| 1 | Mechanism of vertical crack formation in Yb_(2)SiO_(5) coatings deposited via plasma spray-physical vapor deposition显示文摘Plasma spray-physical vapor deposition(i.e.,PS-PVD)is a promising method for obtaining advanced environmental barrier coatings(EBCs).The EBCs must meet some requirements in the application,in which the thermal cycle performance affects the service lifetime.The preparation of artificial vertical cracks in Yb_(2)SiO_(5) coatings is an effective approach for meeting the requirements above because vertical cracks provide a strain tolerance.To clarify the formation mechanism of vertical cracks during the PSPVD,the effects of coating thickness and substrate temperature on the formation of vertical cracks were investigated.In addition,the interactions of spray powder and plasma flame during coating deposition were also characterized by optical spectroscopy.It is indicated that vertical cracks are formed due to a thermal expansion mismatch between Yb_(2)SiO_(5) and mullite coating,transient cooling after deposition and the nucleation of evaporated Yb_(2)SiO_(5) as well. | Xiaofeng Zhang Chao Wang Ruijun Ye Chunming Deng Xinghua Liang Ziqian Deng Shaopeng Niu Jinbing Song Guo Liu Min Liu Kesong Zhou Jian Lu Junli Feng | 2020 | Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1: | 6 |

| 4 | 2 K superfluid helium cryogenic vertical test system for superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I显示文摘Purpose The accelerator-driven subcritical system(ADS)is the internationally recognized key technology of nuclear waste problem treatment,of which superconducting proton linac is an important part.With the support of the strategic science and technology pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences took the lead in the research of 325 MHz superconducting proton linac,which is called ADS Injector I.The superconducting accelerator part of ADS Injector I mainly consists of 14 spoke-type superconducting cavities withβ0.12.At the same time,the research work of various cavities with differentβvalues and different frequencies is also carried out to lay the technical and technological foundation for ADS main accelerator.The only way to determine whether the superconducting cavity can reach the design target and whether it can be installed into the cryostat is the vertical test at cryogenic.As the only way to test the microwave performance of the superconducting cavity at low temperature,the vertical test can accurately test the acceleration gradient Eacc and the corresponding quality factor Q0 of the superconducting cavity.The design and construction of the superconducting cavity vertical test facility is based on the practical needs of the pilot project and the long-term development of the superconducting accelerator.Methods This paper mainly introduces the design and construction of the cryogenic vertical test system for the superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I,including the system scheme design,process design,heat load analysis,2 K superfluid helium obtaining method,system commissioning and operation,etc.Results and Conclusion The static heat leakage at 2 K of the 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I is 1.624W,which has reached the international advanced level.The 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I after constructed not only meets the test requirements of ADS pilot project,but also conducts 4 K and 2 K vertical tests for other different types of superconducting cavities and relevant cryogenic experiments. | Rui Ge Liangrui Sun Miaofu Xu Rui Ye Xiangzhen Zhang Minjing Sang Ruixiong Han Zhuo Zhang Jiehao Zhang Lin Bian Mei Li Changcheng Ma Tongxian Zhao Yongcheng Jiang Zhengze Chang Shaopeng Li | 2020 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2020,4,2: | 2 |

| 17 | Optimal Concentration of the Bubble Drainage Agent in Foam Drainage Gas Recovery Applications显示文摘Foam drainage is theflow of liquid through the interstitial spaces between bubbles driven by capillarity and grav-ity and resisted by viscous damping.The so-called foam drainage gas recovery technology is a technique tradi-tionally used to mitigate the serious bottom-hole liquid loading in the middle and late stages of gas well production.In this context,determining the optimal concentration of the bubble drainage agent is generally cru-cial for the proper application of this method.In this study,a combination of indoor experiments and theoretical analysis have been used to determine the pressure drop related to the foam-carrying capacity in a representative gasfield.Dynamic and static experiments were designed with a bubble drainage agent concentration varying in the range 0.3%–0.6%.Using thefield formation water data,the optimal soaking agent concentration was obtained and pressure drop test experiments on the foam carrying capacity were conducted accordingly.These tests have revealed that the optimal foam displacement agent concentration is 0.5%,and the foam quality at the optimum concentration is between 0.78–0.98.A theoretical method for calculating the pressure drop at the optimum soak-away concentration based on experimental data has also been introduced.The error of the proposed method is within 15%compared to the experimental measured value,demonstrating that it is highly accurate and simple. | Shaopeng Liu Guowei Wang Pengfei Liu Dong Ye Jian Song Xing Liu Yang Cheng | 2023 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2023,19,12: | 0 |
| 18 | Study on time-resolved fluorescence dynamics of cyanine dye sensitizing AgBr显示文摘The fluorescence spectra of three different dyes adsorbed on the tabular and cubic AgBr microcrystals are obtained by the picosecond time-resolved streak camera technique. The dependence of the ultrafast electron transferring from dye-aggre-gates to the conduction band of AgBr and the efficiency of spectral sensitization on different kinds of dyes with different concentrations is analyzed. Further more,the microcosmic mechanism of the sensitization process is discussed. It is found that the fluorescence decay curves are fitted very well by the double exponential func-tion,consisting of a slow component and a fast one with large amplitude. | 19 | Monaural speech enhancement combining accurate ratio mask and deep neural network显示文摘Aiming at the problem that the supervised speech enhancement ignores the impact of the similarity of amplitude spectrum between clean speech,noise,and noisy speech on the enhancement effect,a method combining accurate ratio mask(ARM)and deep neural network(DNN)is proposed for monaural speech enhancement.Firstly,an accurate ratio mask based on ideal ratio mask in the time-frequency domain is designed,which utilizes the normalized cross-correlation coefficients of amplitude spectrum between clean speech and noisy speech,and between noise and noisy speech.Then,the target mask is estimated by the output of the baseline DNN which takes the amplitude spectrum of clean speech and noise as training target,and further uses the target mask to optimize the baseline DNN and gets the enhanced speech from noisy speech.Moreover,considering the discriminative information between clean speech and noise,a discriminative training function is used to replace the mean square error(MSE)as the objective function of the DNN,thus making the output of network more accurate.The experimental results show that the discriminative training function improves the enhancement effect of baseline DNN and the overall joint optimization network.Compared with other common DNN methods,the proposed method has achieved higher average PESQ,STOI and better noise suppression effect under matched and unmatched noise,and the enhanced speech also retains more speech components. | BAI Haojun ZHANG Tianqi LIU Jianxing YE Shaopeng | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2022,41,4: | 0 |
