| 1 | New type of transverse moving box mechanism for pot seedling transplanting machine显示文摘The existing moving box mechanism pot seedling transplanting machine on the market moves too fast when the picked seedling is collected,which negatively impacts the seedling picking performance.In order to improve the performance,two types of variable speed continuous moving box schemes were designed in this study.The first scheme was to apply a spiral-gear moving box spiral shaft with sine curve characteristics in the box moving mechanism,whereas the second one was to change the circular gear in the moving box into an elliptical gear with a speed shifting transmission mechanism.The working mechanism of the mechanical structure was analyzed,and the kinematic model was established.A dynamic analysis of the slider mechanism was performed.A virtual prototype was established according to agronomic parameters,and the virtual prototype experiments were conducted in ADAMS.The physical prototype and the high-speed photography experiment were performed on the test bench of a transplanting machine frame.The theoretical analysis,virtual prototype and physical prototype test results were consistent,which verified the validity of the theoretical model,virtual prototype and physical prototype and ensured the feasibility of the system. | Maile Zhou Zhengyu Hua Jingyuan Wang Lei Wang Yun Zhao Daqing Yin | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,2: | 7 |
| 2 | New progress of microbial prospecting of oil and gas in China:Taking the Satellite Oilfield in Daqing as an example显示文摘The Microbial Prospecting of Oil and Gas(MPOG) is applied to the matured development area in the Satellite Oilfield in Daqing for the first time. And with the MPOG,the hydrocarbon accumulation regulation controlled by faults is interpreted,and the matured development area is extended out to western part. At the same time,four microbial anomalies are discovered. The MPOG results were verified by the hydrocarbon-bearing conditions of the 10 drilled wells within the following half a year,and the consistent rate is up to 80%,which add about 300×104 t of the explored petroleum-in-place. Through study and successful application of MPOG to the Satellite Oilfield,the basis of the application from the exploration to development field is substantially established,and standard system of microbial anomaly is more precisely built for the Satellite Oilfield,which provided an effective explanatory item for the studied and adjacent region,even for the whole Songliao Basin,and also a new technique for complicated reservoirs,especially for the later stage development of litho-reservoirs in China. | 3 | Salt-related structure and deformation mechanism of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas of the Tarim Basin显示文摘The salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian are widespread in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas, the Tarim Basin. This paper presents the results of seismic interpretation and drilling data analysis, which discovered that the salt beds were formed in an old geologic age, deeply buried, with relatively small scaled flowing and gathering and uneven distribution. As the regional detachment layers, the salt sequences considerably control the structural deformation of the up-salt Paleozoic, forming a series of hydrocarbon traps. In due course, the salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian provide excellent cap rocks and trap conditions; thus the value of exploring hydrocabon reservoir in the target strata of the sub-salt Sinian- Cambrian is greatly increased. Research has shown that the salt-related structures of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the area mainly exist in the form of salt pillow, salt roller, up-salt anticline, salt diapir, assemblage of the salt arch and up-salt fault-block, assemblage of basement fault and salt anticline, assemblage of the basement fault-block and salt dome, assemblage of salt detachment and fault-related fold, and assemblage of basement fault-block, salt arch and up-salt imbricated thrusts. The evolution and deformation mechanisms of the salt-related structures are controlled largely by basement faulting, compressional shortening, plastic flowing and gathering, superstratum gravitation, and up-salt faulting and detaching. | 4 | Acoustic response characteristics of unsaturated porous media显示文摘By employing the plane wave analysis method, the dispersion equations associated with compressional and shear waves using Santos’s three-phase poroelastic theory were driven. Considering the reservoir pressure, the high frequency corrections and the coupling drag of two fluids in pores, the influences of frequency and gas saturation on the phase velocities and the inverse quality factors of four body waves predicted by Santos’s theory were discussed in detail. The theoretical velocities of the fast compressional and shear waves were compared with the results of the low and high frequency experiments from open publications, respectively. The results showed that they are in good agreement in the low frequency case rather than in the high frequency case. In the latter case, several popular poroelastic models were considered and compared with the experimental data. In the models, the results of White’s theory fit the experimental data, but the parameter b in White’s model has a significant impact on the results. Under the framework of the linear viscoelasticity theory, the attenuation mechanism of Santos’s model was extended, and the comparisons between the experimental and theoretical results were also made with respect to attenuation. For the case of water saturation less than 90%, the extended model makes good predictions of the inverse quality factor of shear wave. | 5 | Epithelial-mesenchymal transition in organ fibrosis development:current understanding and treatment strategies显示文摘Organ fibrosis is a process in which cellular homeostasis is disrupted and extracellular matrix is excessively deposited.Fibrosis can lead to vital organ failure and there are no effective treatments yet.Although epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)may be one of the key cellular mechanisms,the underlying mechanisms of fibrosis remain largely unknown.EMT is a cell phenotypic process in which epithelial cells lose their cell-to-cell adhesion and polarization,after which they acquire mesenchymal features such as infiltration and migration ability.Upon injurious stimulation in different organs,EMT can be triggered by multiple signaling pathways and is also regulated by epigenetic mechanisms.This narrative review summarizes the current understanding of the underlying mechanisms of EMT in fibrogenesis and discusses potential strategies for attenuating EMT to prevent and/or inhibit fibrosis.Despite better understanding the role of EMT in fibrosis development,targeting EMT and beyond in developing therapeutics to tackle fibrosis is challenging but likely feasible. | Lexin Liu Qizhe Sun Frank Davis Jianhua Mao Hailin Zhao Daqing Ma | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 3 |
