1Nickel cobalt phosphide with three-dimensional nanostructure as al highly efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction in both I acidic and alkaline electrolytes显示文摘Transition metal phosphides (TMPs) are promising candidates for noble metal free electrocatalysts in water splitting applicati ons. In this work, we prese nt the facile syn thesis of nickel cobalt phosphide electrocatalyst with three-dime nsional nano structure (3D-NiCoP) on the nickel foam, via hydrothermal reaction and phosphorization. The as-prepared electrocatalyst exhibits an excellent activity for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in both acidic and alkaline electrolytes, with small overpotentials to drive 10 mA/cm^2 (80 mV for 0.5 M H2SO4, 105 mV for 1 M KOH), small Tafel slopes (37 mV/dec for 0.5 M H2SO4, 79 mV/dec for 1 M KOH), and satisfying durability in long-term electrolysis. 3D-NiCoP also shows a superior HER activity compared to single metal phosphide, such as cobalt phosphide and nickel phosphide. 2Frequency/time hopping sequence sets with optimal partial Hamming correlation properties显示文摘Frequency hopping/time hopping(FH/TH) sequences have found wide applications in various modern FH/TH spread spectrum communications,such as digital cellular mobile communication,short-range wireless communication,personal communication,and multi-user radar,sonar systems.In order to evaluate the goodness of FH/TH sequences design,the periodic Hamming correlation function is used as an important measure.Usually,the length of correlation window is shorter than the period of the chosen FH/TH sequence,so the study of the partial Hamming correlation of FH/TH sequence is particularly important.In this paper,a new class of FH/TH sequence sets with good partial Hamming correlation properties is proposed and investigated.The construction of new FH/TH sequence sets is based upon the generalized m-sequence and generalized Gordon-Mills-Welch sequence over a polynomial residue class ring.It is shown that new FH/TH sequence sets are optimal with respect to the partial Hamming correlation bound.NIU XianHua PENG DaiYuan ZHOU ZhengChun 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,10:10
3DNA microarray synthesis by using PDMS molecular stamps (Ⅲ)——Optimization for the reaction conditions显示文摘Optimization for the technological processes of fabricating oligonucleotide microarray by the molecular stamping method is studied in this note. Three factors that affect the pressing coupling reactions of the nucleosides are focused on: the stability of the chemical activities of the reaction solutions, the contamination of the remain of the reactive nucleotides among the different spots on the chip, and the influence of the capping reaction on the hybridization result. The experiments show that the acetonitrile solution of tetrazole and nucleoside monomer could maintain sufficient reactive activity for more than 10 h. An effective method has been used and proved to eliminate the residual reactive nucleosides on chip with small molecules containing hydroxylgroup. 4Dynamics of NDVI and its influencing factors in the Chinese Loess Plateau during 2002-2018显示文摘Understanding the spatio-temporal changes of vegetation and its climatic control factors can provide an important theoretical basis for the protection and restoration of eco-environments.In this study,we analyzed the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)in the Chinese Loess Plateau(CLP)from 2002 to 2018 via trend analysis,stability analysis,and Mann-Kendall mutation test to investigate the change of vegetation.In addition,we also used the skewness analysis and correlation analysis to explore the contribution of climate change and human activities on regional vegetation changes.The results indicated that the overall increasing trend of NDVI from 2002 to 2018 was significant The areas showing increased NDVI were mainly distributed in the south-eastern CLP and the irrigation districts of the Yellow River to the north and west of the CLP,while the areas showing decreased NDVl were concentrated in the desert of the westem Ordos Plateau,Longzhong Loess Plateau,and the built-up and adjacent areas.Precipitation was the dominant factor contributing to vegetation growth in the CLP,while vegetation was less dependent onprecipitation in the irigation districts.The increasement of NDVI has led to a prolonged responsetime of vegetation to water stress and a lag effect of less than two months in the CLP.The effect of temperature on NDVI was not significant;significant negative correlations between NDVI and temperature were found only in the desert,the Guanzhong Plain,the southem Liupan Mountains,and the southeastem Taihang Mountains,owing to high temperatures,urban heat islands,and large cloud cover in mountainous areas.Affected by the'Grain for Green Program'(GGP),NDVIin the CLP increased from 2002 to 2018;however,the increasing trends of NDNI for differentvegetation cover types were significantly different owing to the difference in background status.The increasing contribution rate of NDVI in the CLP mainly came from crops and steppes.Urban not only led to the destruction of vegetation but also had radiation effect causing negative impact of NDVI around the cities.This resulted in the aggravation of the negative bias of NDVI with time in the CLP.The results provide a long-term perspective for regional vegetation protection and utilization in the CLP.Peng He Lishuai Xu Zhengchun Liu Yaodong Jing Wenbo Zhu 2021Regional Sustainability2021,2,1:4
