Changes in visibility with PM_(2.5) composition and relative humidity at a background site in the Pearl River Delta region显示文摘In fall–winter, 2007–2013, visibility and light scattering coefficients(b sp) were measured along with PM_(2.5)mass concentrations and chemical compositions at a background site in the Pearl River Delta(PRD) region. The daily average visibility increased significantly(p < 0.01) at a rate of 1.1 km/year, yet its median stabilized at ~13 km. No haze days occurred when the 24-hr mean PM_(2.5)mass concentration was below 75 μg/m^3. By multiple linear regression on the chemical budget of particle scattering coefficient(b sp), we obtained site-specific mass scattering efficiency(MSE) values of 6.5 ± 0.2, 2.6 ± 0.3, 2.4 ± 0.7 and 7.3 ± 1.2 m2/g,respectively, for organic matter(OM), ammonium sulfate(AS), ammonium nitrate(AN) and sea salt(SS). The reconstructed light extinction coefficient(b ext) based on the Interagency Monitoring of Protected Visual Environments(IMPROVE) algorithm with our site-specific MSE revealed that OM, AS, AN, SS and light-absorbing carbon(LAC) on average contributed 45.9% ± 1.6%,25.6% ± 1.2%, 12.0% ± 0.7%, 11.2% ± 0.9% and 5.4% ± 0.3% to light extinction, respectively.Averaged b ext displayed a significant reduction rate of 14.1/Mm·year(p < 0.05); this rate would be 82% higher if it were not counteracted by increasing relative humidity(RH) and hygroscopic growth factor(f(RH)) at rates of 2.5% and 0.16/year-1(p < 0.01), respectively, during the fall–winter, 2007–2013. This growth of RH and f(RH) partly offsets the positive effects of lowered AS in improving visibility, and aggravated the negative effects of increasing AN to impair visibility. | Xiaoxin Fu Xinming Wang Qihou Hu Guanghui Li Xiang Ding Yanli Zhang Quanfu He Tengyu Liu Zhou Zhang Qingqing Yu Ruqing Shen Xinhui Bi | 2016 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,2: | 18
Recent developments in nanofiltration membranes based on nanomaterials显示文摘Nanofiltration membranes are the core elements for nanofiltration process. The chemical structures and physical properties of nanofiltration membranes determine water permeability, solute selectivity, mechanical/thermal stability, and antifouling properties, which greatly influence the separation efficiency and operation cost in nanofiltration applications. In recent years, a great progress has been made in the development of high performance nanofiltration membranes based on nanomaterials. Considering the increasing interest in this field, this paper reviews the recent studies on the nanofiltration membranes comprising various nanomaterials, including the metal and metal oxide nanoparticles, carbon-based nanomaterials, metal–organic frameworks(MOFs), water channel proteins, and organic micro/nanoparticles. Finally, a perspective is given on the further exploitation of advanced nanomaterials and novel strategy for fabricating nano-based nanofiltration membranes. Moreover, the development of precision instruments and simulation techniques is necessary for the characterization of membrane microstructure and investigation of the separation and antifouling mechanism of nanofiltration membranes prepared with nanomaterials. | Yanli Ji Weijie Qian Yawei Yu Quanfu An Lifen Liu Yong Zhou Congjie Gao | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,11: | 12
Identification of stably expressed QTL for resistance to black shank disease in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.) line Beinhart 1000-1显示文摘Cigar line Beinhart 1000-1 has effective durable resistance to black shank(BS) and is considered one of the most resistant sources in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.). To investigate the inheritance and identification of stable quantitative trait loci(QTL) for BS response, F2,BC1 F2 individuals and BC1 F2:3 lines were produced from a cross between Beinhart 1000-1 and Xiaohuangjin 1025. Two major quantitative trait loci(M-QTL) named qBS7 and qBS17 were repeatedly detected under different conditions. QTL qBS7 was mapped to the region between PT30174 and PT60621 and explained 17.40%–25.60% of the phenotypic variance under different conditions. The other QTL qBS17 in interval PT61564–PT61538 of linkage group 17 was detected in a BC1 F2 population in the field and in BC1 F2:3 in both the field and at the seedling stage, explaining 6.90% to 11.60% of the phenotypic variance. The results improve our understanding of the inheritance of resistance to BS and provide information that can be used in marker-assisted breeding. | Yusheng Zhang Xuan Guo Xingxing Yan Min Ren Caihong Jiang Yazeng Cheng Liuying Wen Dan Liu Yu Zhang Mingming Sun Quanfu Feng Aiguo Yang Lirui Cheng | 2018 | The Crop Journal2018,6,3: | 4

Preparation and preliminary biological evaluation of ^(99m)Tc-ANMdU显示文摘Technetium-99m-labeled-5-{2-sulfanylethyl-[2-(2-sulfanylethylamino)acetyl]amino}-methyl-2′-deoxy- uridine (99mTc-ANMdU) was reported. The precursor ANMdU was synthesized by six-step reactions and all intermediates were verified with MS and 1HNMR. Using SnCl2 as reducing agent, a labeling reaction was carried out at 100°C for 30 min. The radiochemical purity of the 99mTc-ANMdU was 96.68%. Partition coefficients were 0.92 and 0.70 at pH 7.0 and 7.4 of the phosphate buffer saline, respectively. Biodistribution of 99mTc-ANMdU in normal mice showed that the initial uptake of 99mTc-ANMdU in vivo and the clearance was rapid. | LU Chunxiong JIANG Quanfu YU Huixin WANG Songpei Li Xiaomin WANG Zhengwu | 2010 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2010,21,2: | 1
A non-uniform quadtree map building method including dead-end semantics extraction显示文摘To reduce the complexity of large-scene high-resolution maps while using the dead-end information distributed in the unmanned vehicle driving environment,we propose a novel non-uniform quadtree map-building method including dead-end semantic information extraction.By utilizing quadtree data structures, submaps and a positive-order tree depth organization approach, our proposed map can adapt to the large-scale high-resolution requirement and expand more easily to larger environments. To verify the practicality of our proposed map,we have successfully implemented map matching and path planning in real environments.Additionally,we effectively extract the dead-end semantic information that widely distributes in the environment, which can help unmanned vehicles avoid collisions and improve the search efficiency of the planning procedure. We evaluate our method with KITTI datasets,CARLA Simulator, and our self-collected real-world datasets. The experimental results show that our proposed method significantly reduces the complexity of large-scale high-resolution maps, effectively extracts dead-end semantic information, and has good practicality in real environments. The implementation of our method is released here:http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asbbf0cc0nwxwu6w5f.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/biter0088/Non-uniform-quadtree-map. | Xiuzhong Hu Guangming Xiong Junyi Ma Gege Cui Quanfu Yu Shihao Li Zijie Zhou | 2023 | Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2023,2,2: | 0
