| 1 | Contemporary crustal movement of continental China obtained by global positioning system(GPS) measurements显示文摘We obtain a unified horizontal velocity field of continental China and vicinity through measurements at 81 GPS stations provided by the National Key Infrastructure Project, Crustal Movement Observation Network of China. The velocity field delineates patterns of movements and deformation of active crustal blocks in continental China under the Eurasia-fixed reference frame. The space-based geodesy also clearly shows for the first time the horizontal movementand deformation of continental China induced by indentation of the Indian plate. | 2 | A comparison research on replacements of Ba^(2+)by Lu^(3+)and Ba^(2+)-Si^(4+)by Lu^(3+)-Al^(3+)in BaSi_(2)O_(2)N_(2):Eu phosphors显示文摘As a cyan-emitting oxonitridosilicate phosphor,BaSi_(2)O_(2)N_(2):Eu^(2+)can be used as a competent cyan compensator to improve the color rendering index of white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs).However,low luminescence efficiency and poor thermal stability of this type of phosphor seriously suppress its actual application in full-spectrum lighting.The replacements of Ba^(2+)by Lu^(3+)and Ba^(2+)-Si^(4+)by Lu^(3+)-Al^(3+)can greatly increase the luminescence intensity and improve the thermal stability at the same time.With Lu^(3+)doping,the internal quantum efficiencyηIQE Ba_(0.925)Si_(2)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),0.045 Lu^(3+)is 24.08%higher than that of Ba_(0.97)Si_(2)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+).After Al^(3+)co-doping,theηIQE is further increased by 10.31%compared to Ba_(0.925)Si_(2)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),0.045 Lu^(3+).When the temperature rises to 473 K,the luminescence intensity of Ba_(0.925)Si_(2)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),0.045 Lu^(3+)maintains 62.32%of that at room temperature,which increases by 17.35%in relative to the Ba_(0.97)Si_(2)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),while the luminescence intensity of Ba_(0.925)Si_(1.97)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),0.045 Lu^(3+),0.03 Al^(3+)keeps 73.87%of the initial value,which increases by18.52%compared to Ba_(0.925)Si_(2)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),0.045 Lu^(3+).The mechanisms for luminescence and thermal stability improvement are proposed.The Ba_(0.925)Si_(1.97)O_(2)N_(2):0.03 Eu^(2+),0.045 Lu^(3+),0.03 Al^(3+)cyan phosphor,Y3 Al5 O12:Ce3+yellow phosphor and CaAlSiN3:Eu^(2+)red phosphor are mixed thoroughly and coated on a blue LED(450 nm)to assemble a WLED.The WLED demonstrates a color rendering index(Ra)of 97.1 at150 mA,and the R1-R15 values are all above 90.The results indicate that as an effective cyan compensator in WLED,the BaSi_(2)O_(2)N_(2):Eu^(2+),Lu^(3+),Al^(3+)phosphor has great application prospect in the field of full-spectrum lighting. | Di Wu Lili Liu Huangbin Duan Junrong Wang Wanfang Zou Jiaqing Peng Xinyu Ye | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,1: | 1 |
| 3 | Self-experience of buried seeds at auricular points in depressive patients with sleep disorder: a qualitative research显示文摘Objective To explore the self-experience of burying seeds at auricular points in depressive patients with sleep disorder,so as to seek possible approaches to improve the quality of care.Methods Eleven patients involved in a three-week randomized controlled clinical trial were purposefully interviewed by the experienced,qualified counselor.The process of thematic analysis was applied in this study,the self-experience was discussed and recorded,transcribed,and analyzed accordingly.Results Four themes related to self-experience were extracted,these included the deficiency in relevant support,passive acceptance,distrust,expectation and further advice.Conclusion There was an urgent demand of humane care and emotional support,which might improve compliance of the treatment to some extent in terms of health education.Additionally,medical practitioners should provide the patient with comprehensive support,professional health education,as well as standardize training program for TCM operator and control the operation’s quality. | XIAO Aixiang YU Lin YE Junrong LI Sijue WEI Hongmei WANG Chen | 2017 | 中西医结合护理(中英文)2017,3,12: | 1 |
| 4 | Brittle culm 25, which encodes an UDP-xylose synthase, affects cell wall properties in rice显示文摘Because plant mechanical strength influences plant growth and development,the regulatory mechanisms underlying cell-wall synthesis deserve investigation.Rice mutants are useful for such research.We have identified a novel brittle culm 25(bc25)mutant with reduced growth and partial sterility.BC25 encodes an UDP-glucuronic acid decarboxylase involved in cellulose synthesis and belongs to the UXS family.A single-nucleotide mutation in BC25 accounts for its altered cell morphology and cellwall composition.Transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that the thickness of the secondary cell wall was reduced in bc25.Monosaccharide analysis revealed significant increases in content of rhamnose and arabinose but not of other monosaccharides,indicating that BC25 was involved in xylose synthesis with some level of functional redundancy.Enzymatic assays suggested that BC25 functions with high activity to interconvert UDP-glucuronic acid(UDP-Glc A)and UDP-xylose.GUS staining showed that BC25 was ubiquitously expressed with higher expression in culm,root and sheath,in agreement with that shown by quantitative real-time(q RT)-PCR.RNA-seq further suggested that BC25 is involved in sugar metabolism.We conclude that BC25 strongly influences rice cell wall formation. | Siliang Xu Mengchen Zhang Junhua Ye Dongxiu Hu Yuanyuan Zhang Zhen Li Junrong Liu Yanfei Sun Shan Wang Xiaoping Yuan Yue Feng Qun Xu Xinghua Wei Dali Zeng Yaolong Yang | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,3: | 0 |
