1Tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of an as-cast Ni-based K417G polycrystalline superalloy显示文摘The Ni-based K417 G superalloy is extensively applied as aeroengine components for its low cost and good mid-temperature(600–900?C) properties. Since used in as-cast state, the comprehensive understanding on its mechanical properties and microstructure evolution is necessary. In the present research,the tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of the as-cast K417 G superalloy under different conditions were investigated. The results exhibit that tensile cracks tend to initiate at MC carbide and γ/γ' eutectic structure and then propagate along grain boundary. As the temperature for tensile tests increases from 21?C to 700?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of K417 G superalloy decreases slightly, while the elongation to failure decreases greatly because of the intermediate temperature embrittlement. When the temperature rises to 900?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength would decrease significantly. The creep deformation mechanism varies under different testing conditions. At 760?C/645 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at MC carbides and γ/γ' eutectic structures,and propagate transgranularly. While at 900?C/315 MPa and 950?C/235 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at grain boundary and propagate intergranularly. 2Optimization of Process Parameters for in High-Energy Ball Milling of CNTs/Al2024 Composites Through Response Surface Methodology显示文摘The mathematical models are developed to evaluate the ultimate tensile strength( UTS) and hardness of CNTs / Al2024 composites fabricated by high-energy ball milling. The effects of the preparation variables which are milling time,rotational speed,mass fraction of CNTs and ball to powder ratio on UST and hardness of CNTs / Al2024 composites are investigated. Based on the central composite design( CCD),a quadratic model is developed to correlate the fabrication variables to the UST and hardness. From the analysis of variance( ANOVA),the most influential factor on each experimental design response is identified. The optimum conditions for preparing CNTs / Al2024 composites are found as follows: 1. 53 h milling time,900 r / min rotational speed,mass fraction of CNTs 2. 87% and Ball to powder ratio 25 ∶ 1. The predicted maximum UST and hardness are 273.30 MPa and 261.36 HV,respectively. And the experimental values are 283.25 MPa and256.8 HV,respectively. 3Effect of extrusion process on the mechanical and in vitro degradation performance of a biomedical Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy显示文摘A new type of biomedical Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy was developed and thermal extruded by different processes to investigate the effect of extrusion ratio and extrusion pass on its microstructure,mechanical property and degradation performance.The results show that the increase of extrusion ratio could promote the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)process and led to the coarsening of DRXed grains.While the increase of extrusion pass also contributes to the DRX process but refines the DRXed grains.The simultaneous increasing of extrusion ratio and extrusion pass refines the secondary phases obviously.The increase of extrusion ratio has reduced the tensile strength but improved the elongation of the alloy significantly.However,the increase of extrusion pass could enhance the tensile strength and elongation simultaneously,especially the strength.The degradation performance has been optimized effectively through increasing the extrusion ratio and extrusion pass.Beining Du Ziyang Hu Jiali Wang Liyuan Sheng Hui Zhao Yufeng Zheng Tingfei Xi 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,2:3
4A Novel Depression Rehabilitation Game Framework Using VR Based on Neurofeedback显示文摘At present,depression is treated with antidepressant drugs and assisted with psychotherapy and physical therapy,and these expensive and time-consuming treatment methods often end prematurely and result in a prolonged course w ithout effective symptom relief. Therefore,based on the neurofeedback therapy,a novel depression rehabilitation method using a Virtual-Reality(VR) game framew ork is proposed. In this VR game framew ork,an innovative threeelectrode Electroencephalography(EEG) collector is used to record patients' EEG data. The data are processed and converted into feedback features,and the feedback w ill be displayed to patients in real time through a VR headset. Patients can adjust their psychological activity based on the feedback,and relieve their physiological dysfunction effectively. 6Zn-based metal organic framework derivative with uniform metal sites and hierarchical pores for efficient adsorption of formaldehyde显示文摘A Zn-containing graphite carbon(Zn-GC)with uniform Zn metal sites and hierarchical pore structure was obtained by pyrolysis of Zn-based metal organic framework(MOF).Zn-GC exhibited excellent adsorption capacity and reproducibility for formaldehyde.The adsorption capacity of Zn-GC was 736 times that of commercial activated carbon and 5.6 times that of ZSM-5 adsorbents.The characterization and experimental results showed that the surface chemical characteristics of the adsorption material play an important role in the adsorption performance.The superior performance was attributed to Zn metal sites and oxygen-containing functional groups on the MOF derivative as well as hierarchical pore structure.The material showed a great potential in the field of organic pollutant removal.Junjie Yang Junxian Qin Ziyang Guo Yun Hu Xia Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,5:2
