| 1 | Transient Macular Edema after Laser In-Situ Keratomileusis显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the macular changes induced by laser in situ keratomileusisc(LASIK) procedure.Methods: Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) was used to examine 27 eyes of 15LASIK patients before surgery, and 1 day, 1 week, 1 month after surgery.Results: The mean thick iness of neuroepithelial layer of macula was (195±24)microns, ( 178 ± 16) microns 1 day and 1 month after surgery, respectively, while thebaseline was (174 ± 12)microns. The increase in macular neuroepithelial thickness wascorrelated with the degree of myopia, but not with the duration of suction or thepostoperative BCVA.Conclusion: Mild macular edema is common in the first month following LASIK,especially in high myopia. | 2 | Phytosterol content and the campesterol:sitosterol ratio influence cotton fiber development: role of phytosterols in cell elongation显示文摘Phytosterols play an important role in plant growth and development,including cell division,cell elongation,embryogenesis,cellulose biosynthesis,and cell wall formation.Cotton fiber,which undergoes synchronous cell elongation and a large amount of cellulose synthesis,is an ideal model for the study of plant cell elongation and cell wall biogenesis.The role of phytosterols in fiber growth was investigated by treating the fibers with tridemorph,a sterol biosynthetic inhibitor.The inhibition of phytosterol biosynthesis resulted in an apparent suppression of fiber elongation in vitro or in planta.The determination of phytosterol quantity indicated that sitosterol and campesterol were the major phytosterols in cotton fibers;moreover,higher concentrations of these phytosterols were observed during the period of rapid elongation of fibers.Furthermore,the decrease and increase in campesterol:sitosterol ratio was associated with the increase and decease in speed of elongation,respectively,during the elongation stage.The increase in the ratio was associated with the transition from cell elongation to secondary cell wall synthesis.In addition,a number of phytosterol biosynthetic genes were down-regulated in the short fibers of ligon lintless-1mutant,compared to its near-isogenic wild-type TM-1.These results demonstrated that phytosterols play a crucial role in cotton fiber development,and particularly in fiber elongation. | Shasha Deng Ting Wei Kunling Tan Mingyu Hu Fang Li Yunlan Zhai Shue Ye Yuehua Xiao Lei Hou Yan Pei Ming Luo | 2016 | Science China(Life Sciences)2016,59,2: | 5 |
| 3 | Photocatalytic degradation of bisphenol A using an integrated system of a new gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed reactor and micrometer Gd-doped TiO_2 particles显示文摘A new gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed photocatalytic reactor (GLSCFBPR) with internally placed multi-layered UV lamps was developed. Micrometer Gd-TiO2 particles and commercial nanometer P25-TiO2 were chosen as the photocatalysts, and the hazardous substance bisphenol A (BPA) was chosen as the model pollutant to investigate the performance of this new photocatalytic system. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the micrometer Gd-TiO2 particles was similar to that of the nanometer P-25 particles at their respective optimum dosage but the former could be easily separated out by gravity. After investigating the effects of process parameters on the photocatalytic BPA degradation, the response surface method (RSM) was further used for process optimization. The interactions among process parameters, i.e., TiO2 concentration, superficial gas velocity and superficial liquid velocity were discovered and a related analysis was carried out to explore the underlying mechanism. A quadratic mathematic model was established and performed satisfactorily when used for prediction. | 5 | The Study of Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Thickness of Normal Eyes Using Scanning Laser Polarimetry显示文摘Purpoe: To evaluate retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness measurements in local normal Chinese subjects of different age groups and analyse the correlation of RNFL thickness with age using scanning laser polarimetry (SLP,GDxVCC). To assess the reproducibility of RNFL thickness measurement with GDxVCC. Methods: The RNFL thickness of 67 normal subjects (123 eyes) were measured by GDxVCC. The average TSNIT parameters were calculated. The differences of RNFL thickness between sex,right and left eyes,superior and inferior were compared. The relationship between RNFL thickness and age was analyzed with correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. The intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) of three images in every eye were calculated. Results: The average peripapillary RNFL thickness at the superior,inferior and whole ellipse regions in 123 eyes of 67 normal subjects were (70.30±6.76)(?)m,(67.35±6.77)(?)m and (56.87±4.53)(?) m,respectively. The average TNSIT standard deviation was 23.68±4.61 and the average inter-eye symmetric value was 0.86±0.11. There were significant difference of RNFL thickness between superior and inferior (t=4.952,P < 0.001). There were significant difference of inferior RNFL thickness and TNSIT standard deviation between right and left eyes (P=0.005 and 0.002),while not significant difference of superior RNFL thickness and whole mean RNFL thickness between right and left eye (P=0.086 and 0.529). There was no significant difference in TSNIT parameters between different genders. There was a slight negative correlation average RNFL thickness in superior sector with age (decreased approximately 0.15 microns per year,P=0.047) in the subjects aged below 60 years old. The ICC values of RNFL thickness were >0.8 in superior,inferior and global. Conclusions: The RNFL thickness can be measured accurately by GDxVCC and the reproducibility of RNFL thickness measurement by GDxVCC is good. There was a slight negative correlation between average RNFL thickness in superior with age. | 6 | 赖氨匹林治疗小儿高热疗效的Meta分析显示文摘目的系统评价赖氨匹林治疗小儿高热的疗效。方法检索维普(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方等数据库,检索时间建库至2016年,纳入赖氨匹林治疗(试验组)与复方氨林巴比妥(安痛定)(对照组)治疗小儿高热的随机对照试验(RCTs),独立评价纳入研究的质量并提取资料,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入9篇RCTs,包含患者3 659例,Meta分析结果显示:试验组用赖氨匹林治疗小儿高热,用药1 h后体温明显低于对照组(肌肉注射安痛定),差异有统计学意义[MD=-0.73,95%CI(-1.03,-0.44),P<0.01];用赖氨匹林治疗小儿高热,用药1 h有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.07,1.27),P<0.01];用药1 h后显效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[RR=1.55,95%CI(1.35,1.79),P<0.01]。结论肌肉注射赖氨匹林治疗小儿高热疗效比肌肉注射安痛定效果显著。 | 王丹 王莉 Li Yunlan | 2018 | 山西医药杂志2018,47,6: | 2 |

| 9 | Ten-year Follow-up of Familial Nanophthalmos in Three Siblings显示文摘Purpose: Nanophthalmos is a rare congenital disorder associated with a high incidence of angle-closure glaucoma..We followed the clinical manifestations of three siblings to evaluate their responses to various treatments.Methods:.Three sisters with nanophthalmos were followed from 2000 to 2013..Glaucoma and cataract treatments were performed whenever indicated.Results: The oldest sister had chronic elevation of intraocular pressure(IOP) and underwent laser peripheral iridotomy(LPI)on both eyes,.followed by uneventful phacoemulsification with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation on the left eye and phacotrabeculectomy with IOL implantation on the right eye.The middle sister had acute elevation of IOP and initially underwent phacoemulsification combined with implantation of two IOLs on her left eye and LPI on her right eye. Severe uveal effusion occurred when phacoemulsification was performed on her right eye 6 years later, but ultimately was completely resolved. In both sisters, stable IOP and visual results were achieved after lensectomy. In fact, given different confidence levels, a series of concentric bands can be obtained. To overcome the effect of confidence level on the error indicator, by introducing the union entropy theory, we propose an entropy error ellipse index of point, then extend it to line segment and polygon, and establish an entropy error band of line segment and an entropy error donut of polygon. | 18 | Promotional effect of silica on the combustion of nano-sized aluminum powder in carbon dioxide显示文摘This paper presents how the combustion performance of nano-sized aluminum(nAl)powder in carbon dioxide are affected by silica. The ignition and combustion performance of nAl powder with silica addition were studied by a high-temperature tube furnace. An s-type thermocouple and a high-speed motion acquisition instrument were performed to evaluate the ignition temperature, maximum combustion temperature, maximum change of rate of temperature, and combustion propagation speed. The combustion efficiency and combustion products were measured and analyzed by a gas-volumetric method and an X-ray diffraction. The results show that silica added into nAl powder can enhance its maximum combustion temperature and maximum change of rate of temperature, while its ignition temperature increases slightly. The nAl powders with addition of 6.00 wt.% and 12.00 wt.% silica present high combustion propagation speeds, especially for the latter, it has high combustion efficiency.
