1Deformation control of asymmetric floor heave in a deep rock roadway:A case study显示文摘In order to control asymmetric floor heave in deep rock roadways and deformation around the surrounding rock mass after excavation, in this paper we discuss the failure mechanism and coupling control countermeasures using the finite difference method(FLAC3D) combined with comparative analysis and typical engineering application at Xingcun coal mine. It is indicated by the analysis that the simple symmetric support systems used in the past led to destruction of the deep rock roadway from the key zone and resulted in the deformation of asymmetric floor heave in the roadway. Suitable reinforced support countermeasures are proposed to reduce the deformation of the floor heave and the potential risk during mining. The application shows that the present support technology can be used to better environmental conditions. The countermeasures of asymmetric coupling support can not only effectively reduce the discrepancy deformation at the key area of the surrounding rock mass, but also effectively control floor heave, which helps realize the integration of support and maintain the stability of the deep rock roadways at Xingcun coal mine.Sun Xiaoming Wang Dong Feng Jili Zhang Chun Chen Yanwei 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,6:10
2Electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide films:Preparation,characterization and their electrochemical properties显示文摘Graphene oxide (GO) film was electrochemically reduced by a cyclic voltammetry technique in 6 mol L-1 KOH aqueous solution.Electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ER-GO) film was characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,atomic force microscopy,and Raman spectroscopy.The oxygen content (with the O/C atomic ratio of 1.29%) was significantly decreased after electrochemical reduction.The ER-GO film exhibited a specific capacitance of 152 F g-1 at the current density of 5 A g-1 and a good rate capability.Furthermore,the ER-GO film showed an excellent cycling ability.The capacitance retention remained 99% after 3000 cycles at the current density of 10 A g-1.ZHANG Xiong ZHANG DaCheng CHEN Yao SUN XianZhong MA YanWei 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,23:6
3Literature Review on Wireless Sensing Wi-Fi Signal-Based Recognition of Human Activities显示文摘With the rapid development and wide deployment of wireless technology, Wi-Fi signals have no longer been confined to the Internet as a communication medium. Wi-Fi signals will be modulated again by human actions when propagating indoors, carrying rich human body state information. Therefore, a novel wireless sensing technology is gradually emerging that can realize gesture recognition, human daily activity detection, identification,indoor localization and human body tracking, vital signs detection, imaging, and emotional recognition by extracting effective feature information about human actions from Wi-Fi signals. Researchers mainly use channel state information or frequency modulated carrier wave in their current implementation schemes of wireless sensing technology, called 'Walls have eyes', and these schemes cover radio-frequency technology, signal processing technology, and machine learning. These available wireless sensing systems can be used in many applications such as smart home, medical health care, search-and-rescue, security, and with the high precision and passively device-free through-wall detection function. This paper elaborates the research actuality and summarizes each system structure and the basic principles of various wireless sensing applications in detail. Meanwhile, two popular implementation schemes are analyzed. 4A study on accumulation and distribution of gas in southern Songliao Basin显示文摘A number of isolated fault sags in Late Jurassic--Early Cretaceous were developed in the early stage of southern Songliao Basin,and unified to a depression basin in the late stage.Therefore,multiple isolated lower petroliferous systems were formed with fault sags as source rocks.The source rocks of fault sags in Late Jurassic--Early Cretaceous were mainly described with gas generation as favorable source rocks,leading to the southern Songliao Basin rich in natural gas resources combined with organic gas resources in Nenjiang Formation.A number of tectonic movements in southern Songliao Basin led to the formation of abundant structural traps and complex fault systems,and controlled the distribution strata and positions of sources rocks in Late Jurassic--Early Cretaceous fault sags.The oil-gas reservoirs can be divided into two types,i.e.,primary and secondary ones.The primary oil-gas reservoirs were distributed in the fault sag strata and the bottom of overlying depression strata(lower Quan-1 Member).The oil-gas reservoir accumulation depended on the trap development situation and the distance from source rocks.The preservation conditions of oil-gas reservoirs depended on the degree of reconstruction in the late tectonism.The secondary oil-gas reservoirs were distribution in the Quantou Formation of depression strata,where oil and gas reservoir accumulation depended on three conditions,i.e.,trap development situation,deep gas sources and the fault to connect the shallow traps and deep gas sources.The southern Songliao Basin is rich in lower coal type gas,upper oil-gas and biogas resources,which are important resources in the future.WANG Dehai KANG Haiping ZHAO Yanwei ZHAO Dalin LV Shicong WU Jianan CHEN Chunguang 2013Global Geology2013,16,1:4
