4Experimental study on the vitrification and xenotransplantation of human ovarian tissue显示文摘Background:Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue is a promising method for preserving fertility.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)is an evaluation system for cryo-injury during the cooling and warming process which is very laborious and needs to be optimized.Objective:In this study,we evaluated that serum 17β-oestradiol(E2)may be used as an indicator of vitrified ovarian tissue.Methods:Immunodeficient nude mice were used as hosts for xenografting of vitrified-warmed human ovarian tissues.A total of 54 mice were divided into two group:vitrified ovarian xenotransplant(VOX)group(n?45)and non-transplant control group(n?9).The transplanted mice were grouped into vitrified/warmed grafted-4 weeks(VOX-4w,n?15),vitrified/warmed grafted-6weeks(VOX-6w n?15)and vitrified/warmed grafted-12 weeks(VOX-12w n?15)according to the time after transplantation.The viable and functional recovery of grafted ovarian tissue was assessed by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and hormone(E2)assays.Results:Serum E2 concentration was significantly higher in VOX-6w(group(21.07 pg/ml)than that of VOX-12w group(15.59 pg/ml).VOX-12w group showed a lower value(12.61 pg/ml)for E2 concentration.The trend for E2 concentration was consistent with the morphological identification of the grafts.Conclusion:In vivo serum hormone E2 released by cortical biopsies can be used as a functional marker for xenotransplanted vitrified-warmed human ovarian tissue reserve.Jinghui Zhao Yuping Ge Jingyi Li Yucui Zeng Guoyi Dong Liping Zeng Juanjuan Dai Hui Du Mumin Shao Xuewen Yu Huan Li Fang He Zhouchun Shang Chun Wang Gabor Vajt Huiru Tang Ruifang Wu Yutao Du 2022Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2022,2,1:1

7Effects of Mangiferin on the Expression of TNF-α,iNos,ICAM-1 and Its mRNA in the Heart,Brain and Kidneys of SHR显示文摘[Objectives] To study the effects of Mangiferin( MGF) on TNF-α,iNOS,ICAM-1 and its mRNA expression in the heart,brain and kidneys of spontaneously hypertensive rats( SHR),and reveal the mechanism of its anti-inflammatory injury in hypertension target organs.[Methods]SHRs were randomly divided into 5 groups: the model group,the high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose MGF groups and the Benazepril group,with 8 rats in each group,WKY rats were used for the normal control group. Besides,on-invasive blood pressure( BP) instruments were used to measure systolic blood pressure in the rats' tail artery,western blot was used to analyze the expression of TNF-α,iNOS,ICAM-1 and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR) was used to analyze the expression of TNF-α,iNOS,ICAM-1 mRNA.[Results]Compared with the normal control group,the model group's BP level was significantly increased( P <0. 01)),but the MGF had no significant lowering BP effect( P > 0. 05); compared with the normal control group,the expression of TNF-α,iNOS,ICAM-1 and its' mRNA in the model group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),and MGF could reduce the level of expression of these inflammatory cytokines( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01); between the Benazepril group and high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose MGF groups,most of the indicators had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). 8Mangiferin alleviates renal infammatory injury in spontaneously hypertensive rats by inhibiting MCP-1/CCR2 signaling pathway显示文摘Objective: Hypertension is a low-grade infammation state of the disease and was easily complicated by kidneys’ infammatory response. Mangiferin(MGF), a pharmacologically active compound in various plants including Mangifera indica, has a strong anti-infammatory activity. However, the effects of MGF on renal infammatory injury in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) remain unclear. The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of MGF on renal infammatory injury in SHRs.Methods: MGF was used in SHRs at the doses of 10, 20, 40 mg/kg/d for 8 weeks consecutively. The blood and urine were collected for assessment of renal function. Renal tissues were collected for histological,immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western blot and real time reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR) analysis.Results: The results showed that the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) and recombinant chemokine C-C-Motif receptor 2(CCR2) were increased in SHRs, meanwhile, the level of IL-10 was decreased in SHR. Treatment of MGF inhibited the expression of IL-6, TNF-a, MCP-1 and CCR2, and promoted the expression of IL-10. Furthermore, the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum uric acid(SUA) was significantly increased in the model group, and treatment of MGF had no obvious effects on these parameters at all dose levels.Conclusion: Our study proved that the kidneys of SHRs had significant infammatory injury, and MGF had the protective effects on renal infammatory injury in SHRs;The protective mechanism may be mediated partly by the MCP-1/CCR2 signaling pathway. 9MCloudSim:modeling and simulating distributed clouds显示文摘Many distributed clouds which try to integrate the advantages of centralized clouds and distributed systems have been studied in recent years.Traditional cloud simulators focus on large scale data centers with virtualized servers,and cannot meet the needs of distributed cloud simulations.This paper introduces a generalized and extensible simulation framework,named MCloudSim,which is used for modeling and simulating distributed clouds.MCloudSim has the following characteristics;(1)the overlay protocol in MCloudSim can be freely replaced without affecting the function of other modules;(2) a Petri net workflow theory based task model is proposed to simulate distributed tasks;(3) a distributed cloud can be easily built by assembling and expanding the basic resource entities provided by MCloudSim.Finally,simulation results of scenarios with a 3-tier central-controlled distributed cloud and a P2 P based cloud prove that MCloudSim has high efficiency and satisfies performance in supporting large scale experiments and different distributed clouds.郑鹏飞 You Jiali Wang Jinlin Zeng Xuewen 2014High Technology Letters2014,20,2:0
