1Research and application of water jet technology in well completion and stimulation in China显示文摘In recent years, rapid progress in the use of high pressure water jets (HPWJ) has been made in oil and gas well drilling, completion, and stimulation; and good results have been achieved in field applications. Advances in technologies and developments of well completion and stimulation with hydrajet are reviewed in this paper. Experiments were conducted to study the characteristics of abrasive water jetting and to optimize jet parameters, which can provide methods for the well completion and hydrajet fracturing. Deep-penetrating hydrajet perforating can create a 2-3 m clean hole with a diameter of 20-35 mm. Multilayer hydrajet fracturing is a process whereby multiple layers are stimulated in a single run without using mechanical packers, thereby reducing operation procedure and risk. Multilateral radial wells can be drilled using hydraulic jetting up to 100 m in length. The technique to remove sand particles and plugs with rotating self-resonating cavitating water jets in horizontal wellbores has been developed and oilfield-tested, which shows promising, cost effective prospects.Li Gensheng Huang Zhongwei Tian Shouceng Shen Zhonghou 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,2:9
2Novel hydrophobic associated polymer based nano-silica composite with core–shell structure for intelligent drilling fluid under ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure显示文摘Micro-nano-based drilling fluid has attracted a strong interest due to its attractive properties, and micro-nano composite materials have great potential for developing intelligent drilling fluid. In this study a novel hydrophobic associated polymer based nano-silica composite with core–shell structure was prepared and characterized by PSD, SEM, TEM and ESEM. The results showed that the composite, as a micro-nano drilling fluid additive, possessed excellent properties such as thermal stability, rheology, fluid loss and lubricity. 4Shale gas exploitation with supercritical CO_2 technology显示文摘This paper analyzes the physicochemical properties of supercritical CO2, the characteristic of shale gas and shale gas reservoirs. The technologies of drilling, production, fracturing using the supercritical CO2 in shale gas exploration are proposed, to increase the penetration rate, decrease the damage to formation while fracturing, and enhance the recovery of shale gas. 6Phosphate recovery from anaerobic digester effluents using CaMg(OH)_4显示文摘Dolomite lime(DL)(CaMg(OH)_4) was used as an economical source of Mg^(2+)for the removal and recovery of phosphate from an anaerobic digester effluent of a municipal wastewater treatment plant(MWWTP) wastewater. Batch precipitation results determined that phosphate was effectively reduced from 87 to less than 4 mg-P/L when the effluent water was mixed with 0.3 g/L of DL. The competitive precipitation mechanisms of different solids in the treatment system consisting of Ca^(2+)–Mg^(2+)–NH_4^+–PO_4^(3-)CO_3^(2-)were determined by comparing model predictions with experimental results. Thermodynamic model calculations indicated that hydroxyapatite(Ca_(10)(PO_4)_6(OH)_2), Ca_4H(PO_4)_3?3H_2O, Ca_3(PO_4)_2(beta), and Ca_3(PO_4)_2(am2)were more stable than struvite(MgNH_4PO_3?6H_2O) and calcite(CaCO_3). However, X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis determined the formation of struvite and calcite minerals in the treated effluent. Kinetic experimental results showed that most of the phosphate was removed from synthetic effluent containing NH_4^+within 2 hr, while only 20% of the PO_4^(3-)was removed in the absence of NH_4^+after 24 hr of treatment. The formation of struvite in the DL-treated effluent was due to the rapid precipitation rate of the mineral. The final pH of the DL-treated effluent significantly influenced the mass ratio of struvite to calcite in the precipitates. Because more calcite was formed when the p H increased from 8.4 to 9.6, a p H range of 8.0–8.5 should be used to produce solid with high PO_4^(3-)content. 8Overexpression of phosphatidylserine synthase IbPSS1 affords cellular Na+homeostasis and salt tolerance by activating plasma membrane Na^(+)/H^(+)antiport activity in sweet potato roots显示文摘Phosphatidylserine synthase(PSS)-mediated phosphatidylserine(PS)synthesis is crucial for plant development.However,little is known about the contribution of PSS to Na^(+)homeostasis regulation and salt tolerance in plants.Here,we cloned the IbPSS1 gene,which encodes an ortholog of Arabidopsis AtPSS1,from sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.).The transient expression of IbPSS1 in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves increased PS abundance.We then established an efficient Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated in vivo root transgenic system for sweet potato.Overexpression of IbPSS1 through this system markedly decreased cellular Na^(+)accumulation in salinized transgenic roots(TRs)compared with adventitious roots.The overexpression of IbPSS1 enhanced salt-induced Na^(+)/H^(+)antiport activity and increased plasma membrane(PM)Ca^(2+)-permeable channel sensitivity to NaCl and H2O2 in the TRs.We confirmed the important role of IbPSS1 in improving salt tolerance in transgenic sweet potato lines obtained from an Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation system.Similarly,compared with the wild-type(WT)plants,the transgenic lines presented decreased Na^(+)accumulation,enhanced Na^(+)exclusion,and increased PM Ca^(2+)-permeable channel sensitivity to NaCl and H2O2 in the roots.Exogenous application of lysophosphatidylserine triggered similar shifts in Na^(+)accumulation and Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)fluxes in the salinized roots of WT.Overall,this study provides an efficient and reliable transgenic method for functional genomic studies of sweet potato.Our results revealed that IbPSS1 contributes to the salt tolerance of sweet potato by enabling Na^(+)homeostasis and Na^(+)exclusion in the roots,and the latter process is possibly controlled by PS reinforcing Ca^(2+)signaling in the roots.Yicheng Yu Ying Xuan Xiaofeng Bian Lei Zhang Zhiyuan Pan Meng Kou Qinghe Cao Zhonghou Tang Qiang Li Daifu Ma Zongyun Li Jian Sun 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2
