1Discovery of the Plagiogranites in the Diyanmiao Ophiolite,Southeastern Central Asian Orogenic Belt,Inner Mongolia,China and Its Tectonic Significance显示文摘In this study, plagiogranites in the Diyanmiao ophiolite of the southeastern Central Asian Orogenic Belt(Altaids) were investigated for the first time. The plagiogranites are composed predominantly of albite and quartz, and occur as irregular intrusive veins in pillow basalts. The plagiogranites have high SiO_2(74.37–76.68 wt%) and low Al_2O_3(11.99–13.30 wt%), and intensively high Na_2O(4.52–5.49 wt%) and low K_2O(0.03–0.40 wt%) resulting in high Na_2O/K_2O ratios(11.3–183). These rocks are classified as part of the low-K tholeiitic series. The plagiogranites have low total rare earth element contents(∑REE)(23.62–39.77 ppm), small negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.44–0.62), and flat to slightly LREE-depleted chondrite-normalized REE patterns((La/Yb)N=0.68–0.76), similar to N-MORB. The plagiogranites are also characterized by Th, U, Zr, and Hf enrichment, and Nb, P, and Ti depletion, have overall flat primitivemantle-normalized trace element patterns. Field and petrological observations and geochemical data suggest that the plagiogranites in the Diyanmiao ophiolite are similar to fractionation-type plagiogranites. Furthermore, the REE patterns of the plagiogranites are similar to those of the gabbros and pillow basalts in the ophiolite. In plots of SREE–SiO_2, La–SiO_2, and Yb–SiO_2, the plagiogranites, pillow basalts, and gabbros show trends typical of crystal fractionation. As such, the plagiogranites are oceanic in origin, formed by crystal fractionation from basaltic magmas derived from depleted mantle, and are part of the Diyanmiao ophiolite. LA–ICP–MS U–Pb dating of zircons from the plagiogranites yielded ages of 328.6±2.1 and 327.1±2.1 Ma, indicating an early Carboniferous age for the Diyanmiao ophiolite. 2Ce-doped LiNi_(1/3)Co_((1/3-x/3))Mn_(1/3)Ce_(x/3)O_2 cathode materials for use in lithium ion batteries显示文摘LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 and Ce-doped LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materials were synthesized by a co-precipitation method and solid phase synthesis and characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that the resultant cathode materials with different Ce content all had a good layer structure and high crystallinity.Electrochemical performance testing of the cathode materials showed that the discharge capacity increased with increasing Ce content while the initial reversible capacity attenuation decreased with Ce doping.When the Ce content of the cathode materials is x=0.2,and the current charge and discharge rate is a constant 0.2 C,the discharge capacity maintained 91% of its initial capacity after cycling 50 times.ZHANG YingJie XIA ShuBiao ZHANG YanNan DONG Peng YAN Yuxing YANG RuiMing 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,32:8

4Flow mechanism between purge flow and mainstream in different turbine rim seal configurations显示文摘The rim seal is used to prevent mainstream ingestion to the gap between the vane of a turbine and its blade. In this article, the dolphin lip with a hook configuration and a large seal cavity with hook structures are designed based on the high-pressure turbine datum single shark lip rim seal configuration. The sealing effect and parameters of the flow field are measured by an experiment method and a numerical simulation is used to explain the mechanism. For three configurations,the effect of the leakage slot vortex on the efficiency of the seal and the influence of leakage vortex,generated by the interaction between purge flow and mainstream flow, are discussed in depth. The result shows that the reverse vortex formed by the dolphin lip rim seal with hook structure will increase the sealing efficiency. The seal configuration with a large cavity improves sealing efficiency to a greater extent than the datum structure. At different purge flow rates and with unequal seal structures, the purge flow produces three types of leakage vortices in the passage. 5Carbon inputs regulate the temperature sensitivity of soil respiration in temperate forests显示文摘Litter and root activities may alter the temperature sensitivity(Q_(10))of soil respiration.However,existing studies have not provided a comprehensive understanding of the effects of litter and root carbon inputs on the Q_(10)of soil respiration in different seasons.In this study,we used the trench method under in situ conditions to measure the total soil respiration(R_(total)),litter-removed soil respiration(R_(no-litter)),root-removed soil respiration(R_(no-root)),and the decomposition of soil organic matter(i.e.,both litter and root removal;R_(SOM))in different seasons of pioneer(Populus davidiana Dode)and climax(Quercus