Effects of Yishengukang decoction on expression of bone-specific alkaline phosphatase, carboxyterminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen, and carboxyterminal cross-linked telepeptide of typeⅠcollagen in malignant tumor patients with bone metastasis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Yishengukang decoction on the expression of the metabolic bone markers, bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP), carboxyterminal propeptide of type Ⅰ procollagen(PICP), and carboxyterminal cross-linked telepeptide of type Ⅰ collagen(ICTP), in cancer patients with bone metastasis.METHODS: Patients(n = 180) were divided into three groups:(a) bone metastasis patients treated with Yishengukang and pamidronate disodium injection(treatment group, n = 60);(b) bone metastasis patients treated with pamidronate disodium injection alone(control group, n = 60);(c) cancer patients without metastatic bone lesion(non-bone metastasis group, n = 60). Serum levels of the metabolic markers BAP, PICP, and ICTP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay pre- and post-therapy.RESULTS: A significant decrease in serum BAP level was observed in the treatment group compared with the control group. However there were no significant differences in serum levels of PICP and ICTP before or after treatment compared with the control group.CONCLUSION: Yishengukang decoction combined with pamidronate disodium injection reduced serum BAP level to a greater extent that pamidronate disodium injection alone. Furthermore, the combined therapy was more beneficial in regulating imbalanced bone metabolism after bone metastasis, and may represent the molecular mechanism underpinning the effects of Yishengukang decoction. | Yin Yukun Feng Li Zhou Lei Li Jie Gao Yin Wang Ningjun Yu Jianhua Jiang Zhenglong He Shengqi Lu Dianrong Wang Fang Du Yanlin | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,1: | 6
Microstructure, tensile properties and thermal stability of AlMgSiScZr alloy printed by laser powder bed fusion显示文摘The new generation of Sc and Zr modified Al alloys has been attracted wide concerns in aerospace industry, owing to the excellent mechanical performances and superior thermal stability than other normal Al alloys.By microalloying with Sc and Zr,the Al3(Sc,Zr)particle forms as the grain refiner during the solidification, which is extremely beneficial for the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)processed Al alloys. In this study,a new type Al-14.1 Mg-0.47 Si-0.31 Sc-0.17 Zr alloy was additively manufactured by LPBF,and the microstructure, tensile properties and thermal stability were studied in detail.By using a single melt-67°scanning strategy, the LPBF-processed specimen with a relative density of 99.4%and tensile strength of 487.7 MPa was obtained at 160 W-200 mm/s.And this AlMgSiScZr alloy can still exhibit an excellent tensile strength of 393.9 MPa at a moderate temperature of 473 K.After the aging treatment, the tensile properties further increased due to the precipitate hardening of Mg2Si and Al3(Sc,Zr),and the maximum value(580 MPa)was reached at an aging time of 10 h.The average crystal size was almost unchanged after aging treated at 325℃and 24 h,indicating this AlMgSiScZr alloy has an improved thermal stability. The AlMgSiScZr alloy is recommended to substitute some particular titanium alloys in aerospace field afterwards. | Jiang Bi Zhenglong Lei Yanbin Chen Xi Chen Ze Tian Nannan Lu Xikun Qin Jingwei Liang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10: | 4
Application of computational fluid dynamics simulation for submarine oil spill显示文摘Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) codes are being increasingly used in the simulation of submarine oil spills. This study focuses on the process of oil spills, from damaged submarine pipes, to the sea surface, using numerical models. The underwater oil spill model is developed, and a description of the governing equations is proposed, along with modifications required for the particalization of the control volume. Available experimental data were introduced to evaluate the validity of the CFD predictions, the results of which proved to be in good agreement with the experimental data. The effects of oil leak rate, leak diameter, current velocity, and oil density are investigated, by the validated CFD model, to estimate the undersea leakage time, the lateral migration distance, and surface diffusion range when the oil reaches the sea surface. Results indicate that the leakage time and lateral migration distance increase with decreasing leak rates and leak diameter, and increase with increasing current velocity and oil density. On the other hand, a large leak diameter, high density, high leak rate, or fast currents result in a greater surface diffusion range. The findings and analysis presented here will provide practical predictions of oil spills, and guidance for emergency rescues. | YANG Zhenglong YU Jianxing LI Zhigan CHEN Haicheng JIANG Meirong CHEN Xi | 2018 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2018,37,11: | 3
