| 1 | High-security-level multi-dimensional optical storage medium:nanostructured glass embedded with LiGa_(5)O_(8):Mn^(2+) with photostimulated luminescence显示文摘The launch of the big data era puts forward challenges for information preservation technology,both in storage capacity and security.Herein,a brand new optical storage medium,transparent glass ceramic(TGC)embedded with photostimulated LiGa5O8:Mn2+nanocrystals,capable of achieving bit-by-bit optical data write-in and read-out in a photon trapping/detrapping mode,is developed.The highly ordered nanostructure enables light–matter interaction with high encoding/decoding resolution and low bit error rate.Importantly,going beyond traditional 2D optical storage,the high transparency of the studied bulk medium makes 3D volumetric optical data storage(ODS)possible,which brings about the merits of expanded storage capacity and improved information security.Demonstration application confirmed the erasable-rewritable 3D storage of binary data and display items in TGC with intensity/wavelength multiplexing.The present work highlights a great leap in photostimulated material for ODS application and hopefully stimulates the development of new multi-dimensional ODS media. | Shisheng Lin Hang Lin Chonggeng Ma Yao Cheng Sizhe Ye Fulin Lin Renfu Li Ju Xu Yuansheng Wang | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 12 |
| 2 | Grain Growth Behavior of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N Steel Micro-Alloyed by Rare Earth显示文摘Grain growth behavior of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4NRE steel was experimentally studied at various solid solution treatment temperatures and holding for different times. The experimental results show that the 5Cr21Mn9Ni4NRE steel has the feature of sharp austenite grain coarsening after solid solution treatment at the temperature above 1150 ℃. RE added in the steel has the benefit to restrain grain growth and increase grain growth activation energy. Grain growth mechanism is self-diffusion controlling process. The dispersed carbo-nitride in the steel greatly restrains grain growth. Solid solution treatment at the temperature below 1100 ℃ leads to little increase of grain size and little decrease of Rockwell hardness for mass carbo-nitride undissolved, whereas solid solution treatment at the temperature above 1150 ℃ leads to rapid grain coarsening and Rockwell hardness decrease. | 6 | High-Temperature Oxidation Behavior of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N Steel Micro-Alloyed by Rare Earth显示文摘The oxidation resistance of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N steel micro-alloying by RE at 700~900 ℃ was investigated. The results indicate that oxidation exponent n and oxidation activation energy are increased, and oxidation velocity constant k_p is decreased when 0.2% RE is added in 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N steel. The addition of RE elements does not alter phase constitution of oxidation scale, however it improves the configuration of oxidation scale, and increases thermal stability and adhesivity of oxidation scale, which results in the raise of oxidation resistance of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N steel at high temperature. The oxidation scale constitutes of refractory steel transfer from manganic oxide mostly to ferric oxide mostly with the increase of temperature, which leads to descend of compactness and desquamation resistance of oxidation scale. Compared to traditional forms of 2D GIS, the 3D GIS system brings better user experience for us. After introducing the current development status of the 3D digital river, the paper proposes a novel method for constructing 3D digital river system. It explores the methods in 3D digital river modeling by SketchUp, driving 3D scene by ArcScene and secondary developing by ArcGIS Engine. It discusses the specific issues of 3D river modeling with a river in Nanjing, and sums up a complete 3D modeling of operational process. | 10 | Research on Hydrological Time Series Prediction Based on Combined Model显示文摘Water level prediction of river runoff is an important part of hydrological forecasting.The change of water level not only has the trend and seasonal characteristics,but also contains the noise factors.And the water level prediction ability of a single model is limited.Since the traditional ARIMA(Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average)model is not accurate enough to predict nonlinear time series,and the WNN(Wavelet Neural Network)model requires a large training set,we proposed a new combined neural network prediction model which combines the WNN model with the ARIMA model on the basis of wavelet decomposition.The combined model fit the wavelet transform sequences whose frequency are high with the WNN,and the scale transform sequence which has low frequency is fitted by the ARIMA model,and then the prediction results of the above are reconstructed by wavelet transform.The daily average water level data of the Liuhe hydrological station in the Chu River Basin of Nanjing are used to forecast the average water level of one day ahead.The combined model is compared with other single models with MATLAB,and the experimental results show that the accuracy of the combined model is improved by 7%compared with the traditional wavelet network under the appropriate wavelet decomposition function and the combined model parameters. | Yi Cheng Yuansheng Lou Feng Ye Ling Li | 2017 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2017,,1: | 0 |
| 11 | Meteorological Sensor Data Storage Mechanism Based on TimescaleDB and Kafka显示文摘The scale of meteorological sensor data increases at TB level every week. Traditional relational database is inefficient in storing and processing such data and cannot satisfy many soft requirements. However, the heterogeneity and diversity of the numerous existing NoSQL systems impede the well-informed comparison and selection of a data store appropriate for a given application context. Implementing a meteorological sensor data storage mechanism is a key challenge. Therefore, a meteorological sensor data storage mechanism based on TimescaleDB and Kafka is proposed. In this solution, meteorological sensor data was acquired and transmitted by Kafka and was sent to TimescaleDB for storage and analysis. Based on simulated meteorological sensor dataset, it compared the solution with other NoSQL stores such as Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase and Riak TS.
