| 11 | Effect of hygrothermal aging on moisture diffusion and tensile behavior of CFRP composite laminates显示文摘Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)composites are widely used in aircraft structures,because of their superior mechanical and lightweight properties.CFRP composites are often exposed to hygrothermal environments in service.Temperature and moisture can affect the material properties of composites.In order to make clear the moisture diffusion behavior and the properties degradation of composites,the TG800/E207 composite laminates with four stacking sequences[0]16,[90]16,[±45]4s,and[(+45/0/0/-45)s]sare designed and manufactured.Moisture absorption tests are carried out at 80℃,90%RH.It is shown that the moisture absorption curves of composite laminates present a three-stage.A modified Fickian model was proposed to capture the diffusion behavior of TG800/E207 composite laminates.The relationships among the non-Fickian parameters,the environmental parameters and the stacking sequences of CFRP were correlated and compared.Results showed that the modified Fickian curve is sensitive to the diffusivity of Stage Ⅰ and Stage Ⅱ.Compared with unaged specimens,the maximum tensile stress for[0]16,[90]16,[±45]4s,and[(+45/0/0/-45)s]sdecreased by 14.94%,28.15%,11.96%,and 26.36%,respectively.The strains at failure for[0]16,[90]16,[±45]4s,and[(+45/0/0/-45)s]sdecreased by 55.38%,62.65%,46.41%,and31.71%,respectively.The elastic modulus for[0]16,[90]16,[±45]4s,and[(+45/0/0/-45)s]sincreased by 90.93%,94.57%,49.22%,and 8.22%,respectively.[90]16sample has the minimum saturated moisture content and the maximum strength degeneration. | Yong DU Yu’e MA Wenbo SUN Zhenhai WANG | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3: | 0 |
| 12 | An Efficient Plant Regeneration System of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp via Stem Segments as Explants显示文摘Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp is a highly popular ornamental plant for garden decoration.Genetic engineering technology has been successfully used in many plant species,but it is limited in Hydrangea.Here we established an efficient regeneration system by using stem segments as explants for the first time.In our study,the plant growth regulators(PGRs)were evaluated at the different regeneration processes,including axillary shoots regeneration and root induction.We found that the optimal concentration for axillary buds’induction was 2.0 mgL^(-1)6-BA and 0.5 mgL^(-1)1 IAA,its highest induction rate was 70%.Moreover,the highest axillary shoots proliferation coefficient was 10.7 on the Murashige and Skoog(MS)medium with 2.0 mgL^(-1)6-benzyladenine(BA),0.2 mgL^(-1)indole-3-butyric acid(IBA),and 1.0 mgL^(-1)gibberellin A3(GA3).The highest frequency of root induction was 80.0±0.06%by culturing the elongated shoots in 1/2 MS medium containing 0.1 mgL^(-1)IBA.In summary,our study will provide an effective technology for large-scale propagation and important pathway for promoting the popularization and application of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp. | Si ran Wang Jia Yan Bu er Ha Yu’e Bai | 2021 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,2: | 0 |

| 15 | FOXO1-miR-506 axis promotes chemosensitivity to temozolomide and suppresses invasiveness in glioblastoma through a feedback loop of FOXO1/miR-506/ETS1/FOXO1显示文摘To explore the role of forkhead box protein O1(FOXO1)in the progression of glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)and related drug resistance,we deciphered the roles of FOXO1 and miR-506 in proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,autophagy,and temozolomide(TMZ)sensitivity in the U251 cell line using in vitro and in vivo experiments.Cell viability was tested by a cell counting kit-8(CCK8)kit;migration and invasion were checked by the scratching assay;apoptosis was evaluated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL)staining and flow cytometry.The construction of plasmids and dual-luciferase reporter experiment were carried out to find the interaction site between FOXO1 and miR-506.Immunohistochemistry was done to check the protein level in tumors after the in vivo experiment.We found that the FOXO1-miR-506 axis suppresses GBM cell invasion and migration and promotes GBM chemosensitivity to TMZ,which was mediated by autophagy.FOXO1 upregulates miR-506 by binding to its promoter to enhance transcriptional activation.MiR-506 could downregulate E26 transformation-specific 1(ETS1)expression by targeting its 3'-untranslated region(UTR).Interestingly,ETS1 promoted FOXO1 translocation from the nucleus to the cytosol and further suppressed the FOXO1-miR-506 axis in GBM cells.Consistently,both miR-506 inhibition and ETS1 overexpression could rescue FOXO1 overactivation-mediated TMZ chemosensitivity in mouse models.Our study demonstrated a negative feedback loop of FOXO1/miR-506/ETS1/FOXO1 in GBM in regulating invasiveness and chemosensitivity.Thus,the above axis might be a promising therapeutic target for GBM. | Chao CHEN Yu’e LIU Hongxiang WANG Xu ZHANG Yufeng SHI Juxiang CHEN | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,8: | 0 |
