1Geochemical characteristics and genetic model of dolomite reservoirs in the eastern margin of the Pre-Caspian Basin显示文摘The widespread Carboniferous KT-I dolomite in the eastern margin of the Pre-Caspian Basin is an important hydrocarbon reservoir. The dolomite lithology is dominated by crystalline dolomite. The δ18O values range from -6.71‰ to 2.45‰, and average 0.063‰, obviously larger than -2.5‰, indicating low-temperature dolomite of evaporation origin. Stable strontium isotope ratios (87Sr/86Sr) range from 0.70829 to 0.70875 and average 0.708365, very consistent with 87Sr/86Sr ratios in Carboniferous seawater. Chemical analysis of Ca and Mg elements shows that the dolomite has 9.1 mole% excess Ca or even higher before stabilization. The degree of order of dolomite is medium-slightly poor, varying in a range of 0.336-0.504 and averaging 0.417. It suggests that the dolomite formed under near-surface conditions. There are two models for the origin of the Carboniferous KT-I dolomite reservoir. These are 1) the evaporation concentration - weathering crust model and 2) the shoal facies - seepage reflux model. The former is mainly developed in restricted platforms - evaporate platforms of restricted marine deposition environments with a representation of dolomite associated with gypsum and mudstone. The latter mainly formed in platform edge shoals and intra-platform shoals and is controlled by dolomitization due to high salinity sea water influx from adjacent restricted sea or evaporate platform.Wang Shuqin Zhao Lun Cheng Xubin Fan Zifei He Ling 2012Petroleum Science2012,9,2:12
2Characteristics of strike-slip inversion structures of the Karatau fault and their petroleum geological significances in the South Turgay Basin,Kazakhstan显示文摘The Karatau fault is one of the important strike-slip faults in central Asia,and the South Turgay Basin is located towards its northern end.Detailed seismic interpretation indicated that the strikeslip tectonism of the Karatau fault weakened gradually from west to east in the South Turgay Basin.Typical flower structures developed on the section,and strike-slip faults showed an echelon pattern on planar view.The Karatau strike-slip fault affected the South Turgay Basin in two periods:(1) The South Turgay strike-slip pull-apart rift basin formed as a result of regional extensive stress in the Early-Middle Jurassic,characterized by the juxtaposition of horsts and grabens.The formation of horsts provided favorable reservoir spaces for later hydrocarbon accumulation,and different filling stages of grabens controlled different reservoir-forming factors in grabens.(2) Two stages of tectonic inversion occurred in the Late Jurassic and Late Cretaceous and played a crucial role in the final shape of the structure in the South Turgay Basin.The oil and gas migrated to form reservoirs and mainly concentrated in the horsts,graben slopes and in both sides of the strike-slip fault zone.In the case of the degree of accumulation of petroleum,the factor explaining why horsts are better than grabens is the strike-slip pull-apart of the South Turgay Basin,and the structure inversion of the South Turgay Basin explains why the west graben is better than the east one.Overall,the Karatau strike-slip fault played a very important role in the formation of the South Turgay Basin and its hydrocarbon accumulations.Yin Wei Fan Zifei Zheng Junzhang Yin Jiquan Zhang Mingjun Sheng Xiaofeng Guo Jianjun Li Qiyan Lin yaping 2012Petroleum Science2012,9,4:11

