Identification of novel cis-elements bound by BplMYB46 involved in abiotic stress responses and secondary wall deposition显示文摘Transcription factors(TFs)play vital roles in various biological processes by binding to cis-acting elements to control expressions of their target genes. The MYB TF BplMYB46,from Betula platyphylla,is involved in abiotic stress responses and secondary wall deposition. In the present study,we used a TF-centered yeast onehybrid technology(TF-centered Y1H)to identify the cisacting elements bound by BplMYB46.We screened a shortinsert random library and identified three cis-elements bound by BplMYB46:an E-box(CA(A/T/C)(A/G/C)TG)and two novel motifs,a TC-box(T(G/A)TCG(C/G))and a GT-box(A(G/T)T(A/C)GT(T/G)C).Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP)and effector-reporter coexpression assays in Nicotiana tabacum confirmed binding of BplMYB46 to the TC-box,GT-box,and E-box motifs in the promoters of the phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)genes, which function in abiotic stress tolerance and secondary wall biosynthesis. This finding improves our understanding of potential regulatory mechanisms in the response to abiotic stress and secondary wall deposition of BplMYB46 in B.platyphylla. | Huiyan Guo Liuqiang Wang Chuanping Yang Yiming Zhang Chunrui Zhang Chao Wang | 2018 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2018,60,10: | 7
Extended Jury criterion显示文摘In this paper, algebraic criteria are established to determine whether or not a real coefficient polynomial has one or two pairs of conjugate complex roots whose moduli are equal to 1 and the other roots have moduli less than 1 directly from its coefficients. The form and the function of the criteria are similar to those of the Jury criterion which can be used to determine whether or not all the moduli of the roots of a real coefficient polynomial are less than 1. | ZHENG BaoDong 1,LIANG LiJie 1 & ZHANG ChunRui 2 1 Department of mathematics,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150001,China 2 Department of mathematics,Northeast Forestry University,Harbin 150040,China | 2010 | Science China Mathematics2010,53,4: | 4
Fabrication and characterization of amorphous ITO/p-Si heterojunction solar cell显示文摘Amorphous indium-tin-oxide(a-ITO) film was deposited by radio-frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering at 180°C substrate temperature on the texturized p-Si wafer to fabricate a-ITO/p-Si heterojunction solar cell. The microstructural, optical and electrical properties of the a-ITO film were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,UV-VIS spectrophotometer,four-point probe and Hall effect measurement, respectively. The electrical properties of heterojunction were investigated by I-V measurement, which reveals that the heterojunction shows strong rectifying behavior under a dark condition. The ideality factor and the saturation current density of this diode are 2.26 and 1.58×10-4 A cm-2,respectively.And the value of IF/IR(IF and IR stand for forward and reverse currents, respectively) at 1 V is found to be as high as 21.5.For the a-ITO/p-Si heterojunction solar cell, the a-ITO thin film acts not only as an emitter layer, but also as an anti-reflected coating film. The conversion efficiency of the fabricated a-ITO/p-Si heterojunction cell is approximately 1.1%,under 100 mW cm-2 illumination(AM1.5 condition). And the open-circuit voltage(Voc),short-circuit current density(J SC),filll factor(FF) are 280 mV,9.83 mA cm 2 and 39.9%,respectively.Because the ITO film deposited at low temperature is amorphous,it can effectively reduce the interface states between ITO and p-Si.The barrier height and internal electric field, which is near the surface of p-Si,can effectively be enhanced. Thus we can see the great photovoltaic effect. | HE Bo WANG HongZhi LI YaoGang MA ZhongQuan XU Jing ZHANG QingHong WANG ChunRui XING HuaiZhong ZHAO Lei WANG DunDong | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8: | 2
Mitochondria Redistribution in Enterovirus A71 Infected Cells and Its Effect on Virus Replication显示文摘Enterovirus A71(EV-A71)is one of the main causative agents of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD)and it also causes severe neurologic complications in infected children. The interactions between some viruses and the host mitochondria are crucial for virus replication and pathogenicity. In this study,it was observed that EV-A71 infection resulted in a perinuclear redistribution of the mitochondria. The mitochondria rearrangement was found to require the microtubule network, the dynein complex and a low cytosolic calcium concentration.Subsequently, the EV-A71 non-structural protein 2BC was identified as the viral protein capable of inducing