| 1 | 美国急性病医院预防医院感染策略纲要(2014更新版)Ⅰ显示文摘今年本刊已经介绍过2014版的英国NHS医院预防医院感染循证指南,现在呈现在读者面前的是2014更新版《美国急性病医院预防医院感染策略纲要》。这两个指南都是基于循证医学证据更新的,各有特点。2014更新版《美国急性病医院预防医院感染策略纲要》包括导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)预防策略、艰难梭菌感染(CDI)预防策略、预防手术部位感染的策略、中心静脉导管相关血流感染(CLABSI)预防策略、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)预防策略、呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)预防策略、手卫生预防医疗机构相关感染策略。这7个策略由美国医院流行病学会(SHEA)、感染病学会(IDSA)、医院协会(AHA)、感染控制与流行病专业人员协会(APIC),以及疾病预防控制中心(CDc)、医疗卫生改善研究院(IHI)、儿科感染病学会(PIDS)、重症医学学会(SCCM)、医院药学协会(SHM)、外科感染协会(SIS)等有关协会组织参加的联合委员会共同制定。 | 刘思娣 吴安华 Yokoe D S Anderson D J Berenholtz S M | 2014 | 中国感染控制杂志2014，13，11： | 17 |

Ⅰ预防SSI的基本方法推荐给所有急性病医院。
1.依据基于循证医学证据的标准及指南,对患者预防性使用抗菌药物。(Ⅰ级质量证据)
2.除非毛发干扰手术操作,否则无需剃除手术部位的毛发;需要去除毛发时,也不使用剃须刀剃毛。(Ⅱ级质量证据)
