1Infrared image segmentation method based on 2D histogram shape modification and optimal objective function显示文摘In the methods of image thresholding segmentation,such methods based on two-dimensional(2D) histogram and optimal objective functions are important.However,when they are used for infrared image segmentation,they are weak in suppressing background noises and worse in segmenting targets with non-uniform gray level.The concept of 2D histogram shape modification is proposed,which is realized by target information prior restraint after enhancing target information using plateau histogram equalization.The formula of 2D minimum Renyi entropy is deduced for image segmentation,then the shape-modified 2D histogram is combined with four optimal objective functions(i.e.,maximum between-class variance,maximum entropy,maximum correlation and minimum Renyi entropy) respectively for the application of infrared image segmentation.Simultaneously,F-measure is introduced to evaluate the segmentation effects objectively.The experimental results show that F-measure is an effective evaluation index for image segmentation since its value is fully consistent with the subjective evaluation,and after 2D histogram shape modification,the methods of optimal objective functions can overcome their original forms' deficiency and their segmentation effects are more or less improvements,where the best one is the maximum entropy method based on 2D histogram shape modification.Songtao Liu Donghua Gao Fuliang Yin 2013Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,3:8

14Self-Interference Elimination by Physical Feedback Channel in CCFD for 3-D Beamforming Communication显示文摘The 3-D beamforming scheme has elite as evolving interest because of its efficiency to empower assorted techniques such as vertical and horizontal domains and emanation beamforming according to subscriber's provisions. Usually, 3-D beamforming communication is set up on FDD/TDD approach those effects on the performance of spectrum and energy efficiency. Co-frequency and CoTime Full Duplex(CCFD) is an effective solution to improve the spectrum and energy efficiency by transmitting and receiving simultaneously in frequency and time domain. While, CCFD communication often face the self-interference issue when communication occurs, simultaneously. Consequently, in this paper a self-interference elimination by physical feedback channel in CCFD for 3-D Beamforming communication scheme is proposed to improve the over-all system performance in terms of energy and spectrum efficiency. 15The Metasequoia genome and evolutionary relationships among redwoods显示文摘Redwood trees(Sequoioideae),including Metasequoia glyptostroboides(dawn redwood),Sequoiadendron giganteum(giant sequoia),and Sequoia sempervirens(coast redwood),are threatened and widely recognized iconic tree species.Genomic resources for redwood trees could provide clues to their evolutionary relationships.Here,we report the 8-Gb reference genome of M.glyptostroboides and a comparative analysis with two related species.More than 62%of the M.glyptostroboides genome is composed of repetitive sequences.Clade-specific bursts of long terminal repeat retrotransposons may have contributed to genomic differentiation in the three species.The chromosomal synteny between M.glyptostroboides and S.giganteum is extremely high,whereas there has been significant chromosome reorganization in S.sempervirens.Phylogenetic analysis of marker genes indicates that S.sempervirens is an autopolyploid,and more than 48%of the gene trees are incongruent with the species tree.Results of multiple analyses suggest that incomplete lineage sorting(ILS)rather than hybridization explains the inconsistent phylogeny,indicating that genetic variation among redwoods may be due to random retention of polymorphisms in ancestral populations.Functional analysis of ortholog groups indicates that gene families of ion channels,tannin biosynthesis enzymes,and transcription factors for meristem maintenance have expanded in S.giganteum and S.sempervirens,which is consistent with their extreme height.As a wetland-tolerant species,M.glyptostroboides shows a transcriptional response to flooding stress that is conserved with that of analyzed angiosperm species.Our study offers insights into redwood evolution and adaptation and provides genomic resources to aid in their conservation and management.Fangfang Fu Chi Song Chengjin Wen Lulu Yang Ying Guo Xiaoming Yang Ziqiang Shu Xiaodong Li Yangfan Feng Bingshuang Liu Mingsheng Sun Yinxiao Zhong Li Chen Yan Niu Jie Chen Guibin Wang Tongming Yin Shilin Chen Liangjiao Xue Fuliang Cao 2023Plant Communications2023,4,6:0
