2Molecular Characterization of a Leaf Senescence-Related Transcription Factor BrWRKY75 of Chinese Flowering Cabbage显示文摘WRKY is a plant-specific transcription factor(TF) involved in the regulation of many biological processes; however, its role in leaf senescence of leafy vegetables remains unknown. In the present work, a WRKY TF, termed Br WRKY75 was isolated from Chinese flowering cabbage [Brassica rapa L. ssp. chinensis(L.) Mokino var. utilis Tsen et Lee]. Analysis of deduced amino acid sequence and the phylogenetic tree showed that Br WRKY75 has high homology with WRKY75 from Brassica oleracea and Arabidopsis thaliana, and belongs to the II c sub-group. Sub-cellular localization and transcriptional activity analysis revealed that Br WRKY75 is a nuclear protein with transcriptional repression activity, and was up-regulated during leaf senescence. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay confirmed that Br WRKY75 directly bound to the W-box(TTGAC) cis-element. 3Additive manufacturing of thin electrolyte layers via inkjet printing of highly-stable ceramic inks显示文摘Inkjet printing is a promising alternative for the fabrication of thin film components for solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) due to its contactless, mask free, and controllable printing process. In order to obtain satisfying electrolyte thin layer structures in anode-supported SOFCs, the preparation of suitable electrolyte ceramic inks is a key. At present, such a kind of 8 mol% Y_(2)O_(3)-stabilized ZrO_(2)(8 YSZ) electrolyte ceramic ink with long-term stability and high solid loading(> 15 wt%) seems rare for precise inkjet printing, and a number of characterization and performance aspects of the inks, such as homogeneity, viscosity, and printability, should be studied. In this study, 8 YSZ ceramic inks of varied compositions were developed for inkjet printing of SOFC ceramic electrolyte layers. The dispersing effect of two types of dispersants, i.e., polyacrylic acid ammonium(PAANH4) and polyacrylic acid(PAA), were compared. The results show that ultrasonic dispersion treatment can help effectively disperse the ceramic particles in the inks. PAANH4 has a better dispersion effect for the inks developed in this study. The inks show excellent printable performance in the actual printing process. The stability of the ink can be maintained for a storage period of over 30 days with the help of initial ultrasonic dispersion. Finally, micron-size thin 8 YSZ electrolyte films were successfully fabricated through inkjet printing and sintering, based on the as-developed high solid loading 8 YSZ inks(20 wt%). 4Experimental Study on Melting in a Rectangular Enclosure Heated Below with Discrete Heat Sources显示文摘The melting process of n-octadecane in a rectangular cavity with three discrete protruding heat sources on its bottom surface was studied experimentally. It was observed that the experimental process, for the geometric arrangement in this paper, is neither a fixed melting nor a contact melting, but one m which fixed melting and contact melting take place alternatively. The effects of Stefan number, initial subcooling and aspect ratio on the melting process are reported. The larger the Stefan number, the more frequently the contact melting may occur, so does the aspect ratio. The initial subcooling plays a role only in early stage. 5Flow Field and Heat Transfer Analysis of Local Structure for Regenerative Cooling Panel显示文摘Local structure of cooling panel has great effects on the heat transfer in the cooling channel for the scramjet. The problems of flow dead area and mass flow rate non-uniform distribution caused by the local structure effect the cooling effectiveness in the channel seriously. Numerical simulation to the flow field of scramjet cold panel with four different fuel injection island structures respectively has been carried out using the CFD commercial software-CFX in this research. The results reveal that flow dead area has been eliminated and flow field has been improved for the optimized structure. Furthermore, local resistance loss has been decreased and the mass flow rate non-uniform distribution in the channel has been reduced. 