9一种新型高强度、高清晰度、可穿透的钛网透明颅窗显示文摘大脑皮层广泛区域的神经成像对于理解神经环路以及调节脑功能至关重要。目前,仍缺乏具有临床应用潜力的高强度、可穿透的光学颅窗工具。北京大学许胜勇教授团队,利用钛(Ti)的高强度特性,以及聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的高清晰度和可穿透特性,设计一种新型的钛网透明颅窗(Ti-PDMS颅窗)。该人工颅窗生物兼容性好,可长期进行活体动物脑部注射及双光子成像。主要结果:(1)依托于计算机辅助设计、3D打印技术制备的Ti网框架,可定制为任意形状和尺寸,以匹配不同动物的颅骨形态(如小鼠、大鼠和兔子等)。Ti网框架具有高强度特性,其机械强度与人类头骨相似。(2)PDMS薄膜具有高清晰度的特性。在可见光区域,PDMS薄膜的透光率和折射率均优于#1盖玻片。双光子成像结果显示,透过PDMS和盖玻片观察小鼠脑切片,小胶质细胞和神经元的荧光强度无明显差异。(3)PDMS类似于橡胶,弹性好,具有可穿透性和“自密封”特性。透过PDMS薄膜进行注射,可防止液体外漏。刘风雨(译) Yang NN Liu FY Zhang XY 2022中国疼痛医学杂志2022,28,4:1
