1Determination of free energy of protein folding on liquid-solid interface显示文摘Based on the fact that the stoichiometric displacement model for retention of solute and the total adsorption free energy of solute on a solid surface can be divided into two components, net adsorption and net desorbed energies, a new principle and an equation for calculating the free energy of protein folding, △△GF, on the solid surface are proposed. With high-performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HPHIC), an experimental method for determining the △△GF is established. Lysozyme and a-amylase have been selected as examples to test the new method, and their △△GF on the HPHIC stationary phase surface are found to be much higher than that reported from a solution. In addition, the △△GF of the two proteins are found to increase with the concentration of denaturing agent employed. The average standard deviations,±4.7% for lysozyme and ± 3.0% for a-amylase, indicate that the new method has a satisfactory reproducibility and reliability.Xindu Geng Jing Zhang Yinmao Wei 2000Chinese Science Bulletin2000,45,3:5
2A boronate affinity restricted-access material with external hydrophilic bottlebrush polymers for pretreatment of cis-diols in biological matrices显示文摘Restricted-access materials(RAMs) have found their broad application in sample pretreatment of bioanalysis. Boronate affinity(BA) adsorption is a very efficient and facile method for isolation and enrichment of cis-diol containing biomolecules which are a large important group compounds in biosystems. However, preparation of BA-RAMs are rarely reported to date. In this study, a novel BA-RAM with external surface comprised of hydrophilic bottlebrush polymers was prepared exploiting the excellent capability of the bottlebrush polymers for protein exclusion. A diblock copolymer poly(3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid)-block-poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)(PAAPBA-b-PHEMA) was first grafted from the silica surface via surface-initiated reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(SI-RAFT), and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm) was then grafted from the PHEMA via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization(SI-ATRP) to yield the BA-RAM. The BARAM exhibits high selectivity to cis-diol containing small molecules and has good capability to exclude proteins. Its practical application in bioanalysis was tested by pretreatment of serum sample for analysis of catecholamines with high recoveries and good precision. 4The impact of solvent and modifier on ZnO thin-film transistors fabricated by sol-gel process显示文摘Techniques for fabricating solution-processed zinc oxide(ZnO)-based thin-film transistors(TFTs)are feasible with solution using various routes.Here,ZnO TFTs were fabricated via sol-gel method using zinc acetate as the starting reagent with different modifiers and solvents.The ZnO thin-film semiconductors with well-controlled,preferential crystal orientation and densely packed ZnO crystals can be prepared with the optimized fabrication conditions,exhibiting excellent field-effect far exceeding those of hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si:H).However,the field-effect characteristics of ZnO TFTs were different for different precursor systems which were constituted by zinc acetate,modifiers and solvents.The co-modification of acetoin and monoethanolamine for the precursor system exhibited higher extent of crystal orientation and field-effect.The maximum mobility of 7.65 cm2V-1s-1 and current on-to-off ratio of^105–106 have been obtained.DONG YinMao TANG DongYan LI ChenSha 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,11:1
5Optimizing channel cross section in irrigation area using improved cat swarm optimization algorithm显示文摘This research aimed to design the channel cross section with low water loss in irrigation areas.The traditional methods and models are based on explicit equations which neglect seepage and evaporation losses with low accuracy.To rectify this problem,in this research,an improved cat swarm optimization(ICSO)was obtained by adding exponential inertia weight coefficient and mutation to enhance the efficiency of conventional cat swarm optimization(CSO).Finally,the Fifth main channel of Jiangdong Irrigation area in Heilongjiang Province was taken as a study area to test the ability of ICSO.Comparing to the original design,the reduction of water loss was 20%with low flow errors.Furthermore,the ICSO was compared with genetic algorithm(GA),the particle swarm optimization(PSO)and cat swarm algorithm(CSO)to verify the effectiveness in the channel section optimization.The results are satisfactory and the method can be used for reliable design of artificial open channels.Liu Dong Hu Yuxiang Fu Qiang Khan Muhammad Imran Cui Song Zhao Yinmao 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,5:1

8β_2-Adrenoceptor affinity chromatography and its application in the screening of the active compounds from Semen Armeniacae Amarum显示文摘β2-Adrenoceptor (β2-AR) was purified from the rabbit lung tissue by sepharose-salbutamol affinity chromatographic column. To prepare the β2-AR stationary phase, β2-AR was evenly immobilized on the surface of macro-pore silica with a mild chemical coupling method through covalent bond. The reten- tion properties of β2-AR stationary phase were characterized by four ligands, salbutamol sulfate, noradrenaline bitartrate, adrenaline hydrochloride and propranolol hydrochloride, to establish the β2-AR affinity chromatography. Then, the method was used to screen the active compounds from the total extracts of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. The results showed that β2-AR on the surface of the sta- tionary phase could keep its original bioactivity and selectivity. Amygdalin retained in the chroma- tographic column was proved to be the active compound of the total extracts of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. Compared with the existing chromatographic screening approaches, this method showed a good stability and high selectivity. 10Study on Vector Magnetic Properties of Magnetic Materials Using Hybrid Hysteresis Model显示文摘This paper presents a method to study the vector magnetic properties of magnetic materials under alternating and rotational magnetic field using 2-D vector hybrid hysteresis model.Combining Preisach model and Stoner-Wohlfarth(S-W)model,the vector hybrid hysteresis model is established for magnetic materials.The alternating and rotational hysteresis properties are calculated under different excitation frequency,respectively.And the computed results are compared with the experimental measurement ones.It is shown that the vector model can simulate the alternating and rotational magnetic properties effectively under low magnetization fields and low excitation frequency.Dandan Li Zhenyang Qiao Na Yang Yinmao Song Yongjian Li 2019CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2019,3,3:0
