| 1 | Design,fabrication and characterization of the X-ray supermirrors显示文摘The design, fabrication and characterization of the X-ray supermirrors are discussed in this paper. Using the local optimization method of simplex algorithm and the global one of simulated annealing algorithm with different initial multilayer structures, we designed the broad angular band supermirrors with different grazing incidence angle intervals at the energy of 8.0 keV (the Kα line of Cu) and the broad energetic band supermirrors with different energy intervals at fixed grazing incidence angles. The fabricating techniques for depositing non-periodic multilayers are also studied. The W/C and W/Si supermirrors are deposited on silicon substrates and characterized by a high resolution X-ray D1 diffractometer from Bede Company, UK. Choosing the interface roughness and the densities of the materials as independent variables, some measured reflectivity curves are fitted using the Debye-Waller factor with interface roughness. | 2 | Effect of elicitors, precursors and metabolic inhibitors on paclitaxel production by Taxus cuspidata cell culture显示文摘In this study, using Taxus cuspidata as a raw material, we obtained stable high-yielding cell lines by subculturing and quantified paclitaxel content using ultrasonic extraction combined with TLC–UV spectrophotometry. In single factor and multiple factors tests to optimize design and study the effects of elicitors, precursors, and metabolic inhibitors on paclitaxel production by Taxus cuspidata cells, paclitaxel production reached 4.32 mg/L when 100 lmol/L methyl jasmonate, 20 mg/L salicylic acid, 400 mg/L phenylalanine and 2 mg/L gibberellin(GA_3) were added to the culture medium of suspension cells. When adding metabolic adjustment factors on the 7th day of culture, extra- and intracellular paclitaxel production was the highest at 4.855 mg/L, paclitaxel release rate was 10.48 %, fresh mass and paclitaxel production of cell increased, respectively, by 6.08 and 11.57 %. | 5 | Adsorption characteristics of droplets applied on non-smooth leaf surface of typical crops显示文摘To further understand the adsorption characteristics of different-type leaf surfaces adsorbing pesticide droplets and reveal the adsorption mechanism of pesticide droplets on non-smooth leaves,non-smooth leaves of 12 kinds of typical target plants were investigated in this study.The parameters of surface morphological characteristics were measured,which include contact angle between leaves and water droplets,water holding capacity surface tension,polar component,dispersion component and other quantitative range of indicators and variation by modern means.The relationships between the indicators and water holding capacity were investigated respectively.The experimental results show that the number of trichomes,epidermal wax,morphology and distribution characteristics have influences on adsorption characteristics of the water droplets.There is a negative correlation between free energy of obverse side and the water holding capacity(R=−0.447)while the free energy of reverse side and the water holding capacity show a positive correlation(R=0.212).Also,there is a negative correlation between polar component of obverse side and the water holding capacity(R=−0.357)while the polar component of reverse side and the water holding capacity in plant leaves show a positive correlation(R=0.149).The research can provide a scientific theory for reasonable spraying of pesticide in the agricultural production,and can be a reference for the development of pesticide adjuvants and bionic pesticides. | Wang Shujie Wang Hujun Li Chun Zhong Xiangmei Huang Hui Zhou Yajun | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Lattice-strained nanotubes facilitate efficient natural sunlight-driven CO_(2) photoreduction显示文摘Photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) holds tremendous promise for alleviating the energy crisis.Despite the progress that has been,made,there are still some challenges to overcome,such as the realization under real sunlight rather than the simulation condition.In this work,ultrathin Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))nanotubes(NTs)prepared through hydrothermal route are applied as a novel catalyst for photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) under real sunlight.The prepared Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))NTs exhibit a 11.3 μmol·h^(-1) CO production rate with,96.1% CO selectivity.Interestingly,Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))NTs have a positive impact on the facilitation of photoreduction in diluted CO_(2).Notably,when the system is performed under real sunlight,Ni_(2)(OH)(PO_(4))NTs afford an accumulated CO of ca.26.8 nmol with,96.9% CO selectivity,exceeding most previous inorganic catalysts under simulated irradiation in the laboratory.Our experimental results demonstrate that the multisynergetic effects induced by surface-OH and the lattice strain serve as highly active sites for CO_(2) molecular adsorption and activation as well as electron transfer,hence enhancing photoreduction activity.Therefore,this work provides experimental basis that CO_(2) photocatalysis can be put into practical use. | Shujie Liang Xueming Liu Zuqi Zhong Bin Han Xiaohui Zhong Weiyi Chen Kainan Song Hong Deng Zhang Lin | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,8: | 0 |
| 10 | The selection and stability analysis of stable and high Taxol-producing cell lines from Taxus cuspidata显示文摘In this study to screen for stable, high Taxolproducing cell lines(CL5, CL12, and CL21) of Taxus cuspidata, stem tissues were used to induce calli, which were then subcultured nine times to establish suspension cell cultures. From 97 cell lines obtained from conditioned cultures, 10 cell lines with high Taxol content were selected. Stability analyses on solid and liquid B5 media were then used to obtain lines that stably produced high levels of Taxol. Fresh biomass and Taxol production of the ninth generation became stable. Taxol content of selected CL5, CL12, and CL21 samples was 0.0448, 0.0477, and0.0428% of dry mass(DW), respectively. Proliferation of CL5, CL12 and CL21 was 346.3, 382.5, and 409.2%,respectively. | 11 | Nickel Sulfide Modified NiCu Nanoalloy with Excellent Oxygen Evolution Reaction Properties Prepared through Electrospinning and Heat Treatment显示文摘Ni^(2+)/Cu^(2+)/SO_(4)^(2-)/polyvinyl alcohol precursor fibers with uniform diameters were prepared through electrospinning.Nickel-based composite nanoalloys containing Ni,Cu,and S were prepared through heat treatment in an Ar atmosphere.The experimental results show that the main components of the prepared nanoalloys are NiCu,Ni_(3)S_(2),Ni,and C.The nanoalloys exhibit fine grain sizes about 200-500 nm,which can increase with increasing heat treatment temperature.Electrochemical test results show that the nickel sulfidemodified NiCu nanoalloy composites exhibit excellent oxygen evolution reaction properties,and the oxygen evolution reaction properties gradually improve with the increasing heat treatment temperature.The sample prepared at 1 000℃ for 40 min show a low overpotential of 423 mV and a small Tafel slope of 134 mV·dec^(-1) at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2). | 李涛 凌帅 ZHONG Shujie LOU Qiongyue | 2024 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2024,39,2: | 0 |
