2STUDY ON THE SHOCK WAVE CRYSTALLIZATION OF AMORPHOUS ALLOYS BY DSC显示文摘Shock wave and annealing crystallization of amorphous alloys FeSiB, FeMoSiB andFeCuNbSiB were studied by isothermal and non-isothermal DSC technique. It wasfound that the shock wave crystallization is very perfect, the fraction crystallized isvery close to 100%, though the period of crystallization is very short, only about10-4-10-6 s. Their produced phases differ from the parent phase in structure andcomposition. 3Sustainable Management of Planted Forests in China: Comprehensive Evaluation, Development Recommendation and Action Framework显示文摘China is one of the largest countries in the world in terms of planted forests area. Planted forests play an important role in soil and water conservation, food source, timber supply and energy security, but there are still many problems waiting for immediate resolution. Based on the current development status of planted forest in China, the paper made an comprehensive analysis for the positive impact and existing problems with regard to planted forests, and then came up with policy recommendations for promoting sustainable management of planted forests, mainly including: 1) to accelerate planted forests development and improve the quality; 2) to strengthen the protection and management, and quicken the development of planted forests; 3) to enhance the scientific planning for planted forests; 4) to reinforce the management for forests harvesting so as to promote the reasonable utilization of planted forests; 5) to perfect the management system for planted forest resources and improve the managerial capacity; 6) to complete related laws and regulations and improve the policy guarantee system; 7) to reinforce the forest tenure reform and establish a sound planted forest land transference system. 5Distribution of Crystal Organic Fertilizer-N in Soil-plant System显示文摘The distribution of crystal organic fertilizer, urea and compound fertilizer-N in soil and plant system was researched with 15N-trace under tobacco pot experiment. The results showed that the leaf yield of tobacco used crystal organic fertilizer was 23.1% and 14.6 % higher than that of urea and compound fertilizer treatments respectively. Compound fertilizer also resulted in higher yield of 8.5% comparing with the urea treatment. Nitrogen content of the plant from the crystal organic fertilizer treatment was 138.6% and 145.7% as high as that of the compound fertilizer and urea treatments respectively. The absorbed N from the organic fertilizer was 25.1% and 27.9% more than that from the compound fertilizer and urea respectively.However, the absorbed N from the soil with the organic fertilizer was 47.4% and 58.3% more than that with compound fertilizer and urea respectively. The N use efficiency of the organic fertilizer was 9.4% and 10.1%higher than that of the compound fertilizer and urea. 9Statistical analyses of metric data of hominoid teeth found in Yuanmou of China显示文摘Mesial-distal and buccal-lingual dimensions of 1 266 hominoid teeth found in Yuanmou of Yunnan Province during the period of 1986 and 1988 have been measured. The statistical analyses of the metric data show that the tooth sizes of Yuanmou hominoid can be divided into big and small two types, and most tooth dimensions display obvious bimodalities in both histograms and 2 dimensional plots. The coefficients of variance (CV) reveal that the CVs of Yuanmou hominoid tooth sizes are within or close to the CV ranges of Lufengpithecus and extant great apes. The comparisons of tooth sizes and their proportions indicate that Yuanmou hominoids have close affinities with Lefeng and Kaiyuan hominoids, and have obvious differences with Gorilla, Chimpanzee and Orangutan. The authors believe that the hominoid fossils found in Yuanmou in the past 10 years represent a single species with highly sexual dimorphism in morphology and this species may have a close evolutionary relationship with the hominoids found inLIU Wu, ZHENG Liang & JIANG Chu1. 10Study of Yield Combining Ability and Genetic Relationship Among Exotic Tropical,Subtropical Maize(Zea mays L.) Inbreds and Temperate Maize Inbreds in China显示文摘Information on the genetic relationship between tropical maize (Zea mays L), germplasm and temperate maize germplasm is of great value to maize breeding. The objective of this study was to determine the combining ability and genetic relationship of 25 inbreds extracted from five tropical maize populations and a land race, with four temperate maize inbreds (Huangzaosi, Mo17, B73 and Dan 340). The 25 tropical inbreds were crossed with the four temperate inbreds and evaluated. Lines from Suwan1 and POP28 had high general combining ability (GCA) for grain yield. The lines from POP32 (ETO) had the highest special combining ability (SCA) with B73; the average SCA value of the 5 lines was 879 kg/ha. The lines from Suwan1had the second-highest SCA (584 kg/ha) with Huangzaosi. The lines from Suwan1 had the greatest relative heterosis (20%) with B73, followed by the lines from POP32 (ETO) with B73 (19%). 11The topological configuration and conformational analysis of mRNA in translation显示文摘The theoretical model construction of mRNA hairpin structure and single-stranded structure as well as the simulation studies on RNA structure determined by the X-ray crystal diffraction and nuclear magnetic resonance revealed that in translation, after mRNA being unfolded into single-stranded structure, its topological configuration was closely correlative with the original hairpin structure. 