| 16 | Seasonal Variations of Terrestrial OC Sources in Aerosols over the East China Sea: The Influence of Long-Range Air Mass Transport显示文摘Aerosols represent an important source of terrestrial organic carbon(OC)from the East Asian continent to the China marginal seas,thus their provenance and transport play important roles in the global carbon cycle.Fifty samples of total suspended particle were collected seasonally from the nearshore Huaniao Island(HNI)in East China Sea(ECS)from April 2018 to January 2019;and they were analyzed for total organic carbon(TOC)content and stable carbon isotope(δ^(13)C),as well as terrestrial bio-markers including n-alkanes(C_(20)-C_(33)),n-alkanols(C_(20)-C32)and n-fatty acids(n-FAs,C_(20)-C30),to distinguish the seasonal variabili-ties of terrestrial OC sources and reveal the influence of the long-range air mass transport on these sources.The TOC-δ^(13)C values(range from−27.3‰to−24.3‰)and molecular distributions of terrestrial biomarkers both suggested that terrestrial OC contribu-tions to aerosols had significant seasonal variations.The source indices of terrestrial biomarkers(e.g.,Fossil%=82.8%for n-alkanes)revealed that the fossil fuel OC contributions,including coal burning and vehicular emission,were higher in winter,mainly because of the long-range air mass transport from the north of the East Asian continent.The terrestrial plant OC contributions were higher in summer(e.g.,Wax%=32.4%for n-alkanes),likely due to local vegetation sources from HNI and East Asian continental air masses.Cluster analysis of air mass backward-trajectories clearly showed that transport pathway plays an important role in determining the organic constituents of aerosols in China marginal seas.A comparison of these terrestrial OC contributions from different air mass origins suggested that fossil fuel OC showed less variations among various air mass origins from northern China in winter,while terrestrial plant OC sources from northern and southern China in summer contributed more than that from the air masses transported through the ECS.These results provided a basis for future quantification of terrestrial OC from different origins in marine aerosols,by combining biomarker index and carbon isotopes. | CHEN Qu GUO Zhigang YU Meng JIN Gui’e ZHAO Meixun | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,5: | 0 |
| 17 | Isolation and identifi cation of antimicrobial metabolites from sea anemone-derived fungus Emericella sp.SMA01显示文摘Marine symbiotic fungi represent an intriguing source of discovery of novel secondary metabolites with various biological activities.Sea anemones are benthic marine invertebrates,however,the cultivable symbiotic fungi residing in the sea anemones are paid few attentions compared to those derived from their cnidarian counterparts.Here we show the identification of antimicrobial secondary metabolites from the sea anemone-derived symbiotic fungi.Out offive isolated fungal strains,only the strain SMA01 showed strong antimicrobial activities,which was assigned into the genus Emericella based on the morphological characteristics and the ITS sequencing.Media swift from liquid fermentation to solid rice medium presented little influence on its antibacterial activity.A chemical investigation of the ethyl acetate extract of the Emericella sp.SMA01 led to discovery of the primary antibiotic metabolite phenazine-1-carboxylic acid.The IC_(50) values of the phenazine-1-carboxylic acid against Phytophthora capsici,Gibberella zeae,and Verticillium dahliae were determined to be 23.26-53.89μg/mL.To the best of our knowledge,this was the first report of Emericella sp.in sea anemones.The current study may benefit understanding of the defensive chemical interactions between the symbiotic fungi and their host sea anemones. | Yang YUE Huahua YU Rongfeng LI Linfeng HU Song LIU Rong’e XING Pengcheng LI | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,3: | 2 |
