| 1 | 基于LDA-wSVM模型的文本分类研究显示文摘SVM分类算法处理高维数据具有较大优势,但其未考虑语义的相似性度量问题,而LDA主题模型可以解决传统的文本分类中相似性度量和主题单一性问题。为了充分结合SVM和LDA算法的优势并提高分类精确度,提出了一种新的LDA-w SVM高效分类算法模型。利用LDA主题模型进行建模和特征选择,确定主题数和隐主题—文本矩阵;在经典权重计算方法上作改进,考虑各特征项与类别的关联度,设计了一种新的权重计算方法;在特征词空间上使用这种基于权重计算的w SVM分类器进行分类。实验基于R软件平台对搜狗实验室的新闻文本集进行分类,得到了宏平均值为0.943的高精确度分类结果。实验结果表明,提出的LDA-w SVM模型在文本自动分类中具有很好的优越性能。 | 李锋刚 梁钰 GAO Xiao-zhi ZENGER Kai | 2015 | 计算机应用研究2015，32，1： | 29 |
| 2 | 一种文化鱼群算法及其在电机参数辨识中的应用显示文摘针对基本鱼群算法盲目搜索的问题,提出一种新的基于知识的带变异算子的人工鱼群算法。利用文化算法的框架,将鱼群算法嵌入到种群空间当中,构造适用于文化鱼群算法的新的影响函数。同时应用信念空间中的规范知识和情境知识通过影响函数指导人工鱼群算法中的进化步长和方向。通过高维多峰函数检验新算法的性能,最后将新算法应用于一台内置有执行器的鼠笼电机系统的参数辨识问题,得到了参数化的执行器-转子模型。仿真结果表明新算法与基本鱼群算法相比性能显著提高,并且能够有效地解决工程优化问题。 | 吴莹 黄显林 高晓智 Kai Zenger | 2012 | 电机与控制学报2012，16，5： | 9 |