12Full-length genome of wild-type hepatitis A virus (DL3) isolated in China显示文摘AIM: To characterize the genome of an wild-type HAV isolate (DL3) in China.METHODS: A stool specimen was collected from hepatitis A patient from Dalian, China. HAV (DL3) was isolated and viral RNA was extracted. The genome of DL3 was amplified by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),followed by cloning into pGEM-T vector. The positive colonies were selected and sequenced. The full-length genome of DL3 was analyzed and compared with other wild-type HAV isolates.RESULTS: The genome of DL3 was 7 476 nucleotides (nt)in size, containing 732-nt 5'untranslated region (UTR), 6 681-nt open reading frame (ORF) which encoded a polyprotein of 2 227 amino acids (aa), and 63-nt 3'UTR. The base composition was 28.96 % A (2 165), 16.08 % C (1 202), 22.11% G(1 653)and 32.85% U (2 456). Genomic comparisons with wildtype HAV isolates revealed that DL3 had the highest identity of 97.5 % for nt (185 differences) with AH1, the lowest identity of 85.7 % (1 066 differences) with SLF88. The highest identity of 99.2 % for amino acid (18 differences)appeared among DL3, AH2 and FH3, and the lowest identity of 96.8 % (72 differences) between DL3 and SLF88. Based upon comparisons of the VP1/2A junction and the VP1 amino terminus, DL3 was classified as subgenotype IA. 14Birthrates and delay times of Type Ia supernovae显示文摘Type Ia supernovae (SNe Ia) play an important role in diverse areas of astrophysics, from the chemical evolution of galaxies to observational cosmology. However, the nature of the progenitors of SNe Ia is still unclear. In this paper, according to a detailed binary population synthesis study, we obtained SN Ia birthrates and delay times from different progenitor models, and compared them with observations. We find that the Galactic SN Ia birthrate from the double-degenerate (DD) model is close to those inferred from observations, while the birthrate from the single-degenerate (SD) model accounts for only about 1/2-2/3 of the observations. 18中国路南石林地区钙华年代测定及其意义显示文摘中国云南路南是高原型喀斯特发育最为典型的区域之一,“石林喀斯特”最为著名。该区域喀斯特演化历史及其特点充分反映了云南东部地区在喜马拉雅运动期地壳活动的特征。石林喀斯特化过程中,形成了众多的钙质淀积物,包括河滩钙华、瀑布钙华、湖滩钙华、洞穴钙华及第三系硫酸盐岩。位于不同海拔高度的石林地貌及其间的洞穴钙华,代表了石林发育的不同阶段和过程:地壳抬升-溶蚀、侵蚀-再抬升、钙华沉积。湖滩钙华和河滩钙华的堆积特征也反映了这段历史。准确地确定钙华形成的年龄,便可详细研究石林地区石林喀斯特的演化历史,定量分析地壳抬升幅度和活动规律。作者在运用地质-地貌分析判别基础上,对钙质淀积物系统取样,采用电子自旋共振法(ESR)测定钙华年龄,分别为:315.063万年、135.020万年、92.2±1.6万年、32.9±2.3—27.0±1.4万年、18.4±0.8万年、14.2士0.2万年、7.9±0.4万年、4.8±0.5万年。据此确定了本区喀斯特演化的主要时期。经与大区域测年研究数据相比较,具有很好的一致性。这批数据的地质意义:(1)ESR测年是研究钙华年代的有效方法;(2)定量研究石林喀斯特演化过程,构成溶蚀形态-沉积序?Gen Hong(Yunnan Provincal Department of Geology and Mineral Resouces)Li Yuhui(Yunnan Educational College)Liu Xing(Kunming University of Science and Technology)LiangYongning(Kunming University of Science and Technology)Yang Yanhua(Yunnan Monitoring Station 1996云南地质1996,15,4:1
19The relationship of extended radio power and broad emission line luminosity in blazars显示文摘The relationship between broad line luminosity LBLR and extended radio power PE is investigated.In the log PE-log LBLR diagram,FSRQs populate the region of higher luminosity relative to BL Lacs,and FR II BL Lacs are between FSRQs and FR I BL Lacs.For these blazars,there is a significant correlation between LBLR and PE.The regression line scales as PE ∝ L0B.L87R ± 0.15.The slope of this scaling relation is consistent with that derived from the simple theoretical formulae.Thus,the unification of BL Lacs and FRSQs into a single population finds a statistical basis,and a disk-jet symbiosis in blazars is confirmed.FR II BL Lacs are probably at an intermediate stage in the sequence from FSRQs to BL Lacs with FR I BL Lacs at the end of this sequence.LIU HongTao & Bai JinMing National Astronomical Observatories/Yunnan Observatory,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Kunming 650011,China 2010Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,S1:1
20Bioinspired therapeutic platform based on extracellular vesicles for prevention of arterial wall remodeling in hypertension显示文摘Arterial stiffness due to the vessel remodeling is closely linked to raised blood pressure,and its physiopathologic mechanism is still not fully understood.We here aimed to explore whether extracellular vesicle(EV)mediated intercellular communication between endothelium and smooth muscle cell contribute to the blood vessel remodeling under hypertension.We here revealed that the arterial endothelial cells robustly secreted EV,which in turn could be circulated and/or directly taken up by the subendothelial smooth muscle cells(SMC).Under hypertension,the EV secretion increased and the miRNA profile changed significantly mainly due to the raised mechanical force and subsequent enhanced reactive oxygen species generation.Among the miRNA cargos in the EV,miR-320d/423-5p were found increased most significantly.In vivo delivery of miR-320d/423-5p mimics via engineered EV increased their expression in arterial vessels,recapitulating the phenotype in hypertension.In contrast,therapeutic delivery of miR-320d/423-5p inhibitors via engineered EV alleviated the phenotype in spontaneous hypertension rat model.Together,we have found that the injured endothelium due to the raised mechanical force in hypertension contributes to the arterial wall remodeling via the secreted EV.Our study has not only provided novel insights on the mechanism of hypertension associated blood vessel wall remodeling,but also shed light on therapeutic intervention of hypertension associated vascular diseases.Chen Wang Changyang Xing Zhelong Li Yunnan Liu Qiaoying Li Yixiao Wang Jiao Hu Lijun Yuan Guodong Yang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,2:1