7A New Ductile Fracture Criterion and Its Application to the Prediction of Forming Limit in Deep Drawing显示文摘With considering the influence of equivalent plastic strain on void-damage and taking Lemaitre damage equivalent stress as plastic potential, based on continuous damage mechanics theory, a new criterion for ductile fracture is derived. The two key material constants in the criterion are determined by the combination of tension tests with FE (finite element) simulation. On the basis of the values of stress and strain calculated from commercial finite element software, the forming limit in cylindrical deep drawing of annealed aluminum alloy LY12(M) is predicted by means of the new ductile fracture criterion. Experiments verify that the predicted results are in agreement with the experimental ones. 9Three decades of changes in water environment of a large freshwater Lake and its relationship with socio-economic indicators显示文摘Tai Lake(Ch: Taihu) has attracted international attention forcyanobacteria blooms.However, the drivers of cultural eutrophication, especially long-term socio-economic indicators have been little researched. The results of research demonstrate how socioeconomic development affected quality of water and how it has been improved by anthropogenic activities. This study described variability in indicators of water quality in Tai Lakeand investigated thedrivers. Significant relationships existed between concentrations of annual mean total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorous(TP), chemical oxygen demand(COD) and biological oxygen demand(BOD), and population, per capital gross domestic production(GDP) and sewage discharge(p < 0.05). However, mechanisms causing change varied among TN, TP, COD and BOD. Before 2000, the main contributors to increases in concentrations of TN were human population, GDP and volumes of domestic sewage discharges. After 2000, discharges of industrial sewage become the primary contributor. After 1998, the regressions of annual mean TN, TP and COD on per capital GDP, population and domestic sewage discharge were reversed compared to the former period. Since 1999, an apparent inverted U-shaped relationship between environmental pollution and economic development has developed, which indicated that actions taken by governments have markedly improved quality of water in Tai Lake. The statistical relationship between BOD and per capital GDP didn't conform to the Kuznet curve. 10Isolation and Characterization of a Cinnamoyl CoA Reductase Gene(CCR) in Pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)显示文摘Pear is a popular and commercially important fresh fruit, and its texture is related to the presence of sclereid formatted by parenchyma cell with lignification in vascular plants. Previous studies have demonstrated that content of lignin may be regulated by cinnamoyl CoA reductase(CCR) in various plants. However, the function of CCR in pears remains very limited. In the present study, we isolated a cDNA encoding CCR(PpCCR, GenBank accession No. KF999958) and its promoter(proPpCCR) from Whangkeumbae pear to investigate the function of CCR in lignin biosynthesis. PpCCR-GFP expressed in rice mesophyll protoplast demonstrated that PpCCR-GFP was localized in the cytoplasm, indicating that CCR may function in cytoplasm without localization signals. In transgenic plants carrying PpCCR, we observed higher lignin content compared with that in wild type plants, further suggesting that PpCCR can affect the lignin contents through regulating lignin biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana. 11Synthesis of nearly spherical AlN particles by an in-situ nitriding combustion route显示文摘Spherical AlN powders with micrometer size have attracted great attention owing to their good fluidity and dispersity. However, the industrial preparation methods usually require high temperature and long soaking time, which lead to the high cost and limit the wide application of the products. Herein, nearly spherical AlN particles with the average size of 2.5 μm were successfully synthesized via an in-situ combustion synthesis method. The effect of N_(2) pressure, NH_(4)Cl content, and Al particle size on the combustion reaction procedure, phase composition, and microstructure of the products was systematically investigated. The results showed that the decreased N_(2) pressure, increased NH_(4)Cl content, and Al particle size led to the decreasing of combustion temperature and speed, which further affected the morphology of the products. As a result, low N_(2) pressure(0.2 MPa), a small amount of NH4Cl(0.5 wt%), and fine Al particles(~2.5 μm) contributed to a moderate combustion temperature and facilitated the formation of nearly spherical AlN particles. In addition, based on the gas-releasing assisted quenching experiments and thermo-kinetic analysis, a two-step growth mechanism for the nearly spherical AlN particles was rationally proposed. 