liaotungensis Mary)forests on the Loess Plateau,China.Soil temperature,soil moisture,litter biomass,fine root biomass,litter carbon,and root carbon were analyzed to obtain the drive mechanism of the Q_(10)of soil respiration in the two forests.The results showed that the Q_(10)of soil respiration exhibited seasonality,and the Q_(10)of soil respiration was higher in summer.The litter enhanced the Q_(10)of soil respiration considerably more than the root did.Soil temperature,soil moisture,fine root biomass,and litter carbon were the main factors used to predict the Q_(10)of different soil respiration components.These findings indicated that factors affecting the Q_(10)of soil respiration highly depended on soil temperature and soil moisture as well as related litter and root traits in the two forests,which can improve our understanding of soil carbon–climate feedback in global warming.The results of this study can provide reference for exploring soil respiration under temperate forest restoration.LIU Yulin LI Jiwei HAI Xuying WU Jianzhao DONG Lingbo PAN Yingjie SHANGGUAN Zhouping WANG Kaibo DENG Lei 2022Journal of Arid Land2022,14,9:3

7Highly soluble organic nitrate additives for practical lithium metal batteries显示文摘The stability of lithium metal anodes essentially dictates the lifespan of high-energy-density lithium metal batteries.Lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))is widely recognized as an effective additive to stabilize lithium metal anodes by forming LiN_(x)O_(y)-containing solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).However,its poor solubility in electrolytes,especially ester electrolytes,hinders its applications in lithium metal batteries.Herein,an organic nitrate,isosorbide nitrate(ISDN),is proposed to replace LiNO_(3).ISDNhas a high solubility of 3.3M in ester electrolytes due to the introduction of organic segments in the molecule.The decomposition of ISDN generates LiN_(x)O_(y)-rich SEI,enabling uniform lithium deposition.The lifespan of lithium metal batteries with ISDN significantly increases from 80 to 155 cycles under demanding conditions.Furthermore,a lithium metal pouch cell of 439Whkg^(−1) delivers 50 cycles.This work opens a new avenue to develop additives by molecular modifications for practical lithium metal batteries.Zhe Wang Li-Peng Hou Zheng Li Jia-Lin Liang Ming-Yue Zhou Chen-Zi Zhao Xiaoyuan Zeng Bo-Quan Li Aibing Chen Xue-Qiang Zhang Peng Dong Yingjie Zhang Jia-Qi Huang Qiang Zhang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,1:2
8Degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride by ultrafine TiO_(2) nanoparticles modified g-C_(3)N_(4) heterojunction photocatalyst:Influencing factors,products and mechanism insight显示文摘The unique heterojunction photocatalyst of graphite carbon nitride (g-C_(3)N_(4)) modified ultrafine TiO_(2) (g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)) was successfully fabricated by electrochemical etching and co-annealing method. However, the effects of various environmental factors on the degradation of TC by g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2) and the internal reaction mechanism are still unclear. In this study, the effects of initial pH, anions, and cations on the photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride (TC) by g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2) were systematically explored, and the scavenging experiment and intermediate detection were conducted to better reveal the mechanism on photocatalytic degradation of TC. The results showed that the removal efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of TC by g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2) could reach 99.04% under Xenon lamp irradiation within 120 min. The unique g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2) heterojunction photocatalyst showed excellent photocatalytic performance for the degradation of TC at pH 3~7, and possesses outstanding anti-interference ability to NO_(3)^(-), Cl^(-), Na^(+), Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) ions in natural waters during the photocatalytic degradation TC process. Superoxide radicals (O_(2)^(·-)) and hydroxyl radicals (^(·)OH) were proved as the main reactive species for TC degradation, and the possible mechanism of the unique photocatalytic system for g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2) was also proposed. 