige Wang Lanjun Zhang Xiaotian He Rusi Zhang Zhihua Li Changhao Chen Shanqing Li 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,12:0
3Corporate Power for Poverty Alleviation: Evidence from the Poverty Alleviation Results of Chinese Listed Companies显示文摘Government-led poverty alleviation faces multiple constraints and limitations fighting poverty,and it is urgent to mobilize social forces as many as possible,especially the involvement of corporate forces.To figure out whether corporate participation is effective to poverty alleviation and whether regional differences have an impact on it,this paper probes into results of corporate involvement in poverty alleviation,based on corporate social responsibility report information released by A-share listed companies in 2010-2017.The findings are as follows.(1)Companies in the western region,companies directly contacting consumers and large companies with good business performance are more willing to involve in poverty alleviation.(2)The participation of enterprises in poverty alleviation can increase the per capita income of rural residents,which is even better in underdeveloped areas.This revealed that social forces represented by companies have responded to China’s call of targeted poverty alleviation and fulfilled corporate social responsibilities,which will indeed help consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and lift underdeveloped areas out of poverty.From the perspective of corporate involvement in poverty alleviation,this paper extends related research on social forces and another participant in poverty alleviation,and enrich the literature on social benefits brought by companies performing social responsibilities.Liya Liu Shupeng Zhou Yuanchen Pang Xuehan Guo 2022China Finance and Economic Review2022,11,2:0
4Simple synthesis of BiOI/ZnO/rGO for efficient photocatalytic degradation of antibiotic chloramphenicol under visible light显示文摘BiOI/ZnO/rGO(reduced graphene oxide) composite photocatalyst was fabricated using a simple one-step hydrothermal process and applied to the degradation of antibiotic chloramphenicol(CAP). By tuning the Bi/Zn ratios, the structure and photoelectric properties of the catalyst were investigated and characterized in terms of their morphological, structural, optical and photoelectrochemical properties. The as-synthesized composite photocatalysts are well-crystalline, uniform dispersion and exhibit good photocatalytic properties.The photocatalytic degradation rate of CAP by BiOI/ZnO/rGO composite is 8.1 times and 1.8times that of BiOI and ZnO, respectively. The photocatalytic mechanism studies revealed that the synergistic effect between rGO and BiOI/ZnO can effectively separate photogenerated electron–hole, enhance photocurrents and conductivity, and improve charge carrier densities. Moreover, BiOI/ZnO/rGO possesses good stability and reusability that the degradation efficiency remained above 80% even after 5 recycling. 5The Establishment of Immunochemistry Test Based on a Synthetic Peptide Antibody for the Detection of a Porcine Circovirus-Like Virus P1显示文摘Recently, a novel porcine circovirus-like virus P1 with a circular DNA genome of 0.648 kb was identified. P1 antigen was detected both in vitro and in vivo by synthetic peptide-derived polyclonal antibody-based immunochemistry. The designed peptides were synthesized by solid-phase technique, purified by high performance liquid chromatography, coupled to Keyhole limpet hemocyanin, and injected into rabbits to prepare polyclonal antibody. The emergence of positive cells revealed that synthetic peptide could elicit antibodies against P1 and viral protein could be synthesized.