An additively manufactured Al-14.1Mg-0.47Si-0.31Sc-0.17Zr alloy with high specific strength, good thermal stability and excellent corrosion resistance显示文摘A novel Al-14.1 Mg-0.47 Si-0.31 Sc-0.17 Zr alloy was applied in the printing process of selective laser melting(SLM),and the corresponding microstructural feature, phase identification, tensile properties and corrosion behavior of the Al Mg Si Sc Zr alloy were studied in detail. As fabricated at 160 W and 200 mm/s,the Mg content of bulk sample decreased to 11.7 wt%due to the element vaporization at high energy density, and the density of this additively manufactured Al Mg Si Sc Zr alloy was 2.538 g/cm^(3),which is4.2%8.5%lighter than that of other SLM-processed Al alloys. After heat-treated(HT)at 325℃and 6 h,the microstructure was almost unchanged with an alternate distribution of fine equiaxed crystals and coarse columnar crystals.Nano-sized Al3(Sc,Zr)and Mg_(2)Si phases precipitated dispersedly in the Al matrix, and the tensile strength increased from 487.6 MPa to 578.4 MPa for precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening. With a fine grain size of 2.53μm,an excellent corrosion resistance was obtained for the as-printed(AP)Al Mg Si Sc Zr alloy. While the corrosion resistance of HT sample decreased slightly for the formation of non-dense oxide layer and pitting corrosion induced by diffuse precipitation distribution. This SLM-printed Al Mg Si Sc Zr alloy with high specific strength, good thermal stability and excellent corrosion resistance has broad prospects for the aerospace and automotive applications. | Jiang Bi Zhenglong Lei Yanbin Chen Xi Chen Nannan Lu Ze Tian Xikun Qin | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,8: | 2

A 50-year sedimentary record of heavy metals and their chemical speciations in the Shuangtaizi River estuary(China):implications for pollution and biodegradation显示文摘Two parallel sediment cores collected from tidal flat located in the Shuangtaizi River estuary were analyzed for heavy metal concentrations and chemical speciations.Based on the ^(137)Cs activity profile, mean sedimentation rate at the sampling site during the past 50 years was estimated to be 1.3 cm·a^(-1).Correlation analyses show that almost all the metals are associated with each other, suggesting that these metals might be derived from same sources and/or affected by same geochemical processes.Influence of total organic carbon(TOC)content on the concentrations of Cr,Ni,Cu and Cd is evident.Silt and clay contents, instead of sand content, play an important role in the distribution of these metals. The dominant binding phases for most of the metals(except for Cd)are the residual. The relative decrease of the residual fraction of Cd and Pb in the upper 66 cm of the core is striking. The distribution of chemical fraction confirms that the residual fractions of these metals have a natural origin, while only the non-residual fractions of Cd and Pb increased upward the core due to pollution in the past five decades.Pollution assessment on these heavy metals based on Index of Geoaccumulation(I_(geo))also demonstrates that most of the metals are unpolluted. The weak pollution as observed in the sediments is perhaps related to a local plant, the Suaeda heteroptera Kitag, which may have played a significant role in the biodegradation of these metals and the metal distribution in the estuary. | Baolin LIU Ke HU Zhenglong JIANG Fengge QU Xin SU | 2011 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2011,5,3: | 1
Engineering the inter-island plasmonic coupling in homometallic Au-Au_(n)core-satellite structures显示文摘We show that through strong ligand mediated interfacial energy control between Au seeds and the deposited Au,the non-wetting growth of Au on Au seeds led to the formation homometallic core-satellite nanostructures. To modulate the intraparticle plasmonic coupling between the core and the satellites, the number and size of the Au satellites, and their inter-island distances were continuously tuned by varying the growth kinetics. As a result of the precise structural control, the plasmonic absorptions of the core-satellite nanostructures were tuned from visible to near-infrared(NIR)spectral range, and the extent of spectral modulation(500-1300 nm)is among the best of the literature methods. This synthetic advance enriches the toolbox for nanosynthesis and points to a new direction in the exploration of sophisticated functional designs. | Xiaoying Wu Xiaoli Tian Zihe Jiang Yun Wang Tingting Jiang Yuhua Feng Zhenglong Zhang Hongyu Chen | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0
Seismic energy dispersion compensation by multi-scale morphology显示文摘Seismic energy decays while propagating subsurface, which may reduce the resolution of seismic data. This paper studies the method of seismic energy dispersion compensation which provides the basic principles for multi-scale morphology and the spectrum simulation method. These methods are applied in seismic energy compensation. First of all, the seismic data is decomposed into multiple scales and the effective frequency bandwidth is selectively broadened for some scales by using a spectrum simulation method. In this process, according to the amplitude spectrum of each scale, the best simulation range is selected to simulate the middle and low frequency components to ensure the authenticity of the simulation curve which is calculated by the median method, and the high frequency component is broadened. Finally, these scales are reconstructed with reasonable coefficients, and the compensated seismic data can be obtained. Examples are shown to illustrate the feasibility of the energy compensation method. | Yu Junqing Wang Runqiu Liu Taoran Zhang Zhenglong Wu Jian Jiang Yongyong Sun Lipeng Xia Pei | 2014 | Petroleum Science2014,11,3: | 0