9Application of MXenes in lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Although lithium-sulfur batteries are considered one of the most potential next-generation energy storage systems owing to their high-energy density, the dissolution and shuttle of intermediate lithium polysulfides primarily limit their commercial applications. Currently, the search for new materials for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries has become a global research hotspot.MXenes, two dimensional inorganic compound comprising several layers of transition metal carbide, nitride, or car-bonitride,are actively investigated owing to their large specific surface area, good conductivity, and excellent cycle and rate performance.This article firstly reviews the breakthrough of MXenes in lithium-sulfur batteries, introduces the preparation methods and structural characteristics, and summarizes the specific applications and modification mechanisms in lithium-sulfur batteries.Then, the characteristics and advantages of MXenes as a composite electrode material for lithium-sulfur batteries are highlighted. 10N,P-codoped porous carbon derived from chitosan with hierarchical N-enriched structure and ultra-high specific surface Area toward high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘In this work,a facile'carbonization-activation'strategy is developed to synthesize N,P-codoped hierarchical porous carbon.Phosphoric acid is innovatively introduced during the hydrothermal process to achieve in-situ P doping as well as create abundant pores,and the employment of sodamide is of vital importance to simultaneously serve as activating agent and N-source to succeed a high-level N doping.Thus,the obtained samples exhibit a unique three-dimensional hierarchical structure with an ultra-high specific surface area(3646 m^(2)g^(-1))and ultra-high N-doping level(9.81 at.%).Computational analyses confirm that N,P co-doping and higher N content can enhance active sites and widen potential differences of carbon materials to improve their capacitance.The as-prepared carbon materials demonstrate superior electrochemical performances,such as an ultra-high capacitance of 586 Fg^(-1)at 1 Ag^(-1),a superior rate capability of 409 Fg^(-1)at 20 Ag^(-1),and excellent long-term stability of 97%capacitance retention after10,000 cycles in 6 M KOH.Moreover,an assembled symmetric supercapacitor delivers a high energy density of 28.1 Wh kg^(-1)at the power density of 450 W kg^(-1)in 1 M Na_(2)SO_(4),demonstrating a great potential for applications in supercapacitors.Xipeng Xin Na Song Ruiming Jia Bingnan Wang Hongzhou Dong Shuai Ma Lina Sui Yingjie Chen Qian Zhang Lifeng Dong Liyan Yu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:2
11High‑Performance Flexible Microneedle Array as a Low‑Impedance Surface Biopotential Dry Electrode for Wearable Electrophysiological Recording and Polysomnography显示文摘Microneedle array(MNA)electrodes are an effective solution to achieve high-quality surface biopotential recording without the coordination of conductive gel and are thus very suitable for long-term wearable applications.Existing schemes are limited by flexibility,biosafety,and manufacturing costs,which create large barriers for wider applications.Here,we present a novel flexible MNA electrode that can simultaneously achieve flexibility of the substrate to fit a curved body surface,robustness of microneedles to penetrate the skin without fracture,and a simplified process to allow mass production.The compatibility with wearable wireless systems and the short preparation time of the electrodes significantly improves the comfort and convenience of electrophysiological recording.The normalized electrode–skin contact impedance reaches 0.98 kΩcm^(2)at 1 kHz and 1.50 kΩcm^(2)at 10 Hz,a record low value compared to previous reports and approximately 1/250 of the standard electrodes.The morphology,biosafety,and electrical/mechanical properties are fully characterized,and wearable recordings with a high signal-to-noise ratio and low motion artifacts are realized.The first reported clinical study of microneedle electrodes for surface electrophysiological monitoring was conducted in tens of healthy and sleep-disordered subjects with 44 nights of recording(over 8 h per night),providing substantial evidence that the electrodes can be leveraged to substitute for clinical standard electrodes.Junshi Li Yundong Ma Dong Huang Zhongyan Wang Zhitong Zhang Yingjie Ren Mengyue Hong Yufeng Chen Tingyu Li Xiaoyi Shi Lu Cao Jiayan Zhang Bingli Jiao Junhua Liu Hongqiang Sun Zhihong Li 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,8:1
