1A Review on Metal-Organic Framework-Derived Porous Carbon-Based Novel Microwave Absorption Materials显示文摘The development of microwave absorption materials(MAMs) is a considerable important topic because our living space is crowed with electromagnetic wave which threatens human’s health.And MAMs are also used in radar stealth for protecting the weapons from being detected.Many nanomaterials were studied as MAMs,but not all of them have the satisfactory performance.Recently,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have attracted tremendous attention owing to their tunable chemical structures,diverse properties,large specific surface area and uniform pore distribution.MOF can transform to porous carbon(PC) which is decorated with metal species at appropriate pyrolysis temperature.However,the loss mechanism of pure MOF-derived PC is often relatively simple.In order to further improve the MA performance,the MOFs coupled with other loss materials are a widely studied method.In this review,we summarize the theories of MA,the progress of different MOF-derived PC-based MAMs,tunable chemical structures incorporated with dielectric loss or magnetic loss materials.The different MA performance and mechanisms are discussed in detail.Finally,the shortcomings,challenges and perspectives of MOF-derived PC-based MAMs are also presented.We hope this review could provide a new insight to design and fabricate MOF-derived PC-based MAMs with better fundamental understanding and practical application.Zhiwei Zhang Zhihao Cai Ziyuan Wang Yaling Peng Lun Xia Suping Ma Zhanzhao Yin Yi Huang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,4:17
2Architecture and key technologies of grid geographic information system显示文摘The highly efficient and stable collaborative computation platform for geospatial information can be constructed on the basis of Grid computing technology,com-bined with Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing technology and geospatial database technology. This paper proposed the architecture and key technologies of the Grid GIS (Geographic Information System) incorporated with P2P structure,and corre-spondingly a Grid GIS prototype named Nebula was designed and then imple-mented. Nebula is a suite of middleware for geospatial Grid computing,which could be deployed onto various service nodes in network. Based on Grid protocols and infrastructure,Nebula provides invocation interfaces to users in form of Grid services. By using P2P message based communication mechanism,complex geospatial computation tasks could be accomplished by Nebula in a collaborative way. 16Towards disentangling the classification of freshwater fish trypanosomes显示文摘Currently,new species of freshwater fish trypanosomes,which are economically important parasites,are being described based on subjectively selected features,i.e.,their cell morphology and the host species.We have performed detailed phylogenetic and haplotype diversity analyses of all 18S rRNA genes available for freshwater fish trypanosomes,including the newly obtained sequences of Trypanosoma carassii and Trypanosoma danilewskyi.Based on a sequence similarity of 99.5%,we divide these trypanosomes into 15 operational taxonomic units,and propose three nominal scenarios for distinguishing T.carassii and other aquatic trypanosomes.We find evidences for the existence of a low number of freshwater fish trypanosomes,with T.carassii having the widest geographic and host ranges.Our analyses support the existence of an umbrella complex composed of T.carassii and two sister species.Peng Zhang Jie Liu Xiao‑Ming Yin Jun‑Yu Zhou Julius Lukeš Zhao‑Rong Lun De-Hua Lai 2023Marine Life Science & Technology2023,5,4:1

18Spatiotemporal distribution of size-fractioned phytoplankton in the Yalu River Estuary,China显示文摘The grain size structure of phytoplankton has great influence on shellfish culture.The present study aimed to assess the spatial and temporal variation in the phytoplankton community structure in the Yalu River Estuary and to explore the relationship between the phytoplankton community structure and various environmental parameters in 2020.High-throughput sequencing was used in this study.The results showed that nanophytoplankton,especially Karlodinium veneficum,dominated the estuary throughout the year.The biomass ratio of picophytoplankton,nanophytoplankton,and microphytoplankton were 20:63:17 in spring,30:44:26 in summer,1:38:61 in autumn,and 2:45:53 in winter,respectively.Meanwhile,Dinophyta had the greatest biomass throughout the year,followed by Bacillariophyta.On the spatial dimension(Station average),COD,T,SST had a positive impact on total phytoplankton communities,and Dep had a negative impact.In the time dimension(Monthly average),the environmental factor that significantly controlled the phytoplankton community structure were NO2 and SST.Yin Liu Lun Song GuangJun Song JinHao Wu Kun Wang ZaoHui Wang SuXuan Liu 2022Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2022,8,1:0

20Silk fibroin sponge combined with cell-derived ECM for tissueengineered 3D functional neural tissues显示文摘The construction of engineered neural tissue using cell-derived extracellular matrix(ECM)-modified scaffolds is a promising approach.Silk fibroin(SF)sponge is an advantageous scaffold for the construction of engineered neural tissues,but it can still be modified to enhance its bioactivity.Inactivated mouse embryonic fibroblasts(MEFs)are proven that they can secrete amounts of ECM and soluble factors including neurotrophic factors.MEFs-derived ECM is expected to improve the activity of the scaffold.Here we aimed to construct 3D functional neural tissues based on MEFs-derived ECM modified SF sponge.MEFs were cultured on porous SF sponges and decellularized with Triton X-100 and NH4OH.The decellularized ECM deposited scaffolds were characterized through scanning electron microscopy and confocal microscopy.The efficiency of decellularization was evaluated by quantifying remaining DNA.Besides,we investigated the primary cortical neuronal growth and 3D neural network formation effect on MEFs-derived ECM modified SF sponges.Compared to bare SF sponges,ECM-SF sponges showed improved neuronal growth and axon extension indicated by immunofluorescence staining and RT-PCR.Specifically,ECM-SF sponges showed increased 3D neural network formation with functional connectivity.Hence,this study demonstrated that functionalization of SF scaffolds using cell-derived ECM could improve the bioactivity of SF materials and provide an ideal microenvironment for functional neural tissue formation.ZHU HuiMin LIU Wei YIN Qi LI SiWei WANG ChangYong SONG Lun QIAO Xin 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,10:0