5Heterogeneous memory enhanced graph reasoning network for cross-modal retrieval显示文摘Cross-modal retrieval(CMR) aims to retrieve the instances of a specific modality that are relevant to a given query from another modality, which has drawn much attention because of its importance in bridging vision with language. A key to the success of CMR is to learn more discriminative and robust representations for both visual and textual instances to further reduce the heterogeneous discrepancy existing in different modalities. In this paper, we address this challenging issue by proposing a heterogeneous memory enhanced graph reasoning network, named HMGR, to connect the semantic correlations between vision and language.On the one hand, we design a novel dual-path network architecture to generate relationship enhanced global representations by employing modality-specific graph reasoning on extracted local features for each instance.In this way, the topological interdependencies of both visual and textual intra-instance local fragments are fully mined to achieve a deeper semantic understanding of the relationships between them. On the other hand,we focus on utilizing inter-instance semantic correlated knowledge to enhance the discriminability of the final learned representations, which is achieved by introducing a joint heterogeneous memory network to iteratively restore both visual and textual instance-level information. Through interacting with long-term contextual multimodal knowledge, an encouraging shared latent feature space for mitigating the heterogeneous gap across different modalities can be learned. 6Methionine deficiency and its hydroxy analogue influence chicken intestinal 3-dimensional organoid development显示文摘Methionine and its hydroxy analogue(MHA)have been shown to benefit mouse intestinal regeneration.The intestinal organoid is a good model that directly reflects the impact of certain nutrients or chemicals on intestinal development.Here,we aimed to establish a chicken intestinal organoid culture method first and then use the model to explore the influence of methionine deficiency and MHA on intestinal organoid development.The results showed that 125-mm cell strainer exhibited the highest efficiency for chicken embryo crypt harvesting.We found that transforming growth factor-b inhibitor(A8301)supplementation promoted enterocyte differentiation at the expense of the proliferation of intestinal stem cells(ISC).The mitogen-activated protein kinase p38 inhibitor(SB202190)promoted intestinal organoid formation and enterocyte differentiation but suppressed the differentiation of enteroendocrine cells,goblet cells and Paneth cells.However,the suppression of enteroendocrine cell and Paneth cell differentiation by SB202190 was alleviated at the presence of A8301.The glycogen synthase kinase 3 inhibitor(CHIR99021),valproic acid(VPA)alone and their combination promoted chicken intestinal organoid formation and enterocyte differentiation at the expense of the expression of Paneth cells and goblet cells.Chicken serum significantly improved organoid formation,especially in the presence of A8301,SB202190,CHIR99021,and VPA,but inhibited the differentiation of Paneth cells and enteroendocrine cells.Chicken serum at a concentration of 0.25%meets the requirement of chicken intestinal organoid development,and the beneficial effect of chicken serum on chicken intestinal organoid culture could not be replaced by fetal bovine serum and insulin-like growth factor-1.Moreover,commercial mouse organoid culture medium supplemented with A8301,SB202190,CHIR99021,VPA,and chicken serum promotes chicken organoid budding.Based on the chicken intestinal organoid model,we found that methionine deficiency mimicked by cycloleucine suppressed organoid formation and organoid size,and this effect was reinforced with increased cycloleucine concentrations.Methionine hydroxy analogue promoted regeneration of ISC but decreased cell differentiation compared with the results obtained with L-methionine.In conclusion,our results provide a potentially excellent guideline for chicken intestinal organoid culture and insights into methionine function in crypt development.Youli Wang Qihang Hou Yuqin Wu Yanwei Xu Yan Liu Jing Chen Lingling Xu Yuming Guo Shuai Gao Jianmin Yuan 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,1:4