| 6 | Effect of Different Sowing Dates in South Henan 's Rice-growing Areas on the Growth and Yield of Ratoon Rice显示文摘In order to determine the optimal sowing date of ratoon rice in South Henan's rice-growing areas,this paper performs a comparative analysis of rice growth process,seedling quality and yield of first season rice and ratoon rice under different sowing date treatments. The results show that under climatic conditions( 2014),by using dry seedling cultivation in a small plastic shed,the growth of seedling sown on February21 was affected,while the sowing treatments from March 1 to April 11 can breed normal seedlings,and in this period,the maturity period of first season rice was delayed with prolonged sowing date,and ratoon rice yield declined with prolonged sowing date( total production of rice sown on 11 March reaching a peak). | 13 | Simulation Analysis of NAPLs Movement in the Subsurface Environment显示文摘Non aqueous phase liquids (NAPLs) pollution are worldwide problems at present. NAPLs which enter the underground through spills or leaks may cause long lasting soil and groundwater contamination problems. Groundwater can be contaminated by non aqueous phase contaminants that are less dense (LNAPL) or denser (DNAPL) than water. The movement of both types of NAPLs will be influenced by the hydrogeological conditions, such as groundwater level, hydraulic conductivity, and porosity etc., however, LNAPL pollutants tend to concentrate at the water table while DNAPL may migrate further down. Understanding the underground migration mechanisms of NAPLs is of primary importance in pollution prediction and site remediation. Several laboratory simulations for NAPLs’ underground movements in porous media have been done in the past (A.S.Abdul et al., 1988, 1989; C.Tang et al., 1995). In this paper, we try to use STOMP (Subsurface Transport Over Multiple Phases) code to simulate the underground migration of NAPLs. The main purposes are: (1). to understand NAPLs’ underground migration mechanisms; (2). to analyze the sensitivities of model parameters, such as hydraulic conductivity, porosity, etc., and to know what are the most sensitive and important parameters in the model application; and (3). to study NAPLs movements in different hydrogeological conditions. The simulations include: Through the computer simulation, we have found that hydraulic conductivity and porosity are very sensitive in the model simulation, small changes of these parameters will cause big difference of the results, therefore, it is essential to accurately determine these parameters for high quality model simulation; The movements of NAPLs in different geological formation are quite different, two different geological media ( clayey sand and sand ) have been chosen in this paper to simulate NAPLs movement with different combinations ( i.e., moving from clayey sand to sand, and from sand to clayey sand ), the results have been analyzed and discussed; Finally, the influence of groundwater level variation to NAPLs (LNAPL and DNAPL) movement has been simulated by using pumping and injecting wells in the model. The results are compared with laboratory simulations conducted by C.Tang et al.. These results may helpful to understand the behavior of NAPLs during the remediation, such as pumping and treat, and air sparging. | 14 | Distribution of the indigenous microorganisms and mechanisms of their orientational activation in Daqing Oilfield显示文摘The distribution of indigenous microorganisms was surveyed in Block 1 of Daqing Oilfield. Based on this survey,the indigenous microorganisms in the formation water were activated with different activator systems at the simulated stratum ecological environment. The changes of the number of bacteria of various physiological groups were determined during the process of activation. Also changes of pH value and composition of gas productions were analyzed at the end of culturing. The results showed that the selected block formation water contained a great number of saprophytic bacteria,hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria,fermentative bacteria,methane-producing bacteria and sulfate-reducing bacteria. Under the conditions that the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria was controlled the block had the potential to enhance oil recovery by activating beneficial bacteria. The growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria can be inhibited through the activation of nitrate-reducing bacteria. The number of nitratereducing bacteria reached 106―107 cells/mL,but sulfate-reducing bacteria reached only 0―45 cells/mL in A system. Methane-producing bacteria can be activated by C,D activators. The relative content of biological methane in the light hydrocarbon gas reached 80% in C,D systems. B activator was conducive to the propagation of acid-producing bacteria,so that the pH value of the culture medium decreased from 7.5 to around 5.0. Hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria can be activated by various activator systems. There was low molecular light hydrocarbon in gas production according to the analysis of gas chromatograph. According to the content of methane and the number of methane-producing bacteria,methane only can be generated through activating methane-producing bacteria.