10A Design and Implementation of Multicrypt Solution for DVB Receiver显示文摘Conditional Access (CA) System is the essential basis of a Pay-TV System to charge the subscribers. This paper first introduces the standards and mechanisms for a Set-Top-Box(STB)to receive programs scrambled by different CA systems. Then, according to DVB multicrypt solution, a design in detail for such a DVB receiver, I.e. STB is presented. Decoder manufacturers provide STBs with the standard DVB common interface and CA system providers provide detachable CA modules to plug into the STBs through Common Interface. This solution allows broadcasters and customers to change CA system without replacing the STB. 11Metal organic polymers with dual catalytic sites for oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution reactions显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks and covalent organic frameworks have been widely employed in electrochemical catalysis owing to their designable skeletons,controllable porosities,and well-defined catalytic centers.However,the poor chemical stability and low electron conductivity limited their activity,and single-functional sites in these frameworks hindered them to show multifunctional roles in catalytic systems.Herein,we have constructed novel metal organic polymers(Co-HAT-CN and Ni-HAT-CN)with dual catalytic centers(metal-N_(4) and metal-N_(2))to catalyze oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).By using different metal centers,the catalytic activity and selectivity were well-tuned.Among them,Co-HAT-CN catalyzed the ORR in a 4e^(-)pathway,with a half-wave potential of 0.8 V versus RHE,while the Ni-HAT-CN catalyze ORR in a 2e^(-)pathway with H_(2)O_(2) selectivity over 90%.Moreover,the Co-HAT-CN delivered an overpotential of 350 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) with a corresponding Tafel slope of 24 mV dec^(-1) for OER in a 1.0 M KOH aqueous solution.The experimental results revealed that the activities toward ORR were due to the M-N_(4) sites in the frameworks,and both M-N_(4) and M-N_(2) sites contributed to the OER.This work gives us a new platform to construct bifunctional catalysts.Sijia Liu Minghao Liu Xuewen Li Shuai Yang Qiyang Miao Qing Xu Gaofeng Zeng 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,5:0
12MapReduce based computation of the diffusion method in recommender systems显示文摘The performance of existing diffusion-based algorithms in recommender systems is still limited by the processing ability of a single computer. In order to conduct the diffusion computation on large data sets,a parallel implementation of the classic diffusion method on the MapReduce framework is proposed. At first,the diffusion computation is transformed from a summation format to a cascade matrix multiplication format,and then,a parallel matrix multiplication algorithm based on dynamic vector is proposed to reduce the CPU and I / O cost on the MapReduce framework,which can also be applied to other parallel matrix multiplication scenarios. 13A novel auto-reference ultra-wideband receiver scheme显示文摘A new auto-reference(AR)transmit-receive scheme and a corresponding group decision algorithm on the generalized likelihood ratio testing(GLRT)principle is proposed in this paper to overcome the drawbacks of the power inefficiency and the high noise vulnerability in transmitted-reference(TR)ultra-wideband(UWB)systems.A partly overlapped detection window structure is introduced in which the decided data frames are regarded as the reference signal so that energy and time resources in the reference frame are saved and full-rate data transmission is achieved.Differential coding was utilized to solve the error propagation problem introduced by the overlapped detection windows.The group decision algorithm on the GLRT principle was utilized to estimate the correlation template through all data frames in detection windows and could offer better noise suppression.Simulation results reveal that the AR scheme with its decision algorithm outperforms the conventional and other modified TR schemes in generalized signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).LIAO Xuewen ZHU Shihua ZENG Erlin 2007Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2007,2,3:0
14Photoexcitation-induced passivation of SnO_(2) thin film for efficient perovskite solar cells显示文摘A high-quality tin oxide electron transport layer(ETL)is a key common factor to achieve high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the conventional annealing technique to prepare high-quality ETLs by continuous heating under near-equilibrium conditions requires high temperatures and a long fabrication time.Alternatively,we present a non-equilibrium,photoexcitation-induced passivation technique that uses multiple ultrashort laser pulses.The ultrafast photoexcitation and following electron–electron and electron–phonon scattering processes induce ultrafast annealing to efficiently passivate surface and bulk defects,and improve the crystallinity of SnO_(2),resulting in suppressing the carrier recombination and facilitating the charge transport between the ETL and perovskite interface.By rapidly scanning the laser beam,the annealing time is reduced to several minutes,which is much more efficient compared with conventional thermal annealing.To demonstrate the university and scalability of this technique,typical antisolvent and antisolvent-free processed hybrid organic–inorganic metal halide PSCs have been fabricated and achieved the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 24.14%and 22.75%respectively,and a 12-square-centimeter module antisolvent-free processed perovskite solar module achieves a PCE of 20.26%,with significantly enhanced performance both in PCE and stability.This study establishes a new approach towards the commercialization of efficient low-temperature manufacturing of PSCs.Nianyao Chai Xiangyu Chen Zhongle Zeng Ruohan Yu Yunfan Yue Bo Mai Jinsong Wu Liqiang Mai Yi-Bing Cheng Xuewen Wang 2023National Science Review2023,10,11:0
