1Progress in Nb-Si ultra-high temperature structural materials:A review显示文摘Nb-Si based alloys have the greatest potential to replace nickel-based superalloys and become a new gen-eration ultra-high temperature structural material with service temperature of 1200-1400℃ due to their high melting point,high stiffness,low density,and attractive specific mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.This article reviewed the recent progress in the development of Nb-Si based refractory al-loys.Special attention was paid to the property characteristics,preparation techniques,alloying effects,oxidation resistance and fabrication of Nb-Si based alloy components.Thereafter,the trend of develop-ment in the future was forecasted,including:Optimization of the composition and microstructure of Nb-Si based alloys to achieve a balance of mechanical properties;Comprehensive properties evaluation for Nb-Si based alloys to accumulate sufficient data for engineering applications;Development of practical preparation technology for Nb-Si based alloy components with complex shapes;New multilayer compos-ite coatings for Nb-Si based alloy;Joining technology of Nb-Si alloy to itself and to superalloy.Wei Liu Shuai Huang Chengtong Ye Lina Jia Yongwang Kang Jiangbo Sha Bingqing Chen Yu Wu Huaping Xiong 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,18:0
2Effect of Solution Treatment on Recrystallization,Texture and Mechanical Properties of 7A65-T74 Aluminum Alloy Super-thick Hot Rolled Plate显示文摘The effects of the solution treatment on the microstructure,recrystallization,texture composition and properties of 7A65-T7451(120 mm)hot rolled plates at H/2(1/2 thickness)and H/4(1/4 thickness)were studied.The results show that the hot rolled microstructure mainly contains a large amount of MgZn_(2) phases and minor Al_(7)Cu_(2)Fe phase.After solid solution treatments,a large amount of MgZn_(2) phases are dissolved back into the aluminum matrix.The main texture types at H/4 are R-Cube,Cube and part of Brass texture,and the main texture types at H/2 are Cube,R,and Copper texture.The qualitative analysis by Schmidt's law reveals that Copper texture at H/2 will deepen the anisotropy of plate metal properties.For the plate with the same thickness,the two-stage solution state has better mechanical properties due to the lower degree of recrystallization and stronger grain boundary strengthening effects.Under the two-stage solution system of 460℃/165 min+477℃/165 min,the composite mechanical properties of the alloy plate at H/4 are the best and the anisotropy is not obvious.The tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation along the rolling direction are 561.9 MPa,523.4 MPa,and 10.6%,respectively..李晨 王昊 WANG Wenbo YE Chengtong JIN Zuheng ZHANG Xinquan ZHANG Hu 贾丽娜 2022Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,3:0
3Behaviors and interactions of strengthening and constraint for ductile Nb_(ss) matrix in Nb–Si based alloys显示文摘The ductile matrix in composites could be strengthened by incorporating brittle inclusions,while the constraint effect for matrix would become more obvious and detrimental to material toughening.The balance between strengthening and toughening was crucial to achieve excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.Upon the basis of microstructure of Nb–Si in situ composites,a unit rectangular cell containing elastic and isotropic Nb5Si3 particles was modeled,the Niobium solid solution(Nbss)matrix according with the Ramberg-Osgood constitutive relation was recognized as elastic-plastic.For Nb–Si based alloys,the effects of volume fractions of Nb5Si3 reinforcements,stress states and interfacial characteristics on the stress-strain field,flow localization and damage evolution were investigated by the finite element method(FEM).Further,the normalized work of rupture(χ)was calculated quantitatively as a function of volume fractions of Nb5Si3 phase as well as yield strength of Nbss matrix.These results would contribute to acquire more fundamental understanding of the strengthening and constraint effects which were exerted by Nb5Si3 reinforcements to ductile Nbss matrix,also an instructive guidance for the optimum design of Nb–Si based alloys.Yu Wang Lina Ji Chengtong Ye Guangxin Sun Hu Zhang 2022Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2022,32,2:0