12Toward High Capacity and Stable SnO_(2)Hollow Nanosphere Electrode Materials:A Case Study of Ni-substituted Modification显示文摘To develop the urgent requirement for high-rate electrodes in next-generation lithium-ion batteries,SnO_(2)-based negative materials have been spotlighted as potential alternatives.However,the intrinsic problems,such as conspicuous volume variation and unremarkable conductivity,make the rate capability behave badly at a high-current density.Here,to solve these issues,this work demonstrate a new and facile strategy for synergistically enhancing their cyclic stability by combining the advantages of Ni doping and the fabrication of hollow nanosphere.Specifically,the incorporation of Ni^(2+)ions into the tetragonal rutile-type SnO_(2)shellsimproves the charge transfer kinetics effectively,leading to an excellent cycling stability.In addition,the growth of surface grains on the hollow nanospheres are restrained after Ni doping,which also reduces theunexpected polarization of negative electrodes.As a result,the as-prepared Ni doped electrode delivers a remarkable reversible capacity of 712 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and exhibits outstanding capacity of 340 mAh g^(-1)at 1.6 A g^(-1),about 2.58 times higher than that of the pure SnO_(2)hollow sample.Yannan ZHANG Peng DONG Yingjie ZHANG Hong GUO 2021Research and Application of Materials Science2021,3,2:1

14Ultra-thin CoAl layered double hydroxide nanosheets for the construction of highly sensitive and selective QCM humidity sensor显示文摘To achieve real-time monitoring of humidity in various applications,we prepared facile and ultra-thin CoAl layered double hydroxide(CoAl LDH)nanosheets to engineer quartz crystal microbalances(QCM).The characteristics of CoAl LDH were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy(XPS),Brunauer–Emmett–Telle(BET),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and zeta potential.Due to their large specific surface area and abundant hydroxyl groups,CoAl LDH nanosheets exhibit good humidity sensing performance.In a range of 11.3%and 97.6%relative humidity(RH),the sensor behaved an ultrahigh sensitivity(127.8 Hz/%RH),fast response(9.1 s)and recovery time(3.1 s),low hysteresis(3.1%RH),good linearity(R^(2)=0.9993),stability and selectivity.Besides,the sensor can recover the initial response frequency after being wetted by deionized water,revealing superior self-recovery ability under high humidity.Based on in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),the adsorption mechanism of CoAl LDH toward water molecules was explored.The QCM sensor can distinguish different respiratory states of people and wetting degree of fingers,as well as monitor the humidity in vegetable packaging,suggesting excellent properties and a promising application in humidity sensing.Yongheng Zhu Xuhua Dong Jinsheng Cheng Lumin Wang Cheng Zhao Yonghui Deng Siqi Xie Yingjie Pan Yong Zhao Gengzhi Sun Tianjun Ni 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:1
15Elucidating electrochemical intercalation mechanisms of biomass-derived hard carbon in sodium-/potassium-ion batteries显示文摘Hard carbon materials are characterized by having rich resources,simple processing technology,and low cost,and they are promising as one of the anode electrodes for commercial applications of sodium-/potassium-ion batteries.Simultaneously,exploring the alkali metal ion storage mechanism is particularly important for designing high-performance electrode materials.However,the structure of hard carbon is more complex,and the description of energy storage behavior is quite controversial.In this study,the Magnolia grandiflora Lima leaf is used as a precursor,combined with simple pyrolysis and impurity removal processes,to obtain biomass-derived hard carbon material(carbonized Magnolia grandiflora Lima leaf[CMGL]).When it is used as an anode for sodium-ion batteries,it exhibits a high specific capacity of 315mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate is 90.0%after 100 cycles.For potassium-ion batteries,the charge specific capacity is 263.5mAh/g,with a capacity retention rate of 85.5%at the same cycling.Furthermore,different electrochemical analysis methods and microstructure characterization techniques were used to further elucidate the sodium/potassium storage mechanism of the material.All the results indicate that the high potential slope region represents the adsorption/desorption characteristics on the surface active sites,whereas the low-potential quasiplateau region belongs to the ion insertion/extraction in the graphitic microcrystallites interlayer.It is noteworthy that potassium ion is randomly intercalated between the graphitic microcrystallite layer without forming a segmented intercalation compound structure.Ziyi Zhu Wentao Zhong Yanjia Zhang Peng Dong Shigang Sun Yingjie Zhang Xue Li 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,4:1
