1Wheat straw-derived magnetic carbon foams: In-situ preparation and tunable high-performance microwave absorption显示文摘Recently,biomass-derived three-dimensional (3D) porous carbon materials have been gaining more interest as promising microwave absorbers due to their low cost,vast availability,and sustainability.Here,a novel 3D interconnected porous magnetic carbon foams are in-situ synthesized via a combination of sol-gel and carbonization process with wheat straw as the carbon source and FeCl3·6H2O as the magnetic regulating agent.During the process of foams formation,the lignocelluloses from the steam-exploded wheat straw are converted into interconnected carbon sheet networks with hierarchical porous structures,and the precursor FeCl3·6H2O is converted into magnetic nanoparticles uniformly embedded in the porous carbon foams.The generated magnetic nanoparticles are benefit to enhance the interface polarization and magnetic loss ability to improve the efficient complementarities between the dielectric and magnetic loss,thus increasing the impedance matching.The obtained sample treated at 600 ℃ displays the best microwave absorption (MA) performance.It presents a minimal reflection loss (RL) of-43.6 dB at 7.1 GHz and the effective bandwidth (RL <-10 dB) is 3.3 GHz with the thickness of 4.7 mm.The 3D porous structure,multi-interfaces and the synergy of dielectric loss and magnetic loss make great contribution to the outstanding MA performance.Guangjun Gou Fanbin Meng Huagao Wang Man Jiang Wei Wei Zuowan Zhou 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:9

3Effects of the Fhb1 gene on Fusarium head blight resistance and agronomic traits of winter wheat显示文摘The gene Fhb1 has been used in many countries to improve wheat Fusarium head blight(FHB) resistance. To make better use of this gene in the Yellow-Huai River Valleys Winter Wheat Zone(YHWZ), the most important wheat-producing region of China, it is desirable to elucidate its effects on FHB resistance and agronomic traits in different genetic backgrounds. Based on a diagnostic marker for Fhb1, six BC2 populations were developed by crossing dwarf-male-sterile(DMS)-Zhoumai 16 to three Fhb1 donors(Ningmai 9, Ningmai 13, and Jianyang 84) and backcrossing to Zhoumai 16 and Zhoumai16’s derivative cultivars(Lunxuan 136 and Lunxuan 13) using marker-assisted backcross breeding. The progenies were assessed for FHB resistance and major agronomic traits.The Fhb1 alleles were identified using the gene-specific molecular marker. The plants with the Fhb1-resistant genotype(Fhb1-R) in these populations showed significantly fewer infected spikelets than those with the Fhb1-susceptible genotype(Fhb1-S). When Lunxuan 136 was used as the recurrent parent, Fhb1-R plants showed significantly fewer infected spikelets per spike than Fhb1-R plants produced using Lunxuan 13 as the recurrent parent, indicating that the genetic backgrounds of Fhb1 influence the expression of FHB resistance. Fhb1-R plants from the DMS-Zhoumai 16/Ningmai 9//Zhoumai 16/3/Lunxuan 136 population showed the highest FHB resistance among the six populations and a significantly higher level of FHB resistance than the moderately susceptible control Huaimai 20. No significant phenotypic differences between Fhb1-R and Fhb1-S plants were observed for the eight agronomic traits investigated. 5Design of Wireless Energy-Harvested UHF WSN Tag for Cellular IoT显示文摘In this paper,a wireless energy-harvested ultra-high frequency(UHF)wireless sensor network(WSN)tag is designed and implemented for cellular Io T applications.The WSN tag is made up of a wireless energy harvesting circuit,a temperature sensing circuit,and a radio frequency identification(RFID)tag.The developed WSN tag is compatible with the ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol.The WSN tag can receive the GSM RF energy operating in China GSM900 and GSM1800 bands in the surrounding environment and the solar energy,then converts the RF energy to direct current(DC)by schottky diode-based rectifying circuit,and finally stores the DC energy in a supercapacitor through a DC-DC booster circuit.The DC-DC booster circuit drives the front-end circuit,TI MSP430 microcontroller,temperature sensing circuit,and other active circuits in the tag.The MSP430 works in low-power mode when it is powered up,and it can also reduce power consumption more by reducing main clock(MCLK)frequency according to