1Preparation of Sandwich-like NiCo2O4/rGO/NiO Heterostructure on Nickel Foam for High-Performance Supercapacitor Electrodes显示文摘A kind of sandwich-like NiCo_2O_4/rGO/NiO heterostructure composite has been successfully anchored on nickel foam substrate via a three-step hydrothermal method with successive annealing treatment. The smart combination of NiCo_2O_4, reduced graphene oxide(rGO), and NiO nanostructure in the sandwich-like nano architecture shows a promising synergistic effect for supercapacitors with greatly enhanced electrochemical performance. For serving as supercapacitor electrode, the NiCo_2O_4/rGO/NiO heterostructure materials exhibit remarkable specific capacitance of 2644 mF cm^(-2)at current density of 1 mA cm^(-2),and excellent capacitance retentions of 97.5% after 3000 cycles. 2SUMO E3 Ligases GmSIZ1a and GmSIZ1b regulate vegetative growth in soybean显示文摘SIZ1 is a small ubiquitin-related modifier(SUMO) E3 ligase that mediates post-translational SUMO modification of target proteins and thereby regulates developmental processes and hormonal and environmental stress responses in Arabidopsis. However,the role of SUMO E3 ligases in crop plants is largely unknown. Here, we identified and characterized two Glycine max(soybean) SUMO E3 ligases, GmSIZ1a and GmSIZ1b. Expression of GmSIZ1a and GmSIZ1b was induced in response to salicylic acid(SA), heat, and dehydration treatment, but not in response to cold, abscisic acid(ABA), and Na Cl treatment. Although GmSIZ1a was expressed at higher levels than GmSIZ1b, both genes encoded proteins with SUMO E3 ligase activity in vivo.Heterologous expression of GmSIZ1a or GmSIZ1b rescued the mutant phenotype of Arabidopsis siz1-2, including dwarfism, constitutively activated expression of pathogen-related genes, and ABA-sensitive seed germination.Simultaneous downregulation of GmSIZ1a and GmSIZ1b(GmSIZ1a/b) using RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated gene silencing decreased heat shock-induced SUMO conjugation in soybean. Moreover, GmSIZ1 RNAi plants exhibited reduced plant height and leaf size. However,unlike Arabidopsis siz1-2 mutant plants, flowering time and SA levels were not significantly altered in GmSIZ1 RNAi plants. 3Recent Progress of Two-Dimensional Thermoelectric Materials显示文摘Thermoelectric generators have attracted a wide research interest owing to their ability to directly convert heat into electrical power.Moreover,the thermoelectric properties of traditional inorganic and organic materials have been significantly improved over the past few decades.Among these compounds,layered two-dimensional(2D)materials,such as graphene,black phosphorus,transition metal dichalcogenides,IVA–VIA compounds,and MXenes,have generated a large research attention as a group of potentially high-performance thermoelectric materials.Due to their unique electronic,mechanical,thermal,and optoelectronic properties,thermoelectric devices based on such materials can be applied in a variety of applications.Herein,a comprehensive review on the development of 2D materials for thermoelectric applications,as well as theoretical simulations and experimental preparation,is presented.In addition,nanodevice and new applications of 2D thermoelectric materials are also introduced.At last,current challenges are discussed and several prospects in this field are proposed.Delong Li Youning Gong Yuexing Chen Jiamei Lin Qasim Khan Yupeng Zhang Yu Li Han Zhang Heping Xie 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,3:5

7Influence of graphene microstructures on electrochemical performance for supercapacitors显示文摘The influence of variant graphenes on electrochemical performance for supercapacitors was studied comparatively and systematically by using SEM,FTIR and Raman spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results revealed that:1) the nitrogen-doped graphene(N-G) electrode exhibited the highest specific capacitance at the same voltage scan rate;2) the specific capacitance of the N-G reached up to 243.5 F/g at 1 A/g,while regular graphite oxide(GO) was 43.5 F/g and reduced graphene oxide(rGO) was 67.9 F/g;3) N-G exhibited the best supercapacitance performance and the superior electrochemical properties,which made it an ideal electrode material for supercapacitors.Youning Gong Delong Li Qiang Fu Chunxu Pan 2015Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2015,25,5:1

18Physics and astrophysics of strong magnetic field systems with eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the science potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies of strongly magnetized objects. We will focus on the physics and astrophysics of strongly magnetized objects, namely magnetars, accreting X-ray pulsars, and rotation powered pulsars. We also discuss the science potential of eXTP for QED studies.