16Growth mechanisms for spherical Ni_(0.815)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.035)(OH)_(2) precursors prepared via the ammonia complexation precipitation method显示文摘The microstructures of precursors strongly affect the electrochemical performance of Ni-rich layerstructured cathode materials.In this study,the growth behaviour of Ni_(0.815)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.035)(OH)_2(NCA) prepared via the ammonia complexation precipitation method in a 50-L-volume continuously stirred tank reactor(CSTR) is studied in detail.The growth of Ni(OH)2-based hydroxide can be divided into a nucleation process,an agglomeration growth process,a process in which multiple growth mechanisms coexist,and an interface growth process over time,while the inner structure of the CSTR can be divided into a nucleation zone,a complex dissolution zone,a growth zone,and a maturation zone.The concentration of ammonium ions affects the growth habit of the primary crystal significantly due to its specific adsorption on the electronegative crystal plane.When the ammonia concentration is <1.5 mol L^(-1) at 60℃ at pH=11.5,the precursors grow preferentially along the(1 0 1) crystal plane,whereas they grow preferentially along the(0 0 1) crystal plane when the concentration is >2.0 mol L^(-1).The LiNi_(0.815)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.035)O_2 materials inherit the grain structure of the precursor.Materials prepared from precursors with(1 0 1)preferential primary particles show a higher specific capacity and better rate performance than those that were prepared from(0 0 1) preferential primary particles,but the latter realize a better cycling performance than the former.Xi Yang Xuesong Huang Hancheng Shi Peng Dong Ding Wang Jianguo Duan Yingjie Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,2:1
17Analysis on the relationship between winter precipitation and the annual variation of horse stomach fly community in arid desert steppe, Northwest China (2007–2019)显示文摘Gasterophilus spp.have been found to be widespread in reintroduced Przewalski’s horses in the Kalamaili Nature Reserve(Northwest China).However,data on the annual variation in Gasterophilus infections are lacking.To analyze the epidemiological features and determine the cause of the annual variation in Gasterophilus infections,we treated 110 Przewalski’s horses with ivermectin and collected Gasterophilus larvae from fecal samples each winter from 2007 to 2019.All 110 Przewalski’s horses studied were found to be infected by Gasterophilus spp.,and a total of 141379 larvae were collected.Six species of Gasterophilus were identified with the following prevalence:G.pecorum(100%),G.nasalis(96.36%),G.nigricornis(94.55%),G.haemorrhoidalis(56.36%),G.intestinalis(59.09%),and G.inermis(3.64%).The mean infection intensity of Gasterophilus spp.larvae in Przewalski’s horses was 1285±653.G.pecorum(92.96%±6.71%)was the most abundant species.The intensity of Gasterophilus spp.(r=–0.561,P<0.046)was significantly correlated with winter precipitation.Our findings confirmed that,in the Kalamaili Nature Reserve,gasterophilosis is a severe parasitic disease in Przewalski’s horses.Winter precipitation at the beginning of the year can indirectly affect the intensity and composition of Gasterophilus spp.in Przewalski’s horses at the end of the year.Therefore,the water-related ecological regulation should be carried out to help reduce the parasite infection of Przewalski’s horses.Heqing HUANG Ke ZHANG Boru ZHANG Shanhui LIU Hongjun CHU Yingjie QI Dong ZHANG Kai LI 2022Integrative Zoology2022,17,1:1
18Implementation of multi-standard video decoder on a heterogeneous coarse-grained reconfigurable processor显示文摘This paper proposes a task-based hybrid parallel and hybrid pipeline(THPHP)scheme to implement multi-standard video algorithms,including MPEG-2,H.264,and audio video coding standard(AVS),on a heterogeneous coarse-grained reconfigurable processor,called the reconfigurable multimedia system(REMUS).The proposed schemes greatly improve decoding performance and satisfy the real-time requirements of various high-definition(HD)video decoding standards.In THPHP,we propose both a task-based hybrid parallel scheme,in which macro-block(MB)-level,block-level,and sub-block-level decoding tasks are parallelized to improve data processing throughput,and a hybrid pipeline scheme,in which slice-level,MB-level,block-level and sub-block-level computations are pipelined to improve efficiency.Computation-intensive tasks,such as motion compensation,intra prediction,inverse discrete cosine transform,reconstruction,and deblocking filter,are implemented on two reconfigurable processing units,which are the core computing engines of REMUS.Thanks to the proposed schemes,the implementations can achieve H.264 high profile(HP)1920×1080@30 fps streams,AVS Jizhun profile(JP)1920×1080@39 fps streams,and MPEG-2 main profile(MP)1920×1080@41 fps streams when working at 200 MHz frequency.Compared with XPP-III(a commercial reconfigurable processor),when implementing H.264 HD decoding,the performance and energy efficiency on REMUS are improved by1.81×and 14.3×,respectively.LIU LeiBo CHEN YingJie WANG Dong YIN ShouYi WANG Xing WANG Long LEI Hao CAO Peng WEI ShaoJun 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,8:1
