| 1 | Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of a Heat-resistant Martensitic Stainless Steel 403Nb during Hot Deformation显示文摘Dynamic recrystallization(DRX) behaviors of a heat-resistant martensitic stainless steel 403Nb during hot deformation have been investigated by single-pass thermo-mechanical simulative experiment at temperatures of 900-1150 C and strain rates of 0.01-1 s 1.The results show that the true stress-true strain curves of this alloy can be classified into two types,one is of dynamic recovery and the other is of dynamic recrystallization.The DRX in 403Nb alloy is easy to occur at strain rates lower than 0.5 s 1 and deformation temperatures higher than 1000 C.Using regression analysis,the stress multiplier(α) and apparent stress exponent(n) were calculated to be 0.0153 and 3.22,respectively,while the activation energy(Q d) for DRX of 403Nb was calculated to be 367.293 kJ/mol.The constitutive equation of peak stress for DRX was also obtained.Based on P-J method,the critical strain for DRX was accurately determined.The mathematical models of peak strain and kinetic equation for DRX of 403Nb steel were finally established. | Zhouyu Zeng Liqing Chen Fuxian Zhu Xianghua Liu | 2011 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011，27，10： | 12 |
| 2 | An Edge-Boxes-Based Intruder Detection Algorithm for UAV Sense and Avoid System显示文摘With the great development of unmanned aircraft system(UAS)over the last decade,sense and avoid(SAA)system has been a crucial technology for integrating unmanned aircraft vehicle(UAV)into national airspace with reliable and safe operations.This paper mainly focuses on intruder detection for SAA system.A robust algorithm based on the combination of edge-boxes and spatial pyramid matching using sparse coding(sc-SPM)is presented.The algorithm is composed of three stages.First,edge-boxes method is adopted to obtain a large number of proposals;Second,the optimization program is presented to obtain intruder area-of-interest(ROI)regions;Third,sc-SPM is employed for feature representation of ROI regions and support vector machines(SVM)is adopted to detect the intruder.The algorithm is evaluated under different weather conditions.The recall reaches to 0.95 in dawn and sunny weather and 0.9 in cloudy weather.The experimental results indicate that the intruder detection algorithm is effective and robust with various weather under complex background. | ZHANG Zhouyu CAO Yunfeng ZHONG Peiyi DING Meng HU Yunqiang | 2019 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2019，36，2： | 3 |
| 3 | Anthropogenic Impacts on the Sediment Flux in the Dry-hot Valleys of Southwest China—an Example of the Longchuan River显示文摘The sediment flux data, measured from a dry-hot valley of the Longchuan River, a tributary of the lower Jinsha River, were analyzed with Mann-Kendall test, Seasonal Mann-Kendall test and Sen’s test. In both the upper reaches (Xiaohekou) and the lower reaches (Xiaohuangguayuan), the sediment fluxes showed a significant increase from 1970 to 2001, despite the fact that the water discharge did not change significantly during the period and numerous reservoir constructions which contribute to the trap of sediment. This can be attributed to the intensification of human activities, especially the activities related to land surface disturbances such as deforestation and afforestation, expansion of agriculture land, and road constructions. This increase is more significant in the lower reaches of the river observed at the place of Xiaohuangguayuan due to the dry-hot climate. | 5 | An enhanced method for nucleic acid detection with CRISPR-Cas12a using phosphorothioate modified primers and optimized gold-nanopaticle strip显示文摘CRISPR-Cas12a system has been shown promising for nucleic acid diagnostics due to its rapid,portable and accurate features.However,cleavage of the amplicons and primers by the cis-and trans-activity of Cas12a hinders the attempts to integrate the amplification and detection into a single reaction.Through phosphorothioate modification of primers,we realized onepot detection with high sensitivity using plasmids of SARS-CoV-2,HPV16 and HPV18.We also identified the activated Cas12a has a much higher affinity to C nucleotide-rich reporter than others.By applying such reporters,the reaction time required for a lateral-flow readout was significantly reduced.Furthermore,to improve the specificity of the strip-based assay,we created a novel reporter and,when combined with a customized gold-nanopaticle strip,the readout was greatly enhanced owing to the elimination of the nonspecific signal.This established system,termed Targeting DNA by Cas12a-based Eye Sight Testing in an Onepot Reaction(TESTOR),was validated using clinical cervical scrape samples for human papillomaviruses(HPVs)detection.Our system represents a general approach to integrating the nucleic acid amplification and detection into a single reaction in CRISPR-Cas systems,highlighting its potential as a rapid,portable and accurate detection platform of nucleic acids. | Jiaojiao Gong Lijuan Kan Xiuming Zhang Ying He Jiaqiang Pan Liping Zhao Qianyun Li Menghao Liu Jie Tian Sili Lin Zhouyu Lu Liang Xue Chaojun Wang Guanghui Tang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021，6，12： | 1 |