4Insight into the interaction between Ni-rich LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathode and BF4--introducing electrolyte at 4.5V high voltage显示文摘Owing to the high specific capacity and high voltage,Ni-rich(LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2,LNCM811)cathode has been considered as one of the most promising candidate cathode materials for next generation lithium ion batteries,whereas severe capacity fading greatly hinders its practical application.Notably,the compatibility of Ni-rich materials with LiBF4-containing electrolyte has not yet been realized.Herein,1 M LiPF6-based electrolyte with introducing 2 M LiBF4 is proposed to dramatically improve the cyclic stability of high voltage LNCM811/Li half-cell.Addition of high concentrated LiBF4 improves the moisture stability of electrolyte,which hinders the generation of harmful by-product HF,resulting in improved interfacial stability of LNCM811.Lithium plating/stripping reaction of Li/Li symmetric cell confirms that the enhanced cyclic stability is ascribed to the improved interfacial stability of LNCM811 instead of lithium electrode.Morphology and composition characterization results reveal that LiBF4 participates in the CEI film-forming reaction,resulting in suppressed oxidation of electrolyte and interfacial structural destruction of LNCM811.Guangyuan Lan Hebing Zhou Lidan Xing Jiawei Chen Zifei Li Rude Guo Yanxia Che Weishan Li 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:3

8Transcription factor-based gene therapy to treat glioblastoma through direct neuronal conversion显示文摘Objective:Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most prevalent and aggressive adult primary cancer in the central nervous system.Therapeutic approaches for GBM treatment are under intense investigation,including the use of emerging immunotherapies.Here,we propose an alternative approach to treat GBM through reprogramming proliferative GBM cells into non-proliferative neurons.Methods:Retroviruses were used to target highly proliferative human GBM cells through overexpression of neural transcription factors.Immunostaining,electrophysiological recording,and bulk RNA-seq were performed to investigate the mechanisms underlying the neuronal conversion of human GBM cells.An in vivo intracranial xenograft mouse model was used to examine the neuronal conversion of human GBM cells.Results:We report efficient neuronal conversion from human GBM cells by overexpressing single neural transcription factor Neurogenic differentiation 1(Neuro D1),Neurogenin-2(Neurog2),or Achaete-scute homolog 1(Ascl1).Subtype characterization showed that the majority of Neurog2-and Neuro D1-converted neurons were glutamatergic,while Ascl1 favored GABAergic neuron generation.The GBM cell-converted neurons not only showed pan-neuronal markers but also exhibited neuron-specific electrophysiological activities.Transcriptome analyses revealed that neuronal genes were activated in glioma cells after overexpression of neural transcription factors,and different signaling pathways were activated by different neural transcription factors.Importantly,the neuronal conversion of GBM cells was accompanied by significant inhibition of GBM cell proliferation in both in vitro and in vivo models.Conclusions:These results suggest that GBM cells can be reprogrammed into different subtypes of neurons,leading to a potential alternative approach to treat brain tumors using in vivo cell conversion technology.Xin Wang Zifei Pei Aasma Hossain Yuting Bai Gong Chen 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:2

13Effectiveness of Jiedu granule(解毒颗粒) on gut microbiota in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe whether Jiedu granule(解毒颗粒,JDG)modulates the composition of the gut microbiota during advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS:A randomized controlled trial was conducted.Sixty-two advanced HCC participants were randomly allocated to receive JDG or placebo.The median overall survival(OS)times of patients and the variation of relative abundance of bacteria over time were used as main outcome measures.RESULTS:Patients who received JDG demonstrated significantly longer median OS times compared with the placebo group.Pyrosequencing of the V3 regions of 16S r RNA genes revealed a dose dependent deviation of gut microbiota in response to JDG treatment.Redundancy analysis identified Clostridium XI and Peptostreptococcaceae which related to the onset of liver cancer disappeared after 1-month and 2-month JDG treatment,while in control group,no significant changes of these two bacteria were found.The variation tendency of relative abundance of Bacteroides(essential in immunoblocking therapy of tumor)in JDG group was not obvious while in control group,it was decreased significantly with time.The relative abundance of Roseburia(correlated with the occurrence of liver cancer)was increased in JDG group and was decreased in control group over time.CONCLUSION:Changes in the gut microbiota may be associated with the efficiency of JDG on survival period of advanced HCC patients.Trial registration:Chinese Clinical TRIAL Registry Chi CTR-OOC-16008002.FAN Yifu ZHAO Hetong ZHANG Yani YIN Zifei DU Juan LING Changquan 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,6:1
