8Features and factors of radium isotopes in Tianjin’s typical estuaries显示文摘In order to characterize the features of radium isotopes in estuaries of Tianjin,a continuous survey and sampling of typical estuaries were conducted from 2013 to 2017 in this study.The activities of natural radioactive radium isotopes(^(223)Ra,^(224)Ra,and ^(228)Ra)in groundwater and surface water were measured by the radium-delayed coincidence counting(RaDeCC)system.The non-conservative behavior of the radium isotopes was investigated under hydrogeochemical conditions and urbanization.The results indicated that in terms of horizontal distribution,the activities of radium in groundwater(Hangu,Tanggu,and Dagang)showed an upward trend from north to south and demonstrated a higher figure than surface water(Haihe River and Duliujian River).Concerning the vertical distribution,the activitives of radium at a 15 m burial depth was higher than that at a 30 m burial depth in all measurements.The activities of radium isotopes in the study area increased with the increase of total dissolved solids,and their desorption behavior on Fe-Mn oxides was constrained by the redox intensity.Different hydrogeological conditions resulted in variations in the vertical profile of radium activities.The activity of radium was regulated by seasonal variation and precipitation in groundwater and surface water.In addition,the rapid urbanization has caused a significant impact on the features of radium isotopes in typical estuaries of Tianjin.Meanwhile,radium isotopes can be applied to reflect the impact of urbanization on surface watergroundwater systems.Clarifying and cleverly utilizing the relationship between behavior of radium isotopes and urbanization will promote the development of the Tianjin Binhai New Area in a healthy way.Zhe Zhang Yingchun Dong Lixin Yi Xin Hao Yajie Zheng Tianxue Lü 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,8:0
9Phosphorus induced activity-enhancement of Fe-N-C catalysts for high temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells显示文摘Fe-N-C materials with atomically dispersed Fe–N_(4) sites could tolerate the poisoning of phosphate,is regarded as the most promising alternative to costly Pt-based catalysts for the oxygen reduction in high temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells(HT-PEMFCs).However,they still face the critical issue of insufficient activity in phosphoric acid.Herein,we demonstrate a P-doping strategy to increase the activity of Fe-N-C catalyst via a feasible one-pot method.X-ray absorption spectroscopy and electron microscopy with atomic resolution indicated that the P atom is bonded with the N in Fe–N_(4) site through C atoms.The as prepared Fe-NCP catalyst shows a half-wave potential of 0.75 V(vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),0.1 M H_(3)PO_(4)),which is 60 and 40 mV higher than that of Fe-NC and commercial Pt/C catalysts,respectively.More importantly,the Fe-NCP catalyst could deliver a peak power density of 357 mW·cm^(−2)in a high temperature fuel cell(160℃),exceeding the non-noble-metal catalysts ever reported.The enhancement of activity is attributed to the increasing charge density and poisoning tolerance of Fe–N_(4) caused by neighboring P.This work not only promotes the practical application of Fe-N-C materials in HT-PEMFCs,but also provides a feasible P-doping method for regulating the structure of single atom site.Xiangrong Jin Yajie Li Hao Sun Xiangxiang Gao Jiazhan Li Zhi Lü Wen Liu Xiaoming Sun 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
10Spin-related electronic pathway through single molecule on Au(111)显示文摘Spin properties of organic molecules have attracted great interest for their potential applications in spintronic devices and quantum computing.Fe-tetraphenyl porphyrin(Fe TPP)is of particular interest for its robust magnetic properties on metallic substrates.Fe TPP is prepared in vacuum via on-surface synthesis.Molecular structure and spin-related transport properties are characterized by low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope and spectroscopy at 0.5 K.Density functional theory calculations are performed to understand molecular adsorption and spin distribution on Au(111).The molecular structure of Fe TPP is distorted upon adsorption on the substrate.Spin excitations of Fe TPP are observed on the Fe atom and high pyrrole groups in differential conductance spectra.The calculated spin density distribution indicates that the electron spin of Fe TPP is mainly distributed on the Fe atom.The atomic transmission calculation indicates that electrons transport to substrate is mediated through Fe atom,when the tip is above the high pyrrole group.Mingjun Zhong Qimeng Wu Liang Ma Jie Li Yifan Wang Yansong Wang Xin Li Yajie Zhang Jingtao Lü Yongfeng Wang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:0
