| 2 | Measurement of GaAs start duration in different solution concentration using infrared images显示文摘This paper proposes a new infrared method to measure the start duration of GaAs substrate in chemi- cal etching. When etching starts, the temperature of liquid-film will change because of heat release in the chemical reaction. As a result, the start duration of GaAs can be tested by collecting real-time in- frared thermal images in the course of temperature variation. Both theoretical analysis and experi- mental results show that the line shape liquid film of a 2-mm width is a good monitoring subject. By making use of the grey distribution change of a certain cross section of the line shape liquid film, the start duration of reaction between GaAs and H2SO4-H2O2-H2O is obtained. The start durations of reac- tion between GaAs substrate and H2SO4:H2O2:H2O (=5:1:50 and 15:3:50) solution are about 0.2 s and 0.3―0.4 s, respectively. | 3 | Wide spectrum and rapid calculation model for atmospheric radiative transfer in limb remote sensing显示文摘We proposed a wide spectrum and rapid calculation model FALTRAN( Fast Atmospheric Limb TRANsmission),to solve the problems of current radiative transfer model in limb remote sensing. In FALTRAN:( 1) Band model algorithm was employed and the molecular spectroscopy database was based on HITRAN2008.( 2) Limb radiative transfer equation consists of scattering and thermal radiation was established,and according to the limb geometry characteristic,a Hemisphere Radiation Adding( HRA) approach based on finite difference method was proposed to solve it. We investigated the atmospheric limb radiations under typical atmospheric modes in several commonly used remote sensing bands. Moreover,radiation contribution by two hemispheres was quantitative analyzed as well. Validation results show that the relative differences between FALTRAN and Combining Differential-Integral( CDI) model are within 2%,and calculation results by FALTRAN have good agreement with Michelson Interferometer for Passive Atmospheric Sounding( MIPAS) measurements. | 4 | Critical temperature and condensed fraction of Bose-Einstein condensation in optical lattices显示文摘Critical temperature and condensate fraction of Bose-Einstein condensation in the optical lattice are studied. The results show that the critical temperature in optical lattices can be characterized with an equivalent critical temperature in a single lattice, which provide a fast evaluation of critical temperature and condensate fraction of Bose-Einstein condensation confined with pure optical trap. Critical temperature can be estimated with an equivalent critical temperature. It is predicted that critical temperature is proportional to q in q number lattices for superfluid state and should be equal to that in a single lattic for Mott insulate state. | 5 | Body composition characteristics of Uyghur college students and their correlation with lifestyles显示文摘This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of body composition changes of Uygur collegestudents and explore the correlation between their body composition and lifestyle.A cross-sectional investigationwas conducted on 526 Uygur students(264 males and 262 females)by using the stratified cluster samplingmethod.Questionnaires were used to study their lifestyles,and bioimpedance analyzers were used to measure thebody composition-related indicators.It was found that there were gender differences in various body compositionindicators of Uyghur college students at different ages,and the average value reached a peak in the 21-year-oldgroup.The average BMI,the average BFP and the average WHR were within normal ranges.Compared withother college student groups recently reported,the obesity rate was relatively lower.The proportion of Uyghurgirls with abnormal BFP was higher than that of boys,and the proportion of boys with abnormal WHR and VAIindexes was higher than that of girls.Exercise status was negatively correlated with fat mass,BFP and WHR,and positively correlated with other indicators.Therefore,Uygur college students'body composition indicatorsvary with gender and age.Exercise has a significant effect on many body composition indicators of Uygur collegestudents,and can effectively improve the proportion of body composition. | Bai Jingya He Ye Ma Bin Wang Yutang He Jinquan Hai Xiangjun | 2021 | 解剖学杂志2021,44,S01: | 0 |
| 6 | Critical temperature of Bose-Einstein condensation for weakly interacting bose gas in a potential trap显示文摘The critical temperature of Bose-Einstein condensation at minimum momentum state for weakly interacting Bose gases in a power-law potential and the deviation of the critical temperature from ideal bose gas are studied. The effect of interaction on the critical temperature is ascribed to the ratiao α/λc, where α is the scattering length for s wave and λc is de Broglie wavelength at critical temperature. As α/λc<<1/(2π )2, the interaction is negligible.
