1Semi-supervised multi-layered clustering model for intrusion detection显示文摘A Machine Learning (ML)-based Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS)requires a large amount of labeled up-to-date training data to effectively detect intrusions and generalize well to novel attacks.However,the labeling of data is costly and becomes infeasible when dealing with big data,such as those generated by Intemet of Things applications.To this effect,building an ML model that learns from non-labeled or partially labeled data is of critical importance.This paper proposes a Semi-supervised Mniti-Layered Clustering ((SMLC))model for the detection and prevention of network intrusion.SMLC has the capability to learn from partially labeled data while achieving a detection performance comparable to that of supervised ML-based IDPS.The performance of SMLC is compared with that of a well-known semi-supervised model (tri-training)and of supervised ensemble ML models, namely Random.Forest,Bagging,and AdaboostM1on two benchmark network-intrusion datasets,NSL and Kyoto 2006+.Experimental resnits show that SMLC is superior to tri-training,providing a comparable detection accuracy with 20%less labeled instances of training data.Furthermore,our results demonstrate that our scheme has a detection accuracy comparable to that of the supervised ensemble models.Omar Y.Al-Jarrah Yousof A1-Hammdi Patti D.Yoo Sami Muhaidat Mahmoud Al-Qutayri 2018Digital Communications and Networks2018,4,4:6

15大豆根茎过渡区弯曲突变体M_(rstz)的鉴定与基因定位显示文摘植物根茎过渡区(root-stem transition zone,RSTZ)将根和茎相互连接,其发育形态决定了大豆的地上部株型和抗倒伏潜力。本研究通过EMS诱变获得一个RSTZ弯曲或旋转的大豆突变体M_(rstz),其形态特征能够稳定遗传,是探究大豆茎秆发育规律的特异材料。将该突变体和栽培大豆中黄13杂交构建重组自交系群体,对群体中直立和弯曲型后代的RSTZ进行解剖结构比较,发现弯曲型株系比直立型株系的维管形成层较宽、次生木质部细胞层数较多、细胞形状不规则,表明维管组织分化可能是导致RSTZ形态发生差异的重要因素之一。进一步对化学组分测定发现,木质素和粗纤维含量越高越不易弯曲。选取RIL群体中弯曲型和直立型2种极端株系进行BSA-Seq,采用SNP-index和InDel-index关联分析方法鉴定到调控RSTZ形态的关联区域Chr19:43030943~45849854,该区间共含有319个基因。结合生物信息学分析、基因注释信息和表达丰度分析筛选到7个候选基因,分别为Glyma.19G170200、Glyma.19G201500、Glyma.19G187800、Glyma.19G178200、Glyma.19G197000、Glyma.19G179100、Glyma.19G196900。其中,Glyma.19G187800、Glyma.19G178200和Glyma.19G196900在大豆驯化中潜在影响RSTZ形态建成。本研究为解析大豆RSTZ组织形成及其遗传基础提供了材料基础,并为挖掘调控大豆茎秆发育基因提供新的见解。苗龙 舒阔 李娟 黄茹 王业杏 Soltani Muhammad YOUSOF 许竞好 吴传磊 李佳佳 王晓波 邱丽娟 2024作物学报2024,50,5:0
16Pleckstrin Homology-Like Domain, Family A, Member 1 (PHLDA1): A Multifaceted Cell Survival Factor that Drives Metabolic Disease显示文摘Pleckstrin homology-like domain, family A, member 1 (PHLDA1) is a multifaceted intracellular protein belonging to the evolutionarily conserved pleckstrin homology-related domain family. Its murine homologue, T-cell death-associated 51 (TDAG51) gene, was initially discovered for its role in activation-induced apoptosis in T-cell hybridomas. In recent years, PHLDA1 has received increased attention due to its association with obesity, fatty liver disease, diabetes, atherosclerosis, and cancer. Accumulating evidence also supports its role in endoplasmic reticulum stress signaling pathways as a crucial mediator of apoptosis, autophagy, and cell proliferation. In this review, the current knowledge of PHLDA1 gene and protein regulation, localization, and function is summarized. 17Thermodynamic Stability, Half-Metallic and Optical Properties of Sc_(2)CoSi [001] Film:a DFT Study显示文摘The electronic and optical characteristics of the Sc2 CoSi Heusler with L21 structure and also the surface effect on electronic and optical properties, and the ?lms thermodynamic stability of the [001] direction in four cases including:Sc-Sc, Sc-Co, Sc-Si and Co-Si terminations are studied using the ?rst principles calculations(FPLAPW) within the framework of the density functional theory(DFT). The band structure calculations represent the ferromagnetic halfmetallic properties with 100% spin polarization and 0.54 e V indirect gap in spin down for Sc2 CoSi bulk with optimized lattice parameters of 6.25 A?. The total magnetic moment obtained for this compound is-1.0 μB, which is in accordance with Slater-Pauling rule. The half-metallic(HM) behavior by 100% spin polarization at Fermi level is occurred in the Sc-Si termination with a 0.32 eV gap in down spin. The optical responses have been calculated for the bulk and ScSi termination by a red shift in these parameters and the metallic treatments have been increased.
