| 1 | Ultra-wide tuning single channel filter based on one-dimensional photonic crystal with an air cavity显示文摘By inserting an air cavity into a one-dimensional photonic crystal of LiF/GaSb, a tunable filter covering the whole visible range is proposed. Following consideration of the dispersion of the materials, through modulating the thickness of the air cavity, we demonstrate that a single resonant peak can shift from 416.1 to 667.3 nm in the band gap at normal incidence by means of the transfer matrix method. The research also shows that the transmittance of the channel can be maximized when the number of periodic Li F/Ga Sb layers on one side of the air defect layer is equal to that of the other side. When adding a period to both sides respectively, the full width at half maximum of the defect mode is reduced by one order of magnitude. | 3 | Preparation of MgO-Mg_2TiO_4 Composite and Its Corrosion Resistance to Electrolyte显示文摘MgO- Mg2TiO4 composite was prepared by adding chemically pure TiO2(0,1%,2%,5% and 10%,in mass,the same hereinafter) to light-burned magnesia(particle size <0.045 mm),ball milling,dry pressing,and reaction sintering at 1 400,1 500 and 1 600 ℃ fo3 h,respectively. Apparent porosity,bulk density and corrosion resistance to AlF3- Na3AlF6- K3AlF6 were in vestigated. Phase composition and microstructure wer analyzed. The results show that:(1) MgO- Mg2TiO4 composite can be synthesized by reaction sintering; with TiO2 addition increasing from 0 to 5%,the specimen i denser obviously accompanying with more Mg2TiO4 form ing and MgO grains growing; the specimen with 10%TiO2obtains a slightly lower density than that with 5%TiO2due to larger volume expansion resulting from th formation of more Mg2TiO4;(2)with TiO2 addition in creasing from 0 to 5%,corrosion resistance to AlF3-Na3AlF6- K3AlF6 of the specimens improves gradually owing to the density increase and the Mg2TiO4 possessing good chemical stability distributing along periclas grains; compared with the specimen with 5% TiO2,tha with 10% TiO2 owns a little worse corrosion resistanc because of the lower density. | XU Yibiao LI Yawei SANG Shaobai QIN Qingwei YANG Jianhong | 2014 | China's Refractories2014,23,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Preparation of MgO-Fe_3O_4 Materials and Their Corrosion Resistance to AIF_3-Na_3AIF_6-K_3AIF_6显示文摘In the present paper,novel sidewall materials for aluminum reduction cell were prepared in air using magnesia and magnetite as starting materials. The sintering behaviors of the specimens were investigated by means of X- ray diffraction( XRD) and scanning electron microscope( SEM). And corrosion tests in a Na_3 AlF_6- AlF_3- K_3 AlF_6 bath were conducted to evaluate the electrolyte corrosion resistance. The results show that the Fe_3O_4 phase is transformed into Fe_2O_3 at high temperatures,which in turn reacts with the MgO added to form MgFe_2O_4 spinel. And with increasing the MgO content from 0 to 30 mass%,densification of the specimens decreases mainly due to larger volume expansion resulting from formation of more Mg Fe_2O_4. The corrosion tests show that corrosion layers are produced in all the MgO added specimens. | 5 | Predictive analysis for race detection in software-defined networks显示文摘Race condition remains one kind of the most common concurrency bugs in software-defined networks(SDNs). The race conditions can be exploited to lead to security and reliability risks. However,the race conditions are notoriously difficult to detect. The existing race detectors for SDNs have limited detection capability. They can only detect the races in the original traces(observed traces) and cause false negatives. In this study, we present a predictive analysis framework called SDN-predict for race detection in SDNs. By encoding the order between the specified network events in SDNs as constraint, we formulate race detection as a constraint solving problem. In addition to detecting the races in the original trace, our framework can also detect the races in the feasible traces got from reordering the events in the original trace while satisfying the consistency requirements of trace. Moreover, we formally prove that our predictive analysis framework is sound and can achieve the maximal possible detection capability for any sound dynamic race detector with respect to the same trace. We evaluate our framework on a set of traces collected from three SDN controllers(POX, Floodlight, ONOS), running 5 representative applications including reactive and proactive applications in large networks, on three different network topologies. These experiments show that our framework has higher race detection capability than exisiting SDN race detector-SDNRacer, and detects more 1173 races. | 6 | Optical funnel:broadband and uniform compression of electromagnetic fields to an air neck显示文摘An optical funnel,which performs as a passive electromagnetic compressor,can guide electromagnetic waves from a wide inlet to a narrow outlet without reflectance/scattering and squeeze electromagnetic fields uniformly to an air neck.In this study,an optical funnel is designed by precisely filling subwavelength ceramic blocks with a gradient refractive index inside a tapered waveguide.The gradient refractive index is designed by transformation optics,which is isotropic and all above unit,thus exhibiting a broadband feature.Due to the mechanism of impedance matching over the whole funnel,extremely low reflectance/scattering and stable enhancement of fields can be achieved.The field enhancement factor in different regions of the funnel(e.g.,in the air neck)can be flexibly designed just by modifying the funnel-width ratios. | FEI SUN YICHAO LIU YIBIAO YANG | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,9: | 0 |
