1Hybrid Field-Effect Transistors and Photodetectors Based on Organic Semiconductor and CsPbI_3 Perovskite Nanorods Bilayer Structure显示文摘The outstanding performances of nanostructured allinorganic CsPbX_3(X = I, Br, Cl) perovskites in optoelectronic applications can be attributed to their unique combination of a suitable bandgap, high absorption coefficient, and long carrier lifetime, which are desirable for photodetectors. However, the photosensing performances of the CsPbI_3 nanomaterials are limited by their low charge-transport efficiency. In this study, a phototransistor with a bilayer structure of an organic semiconductor layer of 2,7-dioctyl [1] benzothieno[3,2-b] [1] benzothiophene and CsPbI_3 nanorod layer was fabricated. The high-quality CsPbI_3 nanorod layer obtained using a simple dip-coating method provided decent transistor performance of the hybrid transistor device.The perovskite layer efficiently absorbs light, while the organicsemiconductor layer acts as a transport channel for injected photogenerated carriers and provides gate modulation. 3A target parameter estimation method via atom-reconstruction in radar mainlobe jamming显示文摘Mainlobe jamming(MLJ)brings a big challenge for radar target detection,tracking,and identification.The suppression of MLJ is a hard task and an open problem in the electronic counter-counter measures(ECCM)field.Target parameters and target direction estimation is difficult in radar MLJ.A target parameter estimation method via atom-reconstruction in radar MLJ is proposed in this paper.The proposed method can suppress the MLJ and simultaneously provide high estimation accuracy of target range and angle.Precisely,the eigen-projection matrix processing(EMP)algorithm is adopted to suppress the MLJ,and the target range is estimated effectively through the beamforming and pulse compression.Then the target angle can be effectively estimated by the atom-reconstruction method.Without any prior knowledge,the MLJ can be canceled,and the angle estimation accuracy is well preserved.Furthermore,the proposed method does not have strict requirement for radar array construction,and it can be applied for linear array and planar array.Moreover,the proposed method can effectively estimate the target azimuth and elevation simultaneously when the target azimuth(or elevation)equals to the jamming azimuth(or elevation),because the MLJ is suppressed in spatial plane dimension.ZHOU Bilei LIU Weijian LI Rongfeng CHEN Hui ZHANG Liang DU Qinglei LI Binbin CHEN Hao 2024Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2024,35,2:0
4Investigation of MXene nanosheets based radio-frequency electronics by skin depth effect显示文摘Various new conductive materials with exceptional properties are utilized for the preparation of electronic devices.Achieving ultra-high conductivity is crucial to attain excellent electrical performance.However,there is a lack of systematic research on the impact of conductor material thickness on device performance.Here,we investigate the effect of conductor thickness on power transmission and radiation in radio-frequency(RF)and microwave electronics based on MXene nanosheets material transmission lines and antennas.The MXene transmission line with thickness above the skin depth exhibits a good transmission coefficient of approximately-3 dB,and the realized gain of MXene antennas exceeds 2 dBi.Additionally,the signal transmission strength of MXene antenna with thickness above the skin depth is higher than 5-μm MXene antenna approximately 5.5 dB.Transmission lines and antennas made from MXene materials with thickness above the skin depth exhibit stable and reliable performance,which has significant implications for obtaining high-performance RF and microwave electronics based on new conductive materials.Rongguo Song Yunfa Si Wei Qian Haoran Zu Bilei Zhou Qinglei Du Daping He Yongliang Wang 2024Nano Research2024,17,4:0
