1The Qitai radio telescope显示文摘This study presents a general outline of the Qitai radio telescope(QTT)project.Qitai,the site of the telescope,is a county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China,located in the east Tianshan Mountains at an elevation of about 1800 m.The QTT is a fully steerable,Gregorian-type telescope with a standard parabolic main reflector of 110 m diameter.The QTT has adopted an umbrella support,homology-symmetric lightweight design.The main reflector is active so that the deformation caused by gravity can be corrected.The structural design aims to ultimately allow high-sensitivity observations from 150 MHz up to115 GHz.To satisfy the requirements for early scientific goals,the QTTwill be equipped with ultra-wideband receivers and large field-of-view multi-beam receivers.A multi-function signal-processing system based on RFSo C and GPU processor chips will be developed.These will enable the QTT to operate in pulsar,spectral line,continuum and Very Long Baseline Interferometer(VLBI)observing modes.Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)and radio frequency interference(RFI)control techniques are adopted throughout the system design.The QTT will form a world-class observational platform for the detection of lowfrequency(nano Hertz)gravitational waves through pulsar timing array(PTA)techniques,pulsar surveys,the discovery of binary black-hole systems,and exploring dark matter and the origin of life in the universe.The QTT will also play an important role in improving the Chinese and international VLBI networks,allowing high-sensitivity and high-resolution observations of the nuclei of distant galaxies and gravitational lensing systems.Deep astrometric observations will also contribute to improving the accuracy of the celestial reference frame.Potentially,the QTT will be able to support future space activities such as planetary exploration in the solar system and to contribute to the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.Na Wang Qian Xu Jun Ma Zhiyong Liu Qi Liu Hailong Zhang Xin Pei Maozheng Chen Richard N.Manchester Kejia Lee Xingwu Zheng Hans J.Kärcher Wulin Zhao Hongwei Li Dongwei Li Martin Süss Matthias Reichert Zhongyi Zhu Congsi Wang Mingshuai Li Rui Li Ning Li Guljaina Kazezkhan Wenming Yan Gang Wu Lang Cui Ming Zhang Haitao Li 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,8:14
2比较五种中草药牙膏对口腔常见菌的抗菌潜力显示文摘目的评价5种国产中草药牙膏对口腔常见菌的抗菌潜力。方法运用扩散法来评价5种国产中草药牙膏———美加净复合中草药牙膏(MAX)、洁银中药牙膏(JY)、田七特效中药牙膏(TQ)、中华中草药牙膏(ZH)、高露洁草本美白牙膏(Colgate H)对口腔常见菌:变形链球菌(S.mutants)、血链球菌(S.sanguis)、粘放线菌(A.viscosus)和白色念珠菌(C.albicans)的抗菌潜力。结果阴性对照组未见产生抗菌区域,而阳性对照组对4种口腔常见菌产生明显的抗菌区域。TQ对除了白色念珠菌(C.albicans)外的其他3种口腔常见菌都有明显的抗菌作用,其余4种牙膏在膏状和稀释状态下对所有4种常见菌均显示了明显和持续的抗菌作用。膏状状态下的抗菌区域比稀释状态下有显著的增大(P<0.05)。结论除TQ对C.albicans显示无效外,所有5种国产中草药牙膏对口腔内的常见菌均有明显的抗菌作用。陈宏 丁熙 张秀华 ZHANG W LI Y LEE SS 2007中国微生态学杂志2007,19,4:7
3Expression of co-stimulator 4-1BB molecule in hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent non-tumor liver tissue,and its possible role in tumor immunity显示文摘AIM:To investigate the expression of 4-1BB molecule in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its adjacent tissues.METHODS:Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to determine the gene expression of 4-1BB in hepatocarcinoma and its adjacent tissues,and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from both HCC and health control groups.Flow cytometry was used to analyse the phenotypes of T cell subsets from the blood of HCC patients and healthy volunteers,and further to determine whether 4-1BB molecules were also expressed on the surface of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The localization of 4-1BB proteins on tumor infiltrating T cells was determined by direct immunofluorescence cytochemical staining and detected by confocal microscopy.RESULTS:4-1BB mRNA, which was not detectable in normal liver,was found in 19 liver tissues adjacent to tumor edge(<1.0cm).Low expression of 4-1BB mRNA was shown in 8 tumor tissues and 6 liver tissues located within 1 to 5cm away from tumor edge. In PBMCs, 4-1BB mRNA was almost not detected. Percentage of CD4^+, CD8^+ and CD3^+/CD25^+ T cells, as well as ratio of CD4 to CD8 revealed no difference between groups (P>0.05,respectively),while a significant lower percentage of CD3^+ T cell was found in HCC group as compared to healthy control group (P<0.05).However, 4-1BB molecules were almost not found on the surface of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in HCC and healthy control group.Double-staining of 4-1BB^+/CD4^+ and 4-1BB^+/CD8^+ immunofluorescence on tumor infiltrating T cells was detected in 13 liver tissues adjacent to tumor edge (<1.0cm) by confocal microscopy.CONCLUSION: Although HCC may escape from immune attack by weak immunogenicity or downregulated expression of MHC-1 molecules on the tumor cell surface,tumor infiltrating T cells can be activated via other costimulatory signal pathways to exert a limited antitumor effect on local microenvironment.
