1Cytological and Proteomic Analysis of Ginkgo biloba Pollen Intine显示文摘The pollen intine plays important roles in pollen germination and tube growth,but related information in Ginkgo biloba remains unclear.We isolated and obtained de-exined pollen from G.biloba.Using fluorescent probes,we observed the strongest cellulose fluorescence in the pollen intine.De-esterified pectin immunolabeled with JIM5 was present throughout the entire cell wall,whereas esterified pectin recognized by the monoclonal antibody JIM7 was concentrated in some regions.Callose staining with aniline blue was observed across the entire surface of the pollen intine.These results were confirmed by Fourier Transform InfraRed(FTIR)analysis.We also used proteomic approaches to identify different proteins between mature and de-exined pollen(48h after hydration)in vitro.Based on mass spectrometry,de-exined pollen had more proteins than mature pollen,including calmodulin,serine hydroxymethyltransferase,β-galactosidase 6,and class IV chitinase.According to Gene Ontology(GO)analysis,the differentially expressed proteins were mainly associated with transportation,defense reaction,sugar metabolism,energy metabolism,signal transduction,and cell wall formation.These findings suggest that most proteins involved in pollen germination and pollen tube growth are synthesized during pollen hydration,indicating the important role of pollen hydration in the reproductive process of G.Biloba.Weixing Li Yunling Ye Fangmei Cheng Yan Lu Biao Jin Li Wang 2020Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,4:2
2Recent advances in modification strategies of silicon-based lithiumion batteries显示文摘As potential alternatives to graphite,silicon(Si)and silicon oxides(SiO_(x))received a lot of attention as anode materials for lithiumion batteries owing to their relatively low working potentials,high theoretical specific capacities,and abundant resources.However,the commercialization of Si-based anodes is greatly hindered by their massive volume expansion,low conductivity,unstable solid electrolyte interface(SEI),and low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE).Continuous endeavors have been devoted to overcoming these challenges to achieve practical usage.This review is centered on the major challenges and latest developments in the modification strategies of Si-based anodes,including structure optimization,surface/interface regulation,novel binders,and innovative design of electrolyte.Finally,outlooks and perspectives of Si-based anodes for future development are presented.Wenlei Wang Yu Wang Lixuan Yuan Chaolin You Junwei Wu Lili Liu Jilei Ye Yunling Wu Lijun Fu 2023Nano Research2023,16,3:1
3Evolution of TCP Phase During Long Term Thermal Exposure in Several Re-Containing Single Crystal Superalloys显示文摘The application and component designs of single crystal superalloys are restricted by the precipitation of topologically closed packed(TCP)phases,which can deteriorate the microstructural stability of the alloys severely.Limited researches concerning the type and morphology evolution of TCP phases under elevated temperature conditions have been reported previously.In the present work,three Re-containing single crystal alloys were designed to investigate TCP phase evolution via long term isothermal exposure tests at 1120℃while the effects of Re on the microstructural characteristic and elements segregation were also clarified.The results showed that the addition of Re increased the instability of the alloys and the volume fraction of the TCP phases exceeded 5 vol%when the Re content reached 3 wt%.The increasing Re content had also raised the precipitation temperature of TCP phases but it did not change the type of them after long term aging;all the TCP particles were identified asμphase in this study.Moreover,the elements segregation became considerably serious as Re addition increased constantly,which brought about various morphologies of theμphase in the experimental alloys.In particular,the rod-like and needle-likeμphases demonstrated the typical orientation withinγmatrix while the blockyμphase was dispersedly distributed in the space.No specific orientation relationship could be observed in theμphase when the addition of Re exceeded certain threshold value.Zihao Tan Lin Yang Xinguang Wang Yunling Du Lihua Ye Guichen Hou Yanhong Yang Jinlai Liu Jide Liu Jinguo Li Yizhou Zhou Xiaofeng Sun 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,5:1