mitochondria clustering. The protein was found localized on mitochondria and interacted with the mitochondrial Rho GTPase 1(RHOT1)that is a key protein required for attachment between the mitochondria and the motor proteins, which are responsible for the control of mitochondria movement.Additionally, suppressing mitochondria clustering by treating cells with nocodazole,EHNA,thapsigargin or A23187 consistently inhibited EV?A71 replication, indicating that mitochondria recruitment played a crucial role in the EV-A71 life cycle. This study identified a novel function of the EV-A71 2BC protein and provided a potential model for the regulation of mitochondrial motility in EV-A71 infection. | Yang Yang Haolong Cong Ning Du Xiaodong Han Lei Song Wenliang Zhang Chunrui Li Po Tien | 2019 | Virologica Sinica2019,34,4: | 2

Subnanometer-resolved chemical imaging via multivariate analysis of tip-enhanced Raman maps显示文摘Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(TERS)is a powerful surface analysis technique that can provide subnanometer-resolved images of nanostructures with site-specific chemical fingerprints. However, due to the limitation of weak Raman signals and the resultant difficulty in achieving TERS imaging with good signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs),the conventional single-peak analysis is unsuitable for distinguishing complex molecular architectures at the subnanometer scale. Here we demonstrate that the combination of subnanometer-resolved TERS imaging and advanced multivariate analysis can provide an unbiased panoramic view of the chemical identity and spatial distribution of different molecules on surfaces, yielding high-quality chemical images despite limited SNRs in individual pixel-level spectra. This methodology allows us to exploit the full power of TERS imaging and unambiguously distinguish between adjacent molecules with a resolution of~0.4 nm,as well as to resolve submolecular features and the differences in molecular adsorption configurations. Our results provide a promising methodology that promotes TERS imaging as a routine analytical technique for the analysis of complex nanostructures on surfaces. | Song Jiang Xianbiao Zhang Yao Zhang Chunrui Hu Rui Zhang Yang Zhang Yuan Liao Zachary J Smith Zhenchao Dong JG Hou | 2017 | Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1: | 1

Novel flavin-containing monooxygenase protein FMO1 interacts with CAT2 to negatively regulate drought tolerance through ROS homeostasis and ABA signaling pathway in tomato显示文摘Drought stress is themajor abiotic factor that can seriously affect plant growth and crop production. The functions of flavin-containing monooxygenases(FMOs)are known in animals. They addmolecular oxygen to lipophilic compounds or produce reactive oxygen species(ROS).However, little information on FMOs in plants is available. Here,we characterized a tomato drought-responsive gene that showed homology to FMO,and it was designated as FMO1.FMO1 was downregulated promptly by drought and ABA treatments.Transgenic functional analysis indicated that RNAi suppression of the expression of FMO1(FMO1-Ri)improved drought tolerance relative to wild-type(WT)plants,whereas overexpression of FMO1(FMO1-OE)reduced drought tolerance. The FMO1-Ri plants exhibited lower ABA accumulation, higher levels of antioxidant enzyme activities, and less ROS generation comparedwith theWTand FMO1-OE plants under drought stress.RNA-seq transcriptional analysis revealed the differential expression levels of many drought-responsive genes thatwere co-expressed with FMO1,including PP2Cs,PYLs,WRKY,and LEA.Using Y2H screening,we found that FMO1 physically interacted with catalase 2(CAT2),which is an antioxidant enzyme and confers drought resistance. Our findings suggest that tomato FMO1 negatively regulates tomato drought tolerance in the ABA-dependent pathway and modulates ROS homeostasis by directly binding to SlCAT2. | Lulu Wang Yinlian Zhou Yin Ding Chunrui Chen Xueting Chen Nini Su Xingguo Zhang Yu Pan Jinhua Li | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,4: | 0