5New quaternary sequences of even length with optimal auto-correlation显示文摘Sequences with low auto-correlation property have been applied in code-division multiple access communication systems, radar and cryptography. Using the inverse Gray mapping, a quaternary sequence of even length N can be obtained from two binary sequences of the same length, which are called component sequences. In this paper, using interleaving method, we present several classes of component sequences from twin-prime sequences pairs or GMW sequences pairs given by Tang and Ding in 2010; or two, three or four binary sequences defined by cyclotomic classes of order 4. 6Impedance Analysis of Forging Process and Strategy Study on Compliance for Forging Manipulator显示文摘In the field of heavy forging, there are numerous researches on deformation rule in forging process by FEM simulation, however, not many scholars take the equipment constraint and the mutual reaction load between the forging manipulator clamp and the forging blank into account, which will impact on safety of manipulator body and quality of forging blank. This paper presents an impedance model to describe the load and formulates compliance strategies correspondingly to reduce the mutual reaction load for forging manipulator. Firstly, an FEM model of forging process is built. Meanwhile, the clamp of forging manipulator is added to the model as movement constraint and interaction part between the manipulator and the forming process. Secondly, a typical forging process is simulated by changing the movement constraint, and then an impedance model is established to describe the relationship between the load and movement constraint. Finally, two kinds of compliance strategies are formulated according to the impedance model, one is called free compliance, and the other is initiative/passive compliance. The simulation results show that compliance strategies reduce the load amounting to 5 000 kN in z direction between the manipulator clamp and the forging blank obviously, which may lead to serious accidents, such as the capsizing of forging manipulator, the fracture of manipulator clamp, and so on. 7Electrochemical performance of a three-layer electrode based on Bi nanoparticles,multi-walled carbon nanotube composites for simultaneous Hg(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)detection显示文摘Electrochemical analysis is a promising technique for detecting biotoxic and non-biodegradable heavy metals.This article proposes a novel composite electrode based on a polyaniline(PANi)fra mework doped with bismuth nanoparticle@graphene oxide multi-walled carbon nano tubes(Bi NPs@GO-MWCNTs)for the simultaneous detection of multiple heavy metal ions.Composite electrodes are prepared on screenprinted electrodes(SPCEs)using an efficient dispensing technique.We used a SM200 SX-3 A dispenser to load a laborato ry-specific ink with optimized viscosity and adhesion to draw a pattern on the work area.The SPCE was used as substrate to facilitate cost-effective and more convenient real-time detection technology.Electrochemical techniques,such as cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry,were used to demonstrate the sensing capabilities of the proposed sensor,The sensitivity,limit of detection,and linear range of the PANi-Bi NPs@GO-MWCNT electrode are 2.57×10^(2)μA Lμmol^(-1) cm^-2,0.01 nmol/L,and 0.01 nmol/L-5 mmol/L and 0.15×10^(-1)μALμmol^(-1) cm^-2,0.5 nmol/L,and 0.5 nmol/L-5 mmol/L for mercury ion(Hg(Ⅱ))and copper ion(Cu(Ⅱ))detection,respectively.In addition,the electrode exhibits a good selectivity and repeatability for Hg(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)sensing when tested in a complex heavy metal ion solution.The constructed electrode system exhibits a detection performance superior to similar methods and also increases the types of heavy metal ions that can be detected.Therefore,the proposed device can be used as an efficient sensor for the detection of multiple heavy metal ions in complex environments.Qiwen Bao Gang Li Zhengchun Yang Peng Pan Jun Liu Jiayuan Chang Jun Wei Ling Lin 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:2
8Graphene-loaded metal wire grating for deep and broadband THz modulation in total internal reflection geometry显示文摘We employed a metallic wire grating loaded with graphene and operating in total internal reflection (TIR) geometry to realize deep and broadband THz modulation. The non-resonant field enhancement effect of the evanescent wave in TIR geometry and in the subwavelength wire grating was combined to demonstrate a ~77% modulation depth (MD) in the frequency range of 0.2–1.4 THz. This MD, achieved electrically with a SiO_2∕Si gated graphene device, was 4.5 times higher than that of the device without a metal grating in transmission geometry. By optimizing the parameters of the metallic wire grating, the required sheet conductivity of graphene for deep modulation was lowered to 0.87 mS. 9Physiological Response of Oncidium hybridum‘Gower Ramsey’Infected by Erwinia carotovora显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to study the physiological mechanism of Oncidium hybridum‘Gower Ramsey’infected by Erwinia carotovora pv.carotovora.[Method]O.hybridum‘Gower Ramsey’was inoculated with E.carotovora by needle-punching method.The leaves inoculated with sterile water were used as control,and samples were collected at 12,24,36 and 48 h post inoculations to determine the physiological indexes,respectively.[Result]The contents of MDA,flavonoid,lignin,soluble protein and the activities of POD,SOD,CAT,PPO and PAL in O.hybridum leaves first increased then decreased.At 12 h post inoculation,the activities of SOD and CAT increased significantly by 40.49%and 37.77%(P<0.01,the same below),respectively;the contents of flavonoid increased significantly by 21.56%(P<0.05,the same below);and the activities of PAL,POD and PPO increased significantly by 42.29%,81.8%and 37.98%,respectively.The contents of MDA and lignin increased significantly by 57.98%and 58.72%at 24 h,respectively;the content of soluble protein increased by 87.71%at 24 h,and 61.28%at 36 h,while the content of Pro increased at 24 h(P>0.05,the same below),and increased significantly by 23.66%at 36 h;the content of soluble sugar content had no significant difference compared with the control.Additionally,the chlorophyll a and carotenoid contents tended to decrease dramatically,while chlorophyll b increased significantly by 95.33%at 24 h,then decreased.The initial fluorescence parameter of Fm/Fv and Y(II)decreased significantly by 47.14%and 54.61%,respectively,while the Y(NO)increased significantly by 33.61%,compared with the control.[Conclusion]The contents of Pro,MDA,lignin,soluble protein and the activities of POD,SOD,CAT,PPO and PAL in O.hybridum leaves are closely related to the infection of E.carotovora,which provide new clues for revealing the infection mechanism of E.carotovora in O.hybridum.Lin Zhengchun Ni Shanshan Wu Qiuzhen Lai Zhongxiong 2020Plant Diseases and Pests2020,11,5:2
