1Flow Characteristics of Grains in a Conical Silo with a Central Decompression Tube Based on Experiments and DEM Simulations显示文摘Grains are widely present in industrial productions and processing,and are stored in silos.In the silo,auxiliary structures are added to achieve efficient production.However,little effort has been devoted to the influence of the internal structure of the silo on the granular flow.In this work,a silo with a central decompression tube is studied through experimental measurements and discrete element methods.Then,the influences of the central decompression tube on the flow behavior of grains and wall pressure are analyzed.Results show that the grains are in mass flow in the silo without a central decompression tube,while the grains are in funnel flow in the silo with a central decompression tube.Moreover,regardless of whether there is a central decompression tube in the silo,the maximum pressure appears at the top of the conical silo.In the lower part of the silo,the wall pressure of the silo with a central decompression tube is lower than that of the silo without a central decompression tube.Therefore,a silo with a central decompression tube is more conducive to grain storage and discharge than a silo without a central decompression tube.Huinan Sun Siqiang Wang Zhuoqing Zhang Chaoyong Xia Xu Chen 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,6:3

6Electrophoretic Carbon Nanotube Field Emission Layer for Plasma Display Panels显示文摘A carbon-nanotube(CNT) electrophoretic deposition(EPD) process has been developed to prepare a field emission layer in plasma display panels(PDP) for discharge voltage reduction. The CNT layer as a source of discharge priming electrons has been fabricated on the PDP front panel. The balling grinding,mix-acid treatment and EPD parameters have been investigated in order to obtain good uniformity and excellent field emission capability of CNT layer, in order to meet the specifications of CNTs in PDP cell. 10Toxic effects of nano-TiO_(2)in bivalves——A synthesis of meta-analysis and bibliometric analysis显示文摘Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the increasing production and application of nano-TiO_(2)in consumer products have inevitably led to its release into aquatic systems and therefore caused the exposure of aquatic organisms,resulting in growing environmental concerns.However,the safety of nano-TiO_(2)in aquatic environments has not been systematically assessed,especially in coastal and estuary waters where a large number of filterfeeding animals live.Bivalves are considered around the world to be a unique target group for nanoparticle toxicity,and numerous studies have been conducted to test the toxic effects of nano-TiO_(2)on bivalves.The aim of this review was to systematically summarize and analyze published data concerning the toxicological effects of nano-TiO_(2)in bivalves.In particular,the toxicity of nano-TiO_(2)to the antioxidant system and cell physiology was subjected to meta-analysis to reveal the mechanism of the toxicological effects of nano-TiO_(2)and the factors affecting its toxicological effects.To reveal the cooperation,hot keywords and cocitations in this field,bibliometric analysis was conducted,and the results showed that the toxicological molecular mechanisms of nano-TiO_(2)and the combined effects of nano-TiO_(2)and other environmental factors are two major hot spots.Finally,some perspectives and insights were provided in this review for future research on nano-TiO_(2)toxicology in bivalves.Zhuoqing Li Menghong Hu Hanting Song Daohui Lin Youji Wang 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,6:1

13FUNDC2,a mitochondrial outer membrane protein,mediates triple-negative breast cancer progression via the AKT/GSK3β/GLI1 pathway显示文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)lacks effective therapeutic targets and has a poor prognosis,easy recurrence and metastasis.It is urgent and important to explore TNBC treatment targets.Through mass spectrometry com-bined with qRT-PCR validation in luminal A cells and TNBC cells,high-content screening and clinical sample analysis,FUNDC2 was discovered as a novel target.The function of the outer mitochondrial membrane protein FUNDC2 in breast cancer is still unclear.In this study,we find that FUNDC2 expression in TNBC tissues is sig-nificantly higher than that in luminal subtype breast cancer tissues.FUNDC2 silencing in TNBC cells significantly reduces cell proliferation,migration and invasion.As demonstrated in vivo using subcutaneous tumor xenografts in mice,FUNDC2 suppression significantly inhibits tumor growth.The underlying mechanism might be mediated by inactivating its downstream signal AKT/GSK3βand GLI1,a key factor of the Hedgehog signaling pathway.There-fore,FUNDC2 may promote TNBC progression and provide a therapeutic target for treating TNBC.Liyang Yin Renxian Cao Zhuoqing Liu Gang Luo Yu Li Xiaolong Zhou Xiguang Chen Ying Wu Jun He Xuyu Zu Yingying Shen 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
