| 1 | Study on Steel-Mushy Al-20Sn Alloy Bonding显示文摘Steel-mushy Al-20Sn alloy bonding was studied for the first time. The relationship model about preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of Al-20Sn alloy mushy, rolling speed and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate could be established by artificial neural networks perfectly. This model could be optimized with a genetic algorithm. | 2 | Immersing Treatment of Steel Plate Surface in Steel-Aluminum Solid to Liquid Bonding显示文摘The interfacial status of the steel-aluminum solid to liquid bonding plates (their steel plate surfaces were or were not immersed in flux aqueous solution) were measured by using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and X-ray diffraction . The results showed that the layer of flux (the minimum thickness was 15 μm on the steel plate surface) could protect the steel plate surface from oxidizing effectively at high temperature in solid to liquid bonding. The melt temperatUre of the flux should be lower than 580 ℃ so that it could be melted and removed completely. | 7 | Effect of Relative Reduction on Property of Steel-Mushy Cu-Graphite Composite显示文摘The rolling treatment of steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite was conducted under different relative reduction at room temperature. The effect of room-temperature rolling on interfacial mechanical property of steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite was studied and the relationship between interfacial shear strength and relative reduction was established. The results show that, for steel-mushy QTi3.5-3.5 graphite composite, which consists of 1.2 mm-thick 08Al steel plate and 2.8 mm-thick QTi3.5-3.5 graphite layer, there is a nonlinear relationship between interfacial shear strength and relative reduction in graphite layer. When relative reduction is smaller than 1.1%,interfacial shear strength increases with increasing the relative reduction. When relative reduction is larger than 1.1%, interfacial shear strength decreases with increasing the relative reduction. | 8 | A new anti-hypoxia functional agent ——Schizophyllum commune fermented broth and its biochemical mechanisms显示文摘In order to overcome hypoxia induced sickness,a stable source of anti-hypoxia functional agents, Schizophyllum commune fermented broth has been developed in this study. Animal experiments were conducted to examine its anti-hypoxia activities and possible mechanisms involved. The acute hypoxic experiment showed that Schizophyllum commune fermented broth could significantly prolong the survival time of mice. The underlying mechanisms were associated with improved energy metabolism based on a study carried out in rats exposed to a low pressure chamber simulating the low pressure environment of 8 000 m altitude.