9ALM1, encoding a Fe-superoxide dismutase, is critical for rice chloroplast biogenesis and drought stress response显示文摘Chloroplasts are the center of plant life activities including photosynthesis,growth and development,and abiotic stress response.Chloroplast development and biogenesis in rice have been studied in detail,but how does abiotic stress affect chloroplasts is less studied.We obtained an albino mutant,alm1,whose chlorophyll content was greatly decreased.Transmission electron microscopy showed that chloroplast development in alm1 was blocked,especially in thylakoid-like structures,which could not form normally.The ALM1 gene encodes a chloroplast-localized superoxide dismutase.Full-length ALM1 successfully restored the non-albino phenotype,and in knockout lines,the albino phenotype reappeared.The ALM1gene is expressed mainly in young leaves.alm1 plants died as a consequence of excessive reactive oxygen accumulation after the third-leaf stage.A series of biochemical assays verified that ALM1 interacted with the OsTrxz protein,which is one of the components of plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) complexes.A western blot experiment indicated that ALM1 played an important role in stabilizing OsTrxz in rice.An overexpression test of ALM1 revealed that ALM1 can increase drought resistance by removing excess reactive oxygen in rice seedlings.This study suggests that ALM1 not only participates in rice chloroplast biogenesis,but also increases rice stress resistance by scavenging excess reactive oxygen.Yanwei Wang Chen Deng Pengfei Ai Xue’an Cui Zhiguo Zhang 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:4

14Differentiation of fetal pancreatic stem cells into neuron-like and islet-like cells in vitro显示文摘Pancreatic stem cells were isolated and cultured from aborted human fetal pancreases of gestational age 14-20 weeks. They were seeded at a density of 1 × 104 in serum-free media for differentiation into neuron-like cells, expressing β-tubulin III and glial fibrillary acidic protein. These neuron-like cells displayed a synapse-like morphology and appeared to form a neuronal network. Pancreatic stem cells were also seeded at a density of 1 × 105 for differentiation into islet-like cells, expressing insulin and glucagon, with an islet-like morphology. 19Carbon-coated Li3VO4 with optimized structure as high capacity anode material for lithium-ion capacitors显示文摘Due to the high capacity,moderate voltage platform,and stable structure,Li3VO4(LVO) has attracted close attention as feasible anode material for lithium-ion capacitor.However,the intrinsic low electronic conductivity and sluggish kinetics of the Li+ insertion process severely impede its practical application in lithium-ion capacitors(LICs).Herein,a carbon-coated Li3VO4(LVO/C) hierarchical structure was prepared by a facial one-step solid-state method.The synthesized LVO/C composite delivers an impressive capacity of 435 mAh/g at 0.07 A/g,remarkable rate capability,and nearly 100% capacity retention after 500 cycles at 0.5 A/g.The superior electrochemical properties of LVO/C composite materials are attributed to the improved conductivity of electron and stable carbon/LVO composite structures.Besides,the LIC device based on activated carbon(AC) cathode and optimal LVO/C as anode reveals a maximum energy density of 110 Wh/kg and long-term cycle life.These results provide a potential way for assembling the advanced hybrid lithium-ion capacitors.Wenjie Liu Xiong Zhang Chen Li Kai Wang Xianzhong Sun Yanwei Ma 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:2
20Control system for cryogenic permanent magnet undulator(CPMU)of high energy photon source(HEPS)显示文摘Background High energy photon source(HEPS)is the fourth-generation light source,which uses a large number of highperformance insertion devices to generate synchrotron radiation.The control system is an important part of the insertion device(ID).Purpose Cryogenic permanent magnet undulator(CPMU)is one kind of IDs that works in liquid nitrogen temperature and ultra-high vacuum environment,and its control system is more difficult and complex than in-air ID.The design of the control system for CPMU will be introduced in detail.Method The sub-systems include high-precision magnetic gap control,safety protection,measurement and compensation of magnetic gap at cryogenic temperature and cryogenic temperature monitoring.Mature,reliable,stable technical schemes are designed to meet the technical specifications of sub-systems.Results The experiment results show that the magnetic gap motion accuracy can be controlled within 0.2–0.3μm under the step size of 1μm.The safety protection system has been tested in turn,and the predetermined protection can be achieved.The average value of magnetic gap cold contraction is 1.512 mm measured by optical micrometer,and the compensation is realized by software.The average temperature of the main magnet structure measured by the temperature sensors is 81.0 K,and the temperature gradient is 0.7 K/m.The temperature monitoring is reliable and stable.Conclusion The CPMU control system which is based on EPICS has been successfully applied to the CPMU prototype,and the test results have met the design specifications.Shutao Zhao Jianshe Cao Huihua Lu Xiaoyu Li Shuchen Sun Yajun Sun Xiangzhen Zhang Lei Zhang Yuhui Li Zhiqiang Li Wan Chen Lingling Gong Qing Guo Keyun Gong Yongsheng Huang Yanwei Yang Yufeng Yang 2021Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,1:2