different forward link rates.The implemented WSN tag demonstrated that the RF-to-DC conversion efficiency is higher than 39% when the receiving 900 MHz RF signal power is from -14 dBm to 0 dBm and could make the tag work normally.The signal receiving sensitivity of the WSN tag is up to-32 dBm at the rate of 40 kbit/s from the Reader to the WSN tag.The WSN tag supports Miller coding and extended Miller coding.This wireless energy harvested UHF WSN tag,compared with conventional UHF passive tags and battery-powered active UHF RFID Tags,has many advantages,such as far communication distance,long service life,and sensing functionality.It will have wide applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).LI Gang XU Rui LI Zhenbing ZHOU Jie LI Jian WEN Guangjun 2018ZTE Communications2018,16,1:2
6Efficient Schemes for Securing Network Coding Against Wiretapping显示文摘Existing solutions for secure network coding either bring significant bandwidth overhead or incur a high computa- tional complexity. For exploiting low-overhead mechanism for secure network coding against wiretapping, three efficient schemes are proposed for the applications with different security requirements. The basic idea behind this paper is first to encrypt a small part of source vectors and then subject the remaining original source vectors and the encrypted vectors to a special linear transformation. Also, a lightweight version of this scheme is then presented for resource-constrained networks. Moreover, an extensive scheme with enhanced security is also considered. All proposals are shown to have properties of lower security complexity and smaller bandwidth usage compared with the existing solutions. 7Variation in allelic frequencies at loci associated with kernel weight and their effects on kernel weight-related traits in winter wheat显示文摘Knowledge of allelic frequencies at loci associated with kernel weight and effects on kernel weight-related traits is crucial for yield improvement in wheat. Kernel weight-related traits were evaluated in 200 Chinese winter wheat cultivars(lines) grown at the Xinxiang Experimental Station, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xinxiang in Henan Province, for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016. Alleles associated with kernel weight at nine loci, TaCKX6-D1, TaCwi-A1, TaCWI-4A, TaGS1a, TaGS5-A1, TaGS3-3A, TaGW2-6A, TaSus2-2B, and TaTGW6-A1, were determined for all cultivars(lines). ANOVA showed that genotypes, years and their interactions had significant effects on thousand-kernel weight(TKW), kernel length(KL) and kernel width(KW). The overall mean frequencies of alleles conferring high and low TKW at the nine loci were 65.9% and 33.4%, with the ranges of 37.0%–85.0% and 13.5%–63.0% for single loci. The frequencies of high-TKW alleles were over 50.0% at eight of the loci. Genotypes at each locus with the high-TKW allele had higher TKW than those with the low-TKW allele. The high-TKW allele Hap-H at the TaSus2-2B locus can be preferably used to increase grain yield due to its high TKW(49.32 g). A total of 18 main allelic combinations(ACs) at nine loci were detected. Three ACs(AC1–AC3) had significantly higher TKW than AC6 with high-TKW alleles at all nine loci even though they contained some low-TKW alleles. This indicated that other loci controlling kernel weight were present in the high-TKW cultivars. 8CO_2 sensing properties and mechanism of PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 thick film sensor显示文摘The CO_2 sensing of PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 sensors were investigated. Experimental results show that the resistances for PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 in CO_2 gas are larger than those in air and the responses for PrFeO_3and NdFeO_3 sensors increase with an increase in room-temperature relative humidity. When exposed to1000 ppm CO_2, the response of PrFeO_3 thick film based on nano-powders annealed at 700℃can reach8.44 at 160℃for the background of wet air with 58%of room-temperature relative humidity (RH),which is much larger than the corresponding value (3.03) in wet air with 25%RH. The sensing response S of NdFeO_3 thick-film sensor based on nano-powders annealed at 600℃to 3000 ppm CO_2 at the operating temperature 200℃can reach 2.36 for the background of wet air with 72%RH, which is larger than the corresponding value (1.83) in the air with 25%RH.