7Extremely large-amplitude oscillation of soft pipes conveying fluid under gravity显示文摘In this work,the nonlinear behaviors of soft cantilevered pipes containing internal fluid flow are studied based on a geometrically exact model,with particular focus on the mechanism of large-amplitude oscillations of the pipe under gravity.Four key parameters,including the flow velocity,the mass ratio,the gravity parameter,and the inclination angle between the pipe length and the gravity direction,are considered to affect the static and dynamic behaviors of the soft pipe.The stability analyses show that,provided that the inclination angle is not equal to π,the soft pipe is stable at a low flow velocity and becomes unstable via flutter once the flow velocity is beyond a critical value.As the inclination angle is equal to π,the pipe experiences,in turn,buckling instability,regaining stability,and flutter instability with the increase in the flow velocity.Interestingly,the stability of the pipe can be either enhanced or weakened by varying the gravity parameter,mainly dependent on the value of the inclination angle.In the nonlinear dynamic analysis,it is demonstrated that the post-flutter amplitude of the soft pipe can be extremely large in the form of limit-cycle oscillations.Besides,the oscillating shapes for various inclination angles are provided to display interesting dynamical behaviors of the inclined soft pipe conveying fluid.Wei CHEN Ziyang HU Huliang DAI Lin WANG 2020Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2020,41,9:2

9Selective kernel networks for weakly supervised relation extraction显示文摘The purpose of relation extraction is to identify the semantic relations between entities in sentences that contain two entities.Recently,many variants of the convolution neural network(CNN)have been introduced to relation extraction for the extracting of features--the quality of the neural network model directly affects the final quality of relation extraction.However,the traditional convolution network uses a fixed convolution kernel,so it is difficult to choose the size of the convolution kernel dynamically,which results in networks with weak representation ability.To address this,a novel CNN is designed with selective kernel networks and multigranularity.In the process of feature extraction,the model can adaptively select the size of the convolution kernel,that is,give more weight to the appropriate convolution kernel.It is then combined with multigranularity convolution to obtain more abundant semantic information.Finally,a new pooling method is designed to obtain more comprehensive information and improve model performance.Experimental results indicate that this method is effective without excessively deep network layers,and it also outperforms several competitive baseline methods.Ziyang Li Feng Hu Chilong Wang Weibin Deng Qinghua Zhang 2021CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2021,6,2:1

12Self-assembled interlayer aiming at the stability of NiOx based perovskite solar cells显示文摘Inorganic NiO_(x) based inverted structure perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is reported to be more stable than that with the organic hole transport materials.In this work,NiO_(x)/MAPbI_(3) interface chemical reaction induced instability of perovskite is unveiled:Ni^(3+) and I^(-) exhibit redox reactions and deprotonation of MA^(+) happens,which result in interface defects and perovskite lattice deformation.Thus the defective interface accelerates the degradation of perovskite by defect pathways from the bottom interface to the perovskite surface contacting H_(2)O/O_(2).Self-assembled interlayer of NH_(2)^(-)end silane on NiO_(x)separates the reactive NiO_(x)and MAPbI_(3),tunes the interface energy states by–NH_(2) end group.As a result,the PSC based on the silane treated NiO_(x)achieves enhanced PCE of 20.1%with decent stability under environmental and extreme conditions (high temperature,high humidity,light infiltration).Our work highlights the interface chemical problem induced PSC instability and a simple interface modification to achieve the stable PSCs.Tonghui Guo Zhi Fang Zequn Zhang Zhiqiang Deng Rui Zhao Jing Zhang Minghui Shang Xiaohui Liu Ziyang Hu Yuejin Zhu Liyuan Han 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
13Assembly Variation Identification of High Pressure Spool by Response Surface Based Model Updating Using IV-optimal Designs显示文摘This article, in order to improve the assembly of the high-pressure spool, presents an assembly variation identification method achieved by response surface method (RSM)-based model updating using IV-optimal designs. The method involves screening out non-relevant assembly parameters using IV-optimal designs and the preload of the joints is chosen as the input features and modal frequency is the only response feature. Emphasis is placed on the construction of response surface models including the interactions between the bolted joints by which the non-linear relationship between the assembly variation caused by the changes of preload and the output frequency variation is established. By achieving an optimal process of selected variables in the model, assembly variation can be identified. With a case study of the laboratory bolted disks as an example, the proposed method is verified and it gives enough accuracy in variation identification. 16Gadolinium-containing semiconducting polymer nanoparticles for magnetic resonance/fluorescence dual-modal imaging and photothermal therapy of oral squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common malignant tumor of the oral and maxillofacial region.Due to its unique location,earlier and more accurate diagnosis and more minimally invasive treatment of OSCC is of major importance.Herein,gadolinium-containing semiconductor polymer nanoparticles(SPN-Gd)were designed and prepared.The nanoparticles consist of a near-infrared(NIR)absorption semiconductor polymer(PCPDTBT)served as fluorescence signal source and a photothermal conversion agent(PTA)and a gadolinium-grafted triblock amphiphilic copolymer(F127-DTPA-Gd)served as a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agent and nanocarrier.The experiments in vivo showed that SPN-Gd could act as an MRI contrast agent and optical image agent with a long retention time,and it had a significant inhibiting effect on tumors of OSCC mice model through photothermal therapy(PTT).Thus our study provides a simple nanotheranostic platform composed of two components for efficient MR/fluorescence dual-modal imaging-guided PTT.Xiao Pan Antian Gao Yanni Hu Ziyang Hu Chen Xie Zitong Lin 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