Targeted Adversarial Examples Generating Method Based on cVAE in Black Box Settings显示文摘In recent years, adversarial examples has become one of the most important security threats in deep learning applications. For testing the security of deep learning models in adversarial environment, many researches focus on generating adversarial examples quickly and efficiently. In order to solve the problems of existing generative adversarial networks based methods which can not effectively generate the targeted adversarial examples in black box settings, and to improve the temporal performance of gradient-based generating methods,an adversarial examples generating method based on conditional Variational autoencoder(cVAE)is proposed in this paper, where a cVAE is designed elaborately to generate adversarial examples without most of the detailed information about the attacked deep learning models,of which the output can be controlled arbitrarily by these crafted inputs, used to test the robustness of deep learning models against adversarial examples. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve a comparable attack success rate and a better temporal performance than the existing gradient-based generating methods in black box environment. | YU Tingyue WANG Shen ZHANG Chunrui WANG Zhenbang LI Yetian YU Xiangzhan 无 | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5: | 0
microRNA-32在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及临床意义(英文)显示文摘Objective: This study was aimed to explore the expression of microRNA-32(miR-32) in multiple myeloma(MM), and study its association with β2-microglobulin and staging of MM by Durie-Salmon classification. Methods: The expression level of miR-32 in bone marrow mono-nuclear cells of MM were examined by real-time polymerase chain reaction(real-time PCR), and the correlations between the expression level of miR-32 and related clinic pathologic features β2-microglobulin, staging of MM by Durie-Salmon classification were further analyzed. Results: The expression of miR-32 in MM patients was obviously higher than that in normal control(P < 0.05). The expression of miR-32 in relapsed/ refractory MM patients was obviously higher than that in newly diagnosed MM patients. The expression of miR-32 in MM patients decreased after chemical therapy than that before treatment, especially in effective group(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant change in ineffective/progress group after chemical therapy(P > 0.05).The expression of miR-32 was associated to staging of MM and β2-microglobulin level. Conclusion: Expression level of miR-32 in MM patients is significantly higher than that in normal bone marrow, these data indicated that miR-32 may play an important role in the development of MM. High-regulated expression of miR-32 was associated with β2-microglobulin and staging of MM by Durie-Salmon classification. | Tenglong Zhang Weili Jia Li Sun Xiaoyan Wang Xiuhua Xing Shuai Gong Chunrui Yu | 2014 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2014,13,10: | 0
Preparation and performance of novel thermal stable composite nanofiltration membrane显示文摘The novel thermal stable composite nanofiltra-tion membranes were prepared through the interfacial polymerization of piperazine and trimesoyl chloride on the poly(phthalazinone ether)ultrafiltration substrate. The effects of polymerization and testing conditions on membrane performance were studied. The surface morphologies of the substrate and the composite mem-branes were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The separation properties of membranes for dyes and salts were tested. The composite membranes show good ther-mal stability. The rejection for Na2SO_(4) was kept over 96%,1.0 MPa and 80℃.When tested at 1.0 MPa and 60℃,the rejection of the composite membrane for dyes was kept at the rejection for NaCl was lower than 20%. | Chunrui WU Shouhai ZHANG Fajie YANG Chun YAN Xigao JIAN | 2008 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2008,2,4: | 0

Expression profiles of genes regulated by BplMYB46 in Betula platyphylla显示文摘The transcription factor BplMYB46 has been identified as a regulator of abiotic stress responses and promoter of secondary wall deposition in Betula platyphylla. To investigate the downstream targets of BplMYB46,the expression profiles of genes in stems from BplMYB46-overexpressing(OE)and BplMYB46-silencing(SE)plants were studied. In OE stems,952 genes were upregulated, and 1469 were downregulated in comparison to SE stems. In a KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes(DEGs),1387 differentially expressed genes were annotated for 117 metabolic pathways.DEGs were abundant for metabolic pathway, secondary metabolite biosynthesis, plant hormone signal transduction, phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthesis.DEGs were implicated lignin or cellulose biosynthesis, cell wall modification, xylem development, disease resistance, stress responses, and anthocyanin biosynthesis. These results suggested that BplMYB46 regulates cell wall development and stress resistance by affecting the expression of these genes. Our study further elucidates the mechanism by which BplMYB46 mediates abiotic stress responses and secondary cell wall biosynthesis in birch. | Huiyan Guo Chunrui Zhang Yanmin Wang Yiming Zhang Yu Zhang Yucheng Wang Chao Wang | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,6: | 0
