| 1 | Left ventricular hypertrophy amplifies the QT,and Tp-e intervals and the Tp-e/QT ratio of left chest ECG显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the changes in Tp-e interval(an interval from the peak to the end of the T wave), QT interval and Tp-e/QT ratio of the body surface ECG in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH). Methods:The Tp-e interval and QT interval were measured on body surface ECGs in 42 patients without either hypertension or LVH(control group),41 patients having hypertension but not LVH(non-LVH group),and 38 patients with both hypertension and LVH(LVH group).Results:The mean corrected QT(QTc)interval, and mean corrected Tp-e[T(p-e)c]interval were significantly longer in the LVH group(0.430±0.021s vs. 0.409±0.019s,p<0.01;0.098±0.013s vs.0.088±0.011s,respectively)than those in the control group.The Tp-e/QT ratio was also amplified in LVH group(0.232±0.028 vs.0.218±0.027)(p<0.05).Conclusion:LVH increased the QT interval,Tp-e interval and Tp-e/QT ratio of the body surface ECG. | Zhao Zhao Zuyi Yuan Yuqiang Ji Yue Wu Yinzhi Qi | 2010 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,1: | 6 |
| 2 | siRNA of ADAM17 gene induces apoptosis,proliferation inhibition and enhances the effects of genistein on HepG2 cells显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of siRNA of ADAM17 gene and genistein on apoptosis and the inhibition of proliferation in HepG2 cells in an attempt to seek an effective therapy for hepatocellular carinoma. Methods:Cells were divided into control groups and experimental groups and siRNA was used to silence the ADAM17 gene, alone and in combination with genistein. Cells were harvested at several time periods and assessed for proliferation and apoptosis. Proliferation was assayed by MTT at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours following treatment and apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometric analysis at 48 hours. Results:In siRNA groups, proliferation of cells was significantly inhibited compared to the control groups at 24, 48 and 72 hours(P < 0.05), and apoptosis was significantly increased at 48 hours(P < 0.01); In genistein groups, proliferation was inhibited at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours, and the apoptosis ratio was significantly increased at 48 hours(P < 0.01); while in the groups that received the combination of siRNA transfection and genistein treatment, there was a further significant decrease of proliferation and increase in apoptosis compared with either treatment alone. | 5 | The Expression of CD2 in Chronic HBV Infection显示文摘It was previously reported that several kinds of intercellular adhesion molecules are closely related to chronic HBV infection. The complex of CD2 and CD58 plays an important role in enhancing the adhesion of T lymphocytes to target cells,and promoting hyperplasia and activation of T lymphocytes. In this study,we detected the level of CD2 expressed on the surface of PBMC,the expression level of CD2 mRNA in PBMC and the percentage of CD2 positive cells in PBMC of patients with chronic HBV infection and compared them with the expression level of normal controls. We also determined the level of serum HBV DNA from patients with chronic HBV infection and from normal controls. The clinical characteristics of hepatic function were tested as well. | 6 | Lithium-ion battery degradation trajectory early prediction with synthetic dataset and deep learning显示文摘Knowing the long-term degradation trajectory of Lithium-ion(Li-ion) battery in its early usage stage is critical for the maintenance of the battery energy storage system(BESS) in reality. Previous battery health diagnosis methods focus on capacity and state of health(SOH) estimation which can receive only the short-term health status of the cell. This paper proposes a novel degradation trajectory prediction method with synthetic dataset and deep learning, which enables to grasp the characterization of the cell's health at a very early stage of Li-ion battery usage. A transferred convolutional neural network(CNN) is chosen to finalize the early prediction target, and the polynomial function based synthetic dataset generation strategy is designed to reduce the costly data collection procedure in real application. In this thread, the proposed method needs one full lifespan data to predict the overall degradation trajectories of other cells.
