| 2 | Effect of high temperature annealing on the performance of MANOS charge trapping memory显示文摘We have investigated the effect of post deposition annealing (PDA) temperature of Al2O3 blocking layer on the performance of charge trapping memory capacitors. Two splits of PDA were performed in N2 ambient at 850°C/60 s and 1050°C/60 s, respectively. The 1050°C annealed capacitor could be programmed and erased normally by using Fowler-Nordheim (FN) injection. In contrast, the 850°C annealed device could not be erased, even though it could be programmed properly. By measuring the gate leakage current and the flatband voltage shift, we found the erase failure in the 850°C annealed device was due to a larger gate back-injection leakage current at Vg<0. The trend of gate leakage current was further verified in two Al/Al2O3/SiO2/p-Si control capacitors with the same PDA splits. In addition, constant voltage stress measurements on control capacitors in the FN regime showed that the change of gate leakage current followed an empirical Curie-von Schweidler law at Vg<0. | 3 | Highly selective adsorption of CO over N2 on CuCl-loaded SAPO-34 adsorbent显示文摘Carbon monoxide(CO)/N2 separation is of importance for current chemical industry.However, CO/N2 separation remains a challenge due to the similar molecular size and the small variance of volatility of CO and N2.In this work, molecular sieve SAPO-34 was loaded with CuCl by monolayer dispersion method for the preparation of Cu(I) containing adsorbents.The resulted adsorbents were characterized via nitrogen adsorption/desorption at 77 K, X-ray fluorescence(XRF) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that CuCl was successful loaded into the molecular sieve and well-dispersed.CO and N2 single component adsorption isotherms were recorded under 298 K, 308 K and 318 K by using volumetric method.One of the CuCl-loaded SAPO-34 adsorbent exhibited a very high CO adsorption capacity of 1.84 mmol/g at 100 kPa,298 K and high CO/N2 selectivity. | Yaqi Wu Zhaoan Chen Bing Li Jiacheng Xing Hanbang Liu Yansi Tong Peng Tian Yunpeng Xu Zhongmin Liu | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,9: | 3 |

| 11 | CO_(2)emission and source partitioning from carbonate and non-carbonate soils during incubation显示文摘The accurate quantification and source partitioning of CO_(2)emitted from carbonate(i.e.,Haplustalf)and non-carbonate(i.e.,Hapludult)soils are critically important for understanding terrestrial carbon(C)cycling.The two main methods to capture CO_(2)released from soils are the alkali trap method and the direct gas sampling method.A 25-d laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to compare the efficacies of these two methods to analyze CO_(2)emissions from the non-carbonate and carbonate-rich soils.An isotopic fraction was introduced into the calculations to determine the impacts on partitioning of the sources of CO_(2)into soil organic carbon(SOC)and soil inorganic carbon(SIC)and into C3 and/or C4 plant-derived SOC.The results indicated that CO_(2)emissions from the non-carbonate soil measured using the alkali trap and gas sampling methods were not significantly different.For the carbonate-rich soil,the CO_(2)emission measured using the alkali trap method was significantly higher than that measured using the gas sampling method from the 14 th day of incubation onwards.Although SOC and SIC each accounted for about 50%of total soil C in the carbonate-rich soil,SOC decomposition contributed 57%–72%of the total CO_(2)emitted.For both non-carbonate and carbonate-rich soils,the SOC derived from C4 plants decomposed faster than that originated from C3 plants.We propose that for carbonate soil,CO_(2)emission may be overestimated using the alkali trap method because of decreasing CO_(2)pressure within the incubation jar,but underestimated using the direct gas sampling method.The gas sampling interval and ambient air may be important sources of error,and steps should be taken to mitigate errors related to these factors in soil incubation and CO_(2)quantification studies. | Yi ZHAO Roland BOL Zhaoan SUN Yuping ZHUGE Xiaoxia SHI Wenliang WU Fanqiao MENG | 2022 | Pedosphere2022,32,3: | 1 |
