| 1 | Responses of wheat seedlings to cadmium,mercury and trichlorobenzene stresses显示文摘The molecular response of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.,cv.Yangmai 13) seedlings to heavy metal(Cd,Hg) and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene(TCB) stresses were examined by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,image analysis,and peptide mass fingerprinting.The results showed inhibitions of root and shoot growth by Cd,Hg,and TCB.These stresses led to water deficit and lipid phosphorylation in the seedling which also promoted protein phophorylation in the leaves.Hg stress inhibited protein synthesis while Cd and TCB stresses induced or up-regulated more proteins in the leaves.Most of these induced proteins played important roles in the biochemical reactions involved in tolerance of wheat to Cd and TCB stresses.The primary functions of Cd-and TCB-induced proteins included methionine metabolism,Rubisco modification,protein phosphorylation regulation,protein configuration protection,H+ transmembrane transportation and also the synthesis of ethylene,defense substances and cell wall compounds. | GE Cailin DING Yan WANG Zegang WAN Dingzhen WANG Yulong SHANG Qi LUO Shishi | 2009 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,6: | 12 |
| 2 | High Resolution Radar Real-Time Signal and Information Processing显示文摘Radar is an electronic device that uses radio waves to determine the range, angle, or velocity of objects. Real-time signal and information processor is an important module for real-time positioning, imaging, detection and recognition of targets. With the development of ultra-wideband technology, synthetic aperture technology, signal and information processing technology, the radar coverage, detection accuracy and resolution have been greatly improved, especially in terms of one-dimensional(1D) high-resolution radar detection, tracking, recognition, and two-dimensional(2D) synthetic aperture radar imaging technology. Meanwhile, for the application of radar detection and remote sensing with high resolution and wide swath, the amount of data has been greatly increased. Therefore, the radar is required to have low-latency and real-time processing capability under the constraints of size, weight and power consumption. This paper systematically introduces the new technology of high resolution radar and real-time signal and information processing. The key problems and solutions are discussed, including the detection and tracking of 1D high-resolution radar, the accurate signal modeling and wide-swath imaging for geosynchronous orbit synthetic aperture radar, and real-time signal and information processing architecture and efficient algorithms. | 5 | Improved spectrum reconstruction technique based on chirp rate modulation in stepped-frequency SAR显示文摘To improve the efficiencies of the traditional spectrum reconstruction techniques, an improved spectrum reconstruction technique(ISRT) based on chirp rate modulation(CRM) is proposed. With the help of a CRM operation, a reconstructed wideband signal with a narrow pulse width can be obtained. Compared with the traditional time domain spectrum reconstruction technique(TSRT), ISRT is less time-consuming since much less samples are needed. Compared with the traditional frequency domain spectrum reconstruction technique(FSRT), the reconstructed signal is a chirp signal, which has no limitation on the subsequent imaging algorithm.What is more, processing steps of ISRT are optimized, and the computational burden is less than that of TSRT and FSRT. | 6 | Tomographic SAR imaging with large elevation aperture: a P-band small UAV demonstration显示文摘Elevation resolution is an important indicator in tomographic SAR imaging as it represents the ability to discriminate closed targets in elevation. In general, the elevation resolution is proportional to the length of the elevation aperture. However, as the elevation aperture increases, the geometric consistency of the image will undesirably deteriorate and hence fails the image coregistration approach required by the traditional super-resolution tomographic imaging. In this paper, a new super-resolution tomographic imaging method is proposed to overcome the inconsistency problem caused by the large elevation aperture. The core strategy is to get rid of two-dimensional image coregistration by applying a three-dimensional(3 D) back projection like imaging manner: the 3 D space is firstly divided into a 3 D imaging grid, each of which is individually imaged via compressive sensing for super-resolution. | 13 | Beam scan mode analysis and design for geosynchronous SAR显示文摘The beam velocity of geosynchronous synthetic aperture radar(GEO SAR) varies seriously with the orbital position and the scene position, which leads to a significant variation of the scene length and the azimuth resolution in the stripmap(SM) mode. To obtain uniform scene length and azimuth resolution, beam scan modes can be utilized in GEO SAR, such as the sliding spotlight(SLL) mode and the terrain observation by progressive scans(TOPS) mode. However, the conventional design method of the beam scan mode is based on the straight line model(SLM), which does not consider the effects of the curved satellite track and the spherical earth surface. To solve this problem, a curvature circle model(CCM) is proposed considering the actual satellite-earth relationship. By using the CCM, the beam velocity after the beam scan is derived. The scene length and the azimuth resolution are analyzed. The SLL mode and the TOPS mode are recommended for GEO SAR. After that, a design method of the beam scan mode is proposed based on the CMM.
