1Study on Steel-Mushy Al-20Sn Alloy Bonding显示文摘Steel-mushy Al-20Sn alloy bonding was studied for the first time. The relationship model about preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of Al-20Sn alloy mushy, rolling speed and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate could be established by artificial neural networks perfectly. This model could be optimized with a genetic algorithm. 3Semi-solid Processing of Al-7Graghite Composite显示文摘Al-7graphite composite was processed using Al-7graphite mushy prepared by electromagnetic-mechanical stirring method, and the influence of solid fraction on the distributing of graphite particles in ingot was studied. The results shows that the relationship between solid fraction and stirring temperature of mushy is:fs=591.5-0.897 t(wherefs is the solid fraction, t is the stirring temperature). 7Rheologic behaviors of A356 aluminum alloy billet produced by semisolid continuous casting process显示文摘The experiments for rheologic behaviors of semisolid continuous casting billets of A356 alloy in semisolid state had been carried out with a multifunctional rheometer. The results show that the deformation rate increases with loading time, the maximum strain reaches to 120% (which is one time larger than that of traditional mold casting billet) and the strain can be rapidly eliminated to 10% after unloading. Moreover, there is a critic stress for billet deformation even in semisolid state, which is named as critic shear stress. This stress increases with the decreasing of heating time. 9Effect of Relative Reduction on Property of Steel-Mushy Cu-Graphite Composite显示文摘The rolling treatment of steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite was conducted under different relative reduction at room temperature. The effect of room-temperature rolling on interfacial mechanical property of steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite was studied and the relationship between interfacial shear strength and relative reduction was established. The results show that, for steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite, which consists of 1.2 mm-thick 08Al steel plate and 2.8 mm-thick QTi3.5-3.5 graphite layer, there is a nonlinear relationship between interfacial shear strength and relative reduction in graphite layer. When relative reduction is smaller than 1.1%,interfacial shear strength increases with increasing the relative reduction. When relative reduction is larger than 1.1%, interfacial shear strength decreases with increasing the relative reduction. 11Study on Bonding of Steel-mushy Al-7graphite显示文摘The bonding of steel-mushy Al-7graphite was studied. The relationship between interfacial shear strength of bonding plate and solid fraction of Al-7graphite mushy was obtained, and the interfacial structure of bonding plate was determined. The results showed that: under the condition of 500℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate and 10mm/s for rolling speed, the largest interfacial shear strength of bonding plate was 70.1 MPa when solid fraction of Al-7graphite mushy was 34.6%.Peng Zhang, Yunhui Du, Daben Zeng Department of Mechanical Engineering Tsinghua University.
