1Devonian Frasnian-Famennian transitional event deposits of Guangxi, South China and their possible tsunami origin显示文摘A suite of event deposits, isochronous and interrelated in origin, occurs widely near the Frasnian- Famennian boundary in Guangxi, South China. It is mainly distributed in the facies areas of the platform-margin slope and inter-platform rift-trough. The rudstone or calcirudite occur in the Liujing section of Hengxian and Luoxiu and Baqi sections of Xiangzhou in the facies area of platform-margin slope. The turbidites are observed in the sections of Yangdi and Baisha of Guilin, Du'an of Debao, Nandong and Sanli of Wuxuan, Xiangtian, Ma'anshan of Xiangzhou, Nayi of Chongzuo, Yunpan of Shanglin in the facies area of inter-platform rift-trough. The massive homogenites occur in sections of Mangchang, Luofu and Road from Nandan to Tian'e and Ma'anshan etc in the facies area of inter-platform rift-trough. Herein event deposits can be correlated in stratohorizon to the turbidite in the bottom of the Lower triangularis Zone in Hony railroad cut of Belgium, Devils Gate of Nevada, USA, Atrous of Morocco, South Urals and Fore-Kolyma of northeastern Siberia of Russia, and erosional discontinuities and brecciation in the Frasnian-Famennian boundary in South Polish-Moravian shelf. 3Directly conversion the biomass-waste to Si/C composite anode materials for advanced lithium ion batteries显示文摘The necessity to explore high-efficiency and high-value utilization strategy for biomass-waste is desirable.Herein,the strategy for direct conversion biomass-waste(rice husks) to Si/C composite structure anode was built.The Si/C composite materials were successfully obtained via the typical thermal reduction with magnesium,and the Si nanopa rticle was uniformly embedded in carbon frame,as revealed by Raman,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) measurement.The carbon structure among rice husks was effectively used as a protective layer to accommodate the volume variation of Si anode during the repeated lithiation/delithiation process.Benefitting from the structure design,the batteries show a superior electrochemical stability with the capacity retention rate above 90% after 150 cycles at the charge/discha rge rate of 0.5 C(1 C=600 mAh/g),and hold a high charge capacity of 420.7 mAh/g at the rate of 3 C.Therefore,our finding not only provides a promising design strategy for directly conversion biomass-waste to electrochemical storage materials but broadens the high-efficiency utilization method for other biomass by-products.Qiang Ma Yu Dai Hongrui Wang Guozhu Ma Hui Guo Xianxiang Zeng Naimei Tu Xiongwei Wu Mingtao Xiao 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:1

5BMP-4对泌乳素腺瘤细胞分泌、增殖、侵袭性影响的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the bone morphogenetic protein 4(BMP-4) how to regulate prolactin(PRL) secreting,cell proliferation and invasiveness in human prolactinoma.Methods:Ten patients who diagnosed as prolactinoma by clinical characteristics and pathology were divided into two groups,one was sensitive to Bromocriptine,the other was insensitive to Bromocriptine.Every case was conducted by primal cell culture then treated by different concentrations of BMP-4.The cell configuration was observed and PRL hormone was measured in different times.The expressions of BMP-4 mRNA and BMP-4 in 37 cases of prolactinoma and 8 cases of normal pituitary tissues samples were detected by immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization technique,and the results were analyzed by statistic methods.Results:BMP-4(5 ng/mL) could accelerate the secreting of PRL in prolactinoma cell,and it could reach the greatest effect in the concentration of 20 ng/mL.BMP-4 could increase prolactinoma cell proliferation,but when the concentration was 50 ng/mL,the BMP-4 effect of increasing secreting decreased.When 100 ng/mL,the cell began to die.The effects of the BMP-4 in sensitive group and insensitive group had no difference.The BMP-4 was highly expressed in the prolactinomas and was positively related with the invasiveness grades.Conclusion:BMP-4 have positive regulation in prolactinoma secreting,proliferation,invasiveness effects.BMP-4 probably has the important role in prolactinoma pathogenesis.Xiongwei Wang Jian Chen Hui Zeng Bing Long Lei Wang Ping Zhao 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,2:0
