1Photoinduced large polaron transport and dynamics in organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskite with terahertz probes显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskites(MHPs)have attracted tremendous attention for optoelectronic applications.The long photocarrier lifetime and moderate carrier mobility have been proposed as results of the large polaron formation in MHPs.However,it is challenging to measure the effective mass and carrier scattering parameters of the photogenerated large polarons in the ultrafast carrier recombination dynamics.Here,we show,in a one-step spectroscopic method,that the optical-pump and terahertz-electromagnetic probe(OPTP)technique allows us to access the nature of interplay of photoexcited unbound charge carriers and optical phonons in polycrystalline CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)(MAPbI_(3))of about 10μm grain size.Firstly,we demonstrate a direct spectral evidence of the large polarons in polycrystalline MAPbI_(3).Using the Drude-Smith-Lorentz model along with the Frӧhlich-type electron-phonon(e-ph)coupling,we determine the effective mass and scattering parameters of photogenerated polaronic carriers.We discover that the resulting moderate polaronic carrier mobility is mainly influenced by the enhanced carrier scattering,rather than the polaron mass enhancement.While,the formation of large polarons in MAPbI_(3)polycrystalline grains results in a long charge carrier lifetime at room temperature.Our results provide crucial information about the photo-physics of MAPbI3 and are indispensable for optoelectronic device development with better performance.Zuanming Jin Yan Peng Yuqing Fang Zhijiang Ye Zhiyuan Fan Zhilin Liu Xichang Bao Heng Gao Wei Ren Jing Wu Guohong Ma Qianli Chen Chao Zhang Alexey VBalakin Alexander PShkurinov Yiming Zhu Songlin Zhuang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,8:4

4Analytical modeling and vibration analysis of fiber reinforced composite hexagon honeycomb sandwich cylindrical-spherical combined shells显示文摘This study analyzes and predicts the vibration characteristics of fiberreinforced composite sandwich(FRCS)cylindrical-spherical(CS)combined shells with hexagon honeycomb core(HHC)for the first time based on an analytical model developed,which makes good use of the advantage of the first-order shear deformation theory(FSDT),the multi-segment decomposition technique,the virtual spring technology,the Jacobi-Ritz approach,and the transfer function method.The equivalent material properties of HHC are firstly determined by the modified Gibson’s formula,and the related energy equations are derived for the HHC-FRCS-CS combined shells,from which the fundamental frequencies,the mode shapes,and the forced vibration responses are solved.The current model is verified through the discussion of convergence and comparative analysis with the associated published literature and finite element(FE)results.The effects of geometric parameters of HHC on the dynamic property of the structure are further investigated with the verified model.It reveals that the vibration suppression capability can be greatly enhanced by reducing the ratio of HHC thickness to total thickness and the ratio of wall thickness of honeycomb cell to overall radius,and by increasing the ratio of length of honeycomb cell to overall radius and honeycomb characteristic angle of HHC.Hui LI Bocheng DONG Zhijiang GAO Jing ZHAO Haiyang ZHANG Xiangping WANG Qingkai HAN 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,9:0
5Experimental Investigation on Vibration Reduction Performance of Fiber Metal Laminate Beams with MRE Core显示文摘The vibration reduction characteristics of composite beams filled with magnetorheological elastomer core are studied experimentally.The fiber metal laminates with magnetorheological elastomers core is self-designed and prepared.Internal magnetic field is applied to the beam to explore its action of damping vibration performance under the magnetic field for the first time.The composite elements test system with controllable magnetic field intensity is designed and the function of each part is introduced.Then,a set of reasonable and standard vibration test flow of this type of composite beam under different magnetic field intensity is clarified,and the practical test is conducted.It has been found that the composite beam has excellent damping performance with the first 4 damping ratios being greater than 10%.Moreover,after the magnetic field is applied,its damping results can be further improved to meet the active control purpose.Jintong HAN Wenyu WANG Xintong WANG Xiaoyue HU Ziheng WANG Zhijiang GAO Hui LI 2019Research and Application of Materials Science2019,1,2:0
6Boosting the direct conversion of NH4HCO3 electrolyte to syngas on Ag/Zn zeolitic imidazolate framework derived nitrogen-carbon skeleton显示文摘The electrochemical reduction of NH4HCO3 to syngas can bypass the high energy consumption of high-purity CO_(2)release and compression after the ammonia-based CO_(2)capture process.This technology has broad prospects in industrial applications and carbon neutrality.A zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 precursor was introduced with different Ag contents via colloid chemical synthesis.This material was carbonized at 1000℃to obtain AgZn zeolitic imidazolate framework derived nitrogen carbon catalysts,which were used for the first time for boosting the direct conversion of NH4HCO3 electrolyte to syngas.The AgZn zeolitic imidazolate framework derived nitrogen carbon catalyst with a Ag/Zn ratio of 0.5:1 achieved the highest CO Faradaic efficiency of 52.0%with a current density of 1.15 mA·cm^(−2)at−0.5 V,a H2/CO ratio of 1-2(−0.5 to−0.7 V),and a stable catalytic activity of more than 6 h.Its activity is comparable to that of the CO_(2)-saturated NH4HCO3 electrolyte.The highly discrete Ag-N_(x)and Zn-N_(x)nodes may have combined catalytic effects in the catalysts synthesized by appropriate Ag doping and sufficient carbonization.These nodes could increase active sites of catalysts,which is conducive to the transport and adsorption of reactant CO_(2)and the stability of*COOH intermediate,thus can improve the selectivity and catalytic activity of CO.Huiyi Li Jianmin Gao Jingjing Shan Qian Du Yu Zhang Xin Guo Shaohua Wu Zhijiang Wang 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,9:0