12Effect of reclamation on soil organic carbon pools in coastal areas of eastern China显示文摘The coastal wetlands of eastern China formone of the most important carbon sinks in the world.However, reclamation can significantly alter the soilcarbon pool dynamics in these areas. In this study, achronosequence was constructed for four reclamationzones in Rudong County, Jiangsu Province, easternChina (reclaimed in 1951, 1974, 1982, and 2007) and areference salt marsh to identify both the process of soilorganic carbon (SOC) evolution, as well as the effect ofcropping and soil properties on SOC with time afterreclamation. The results show that whereas soil nutrientelements and SOC increased after reclamation, theelectrical conductivity of the saturated soil extract (ECe),pH, and bulk density decreased within 62 years followingreclamation and agricultural amendment. In general, thesoil's chemical properties remarkably improved and SOCincreased significantly for approximately 30 years afterreclamation. Reclamation for agriculture (rice and cotton)significantly increased the soil organic carbon density(SOCD) in the top 60 cm, especially in the top 0-30 cm.However, whereas the highest concentration of SOCD inrice-growing areas was in the top 0-20 cm of the soilprofile, it was greater at a 20-60 cm depth in cotton-growing areas. Reclamation also significantly increasedheavy fraction organic carbon (HFOC) levels in the 0-30cm layer, thereby enhancing the stability of the soil carbonpool. 15circStrn3 is involved in bone cancer pain regulation in a rat model显示文摘Bone cancer pain(BCP)is a common chronic pain that is caused by a primary or metastatic bone tumor,More detailed molecular mechanisms of BCP are warranted.In this study,we established a BCP rat model.The von Frey hair test,body weight,and hematoxylin and eosin staining were employed.We screened differentilly expressed circRNAs(DECs)between the BCP group and sham group.The results revealed that 850 DECs were significantly up-regulated and 644 DECs were significantly down-regulated in the BCP group.Furthermore,we identified 1177 diffrentially expressed genes(DEGs)significantly up-regulated and 565 DEGs significantly down-regulated in the BCP group.Gene Ontology annotation of all 1742 DEGs revealed that biological regulation of metabolic processes,cellular processes,and binding were the top enriched terrms.For Kyoto Ency-clopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis,phagosome,HTLV-I infection,proteoglycans in cancer,and herpes simplex infection were significantly enriched in this study.In addition,we identified four selected circRNAs,chr6:72418120|72430205.chr20:756105717573740,chr18:69943105|69944476,and chr5:167516581|167558250,by quantitative real time PCR.chr6:72418120|72430205(circStrn3)was selected for further study based on expression level and the circRNA--miRNA--mRNA network table.Western blot analysis suggested that knockdown of circStrn3 could effectively induce Walker 256 cell apoptosis.In summary,our study provided a more in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanisms of BCP.Yiwen Zhang Xiaoxia Zhang Zumin Xing Shuyi Tang Hanwen Chen Zhongqi Zhang Jiyuan Li Yalan Li 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,5:2

18Numerical Study of the Air Bleeding Caused Non-Uniformity in Axial Compressor显示文摘Bleeding in the compressor is getting more and more attractive because the increasing demand of bleeding rate as the temperature of the first stage of turbine gets higher and needs more cooling air.Though plenty of work has been done about bleeding,however,most of the work is studied with a single passage or ignoring the real structure of the bleeding system.In the present study,multi-passage calculation was used through ANSYS CFX to consider the finite duct holes in the whole blade row,and the effect of the axial location of bleeding slot on the non-uniformity of the blade passage was investigated,and the non-uniform could maintain a low level when bleeding at the front part of the blade passage and the non-uniformity would become large when moving the bleeding slot much further downstream.Afterward,the air bleeding mass flow rate was studied.It’s found that the non-uniformity of air bleeding mass flow is small when bleeding at a low mass flow rate in each passage and results in relatively uniform flow field in the passage.However,the non-uniformity increases significantly as the bleeding mass flow rate increases.Some flow field details were also given to study how the flow field changes when bleeding non-uniformly.CHEN Shaowen GONG Yun LI Weihang WANG Songtao WANG Zhongqi 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,1:1
